We chose VUE to do our Xmas lights in 2021. Initially, we really loved the service. They offer a bunch of light/decor choices and send you a preview of what it will look like on your house (we did a simple front roofline outline in multicolor lights). The price includes install, take down, the lights/timer, & storage. Cost was $1,104 and would drop to $912 should we use them again next year. The workers were very nice and fast with the initial install & we loved the outcome so much we were planning on expanding the house coverage for 2022. We even had an issue with the timer not working and VUE quickly came to replace with a working timer. The service did drop with the uninstall. The lights were set to be removed Jan 30th (the drop dead date our HOA gives us to have our lights removed) but understandably the uninstall didn't take place until Feb 4th due to a snow storm. It was also understandable that they were unable to remove one strand of lights due to ice. They said they would send someone the following week to remove the dangling strand next to my front door. When no one showed up during that week I contacted VUE and they said they would have someone else out the next day...but no one showed. It's now nearly a month past my HOA deadline to have the lights down. My mood also soured a bit with this company when one of their employees urinated in my backyard right in front of my husband who was in his office and witnessed it out of his giant picture window. We have neighbors with young kids/girls & I don't want to miff anyone because workers at my house are exposing themselves in full view of anyone who might notice. I was willing to let it go because it was a one time thing but with the lag on finishing the uninstall & the cost to hire a company to handle holiday lights, I'll have to reassess what I want to do for 2022. We are undecided to be honest, because if their system worked, they would be a fantastic company to use for lights. We had even hoped to use them for window cleaning in the Spring as we don't have a go-to company yet. read more

We had used Jared, and Vue numerous times over the past few years, and even referred them to friends for window cleaning, and Christmas light installation. Over the past year, we have experienced, broken roof tiles, surprise added charges, refusal to remove Christmas lights that were installed and stored as part of our contract. Buyer beware. They contacted us recently that they won't service our lights this year. Important note, there isn't a company around that wants to take another company's lights and install them. I'm out money and have hired a new company to install our lights, but the fact that they left us high and dry, as well as the billing surprises, not wanting to replace roof tiles that they broke, and then we had to fight them last year to remove the lights that they installed! We have recently heard from others in our neighborhood leaving Vue for the same types of issues. A company is only as good as their customer's experiences. Plenty of other companies that appreciate our business and will honor their products, pricing, and services they say they offer. read more

Jared and his crew have always done a great job on our house. We have had them out about 4 times and every time they take care if my tile roof without damaging it when that walk on it to clean. These guys are awesome!!!! I didn't think the glass in my windows was able to look so clean. The screens looked brand new after washing. I asked my husband if they got replaced.
