I recently had Vue Window Cleaning come out and I couldn't be happier with the results! Nate was incredibly polite and professional from start to finish. Every window and screen looked spotless when he was done -- a huge difference from before. What really impressed me was that Nate took on my basement windows, which honestly hadn't been cleaned since I moved in. He tackled them without hesitation and they came out looking brand new. If you're looking for a window cleaner who takes pride in their work and goes the extra mile, look no further than Vue. Highly recommend -- 5 stars! read more

Just got our windows cleaned inside and out. Dylan was our cleaner and he met and exceeded our expectations. We had 32 windows cleaned along with the screens and he was professional and thorough. I inspected his work and he meticulously touched up a minor miss to perfection. He went so far as to clean those ugly moth droppings and even tackled the windows in my shed! Great value and will definitely use VUE again! read more

We chose VUE to do our Xmas lights in 2021. Initially, we really loved the service. They offer a bunch of light/decor choices and send you a preview of what it will look like on your house (we did a simple front roofline outline in multicolor lights). The price includes install, take down, the lights/timer, & storage. Cost was $1,104 and would drop to $912 should we use them again next year. The workers were very nice and fast with the initial install & we loved the outcome so much we were planning on expanding the house coverage for 2022. We even had an issue with the timer not working and VUE quickly came to replace with a working timer. The service did drop with the uninstall. The lights were set to be removed Jan 30th (the drop dead date our HOA gives us to have our lights removed) but understandably the uninstall didn't take place until Feb 4th due to a snow storm. It was also understandable that they were unable to remove one strand of lights due to ice. They said they would send someone the following week to remove the dangling strand next to my front door. When no one showed up during that week I contacted VUE and they said they would have someone else out the next day...but no one showed. It's now nearly a month past my HOA deadline to have the lights down. My mood also soured a bit with this company when one of their employees urinated in my backyard right in front of my husband who was in his office and witnessed it out of his giant picture window. We have neighbors with young kids/girls & I don't want to miff anyone because workers at my house are exposing themselves in full view of anyone who might notice. I was willing to let it go because it was a one time thing but with the lag on finishing the uninstall & the cost to hire a company to handle holiday lights, I'll have to reassess what I want to do for 2022. We are undecided to be honest, because if their system worked, they would be a fantastic company to use for lights. We had even hoped to use them for window cleaning in the Spring as we don't have a go-to company yet. read more

The VUE crew is excellent! Their window cleaning services are both customizable and affordable. For the first time in many years, we can see clearly through our windows. We'll definitely ask them back for spring cleaning. The crew also did an excellent job with our holiday light installation and accommodated last-minute changes and special requests. We couldn't be happier with your prompt service , quality of work, and attention to detail. Highly recommend! read more

We had used Jared, and Vue numerous times over the past few years, and even referred them to friends for window cleaning, and Christmas light installation. Over the past year, we have experienced, broken roof tiles, surprise added charges, refusal to remove Christmas lights that were installed and stored as part of our contract. Buyer beware. They contacted us recently that they won't service our lights this year. Important note, there isn't a company around that wants to take another company's lights and install them. I'm out money and have hired a new company to install our lights, but the fact that they left us high and dry, as well as the billing surprises, not wanting to replace roof tiles that they broke, and then we had to fight them last year to remove the lights that they installed! We have recently heard from others in our neighborhood leaving Vue for the same types of issues. A company is only as good as their customer's experiences. Plenty of other companies that appreciate our business and will honor their products, pricing, and services they say they offer. read more

Jared and his crew have always done a great job on our house. We have had them out about 4 times and every time they take care if my tile roof without damaging it when that walk on it to clean. They wear protective shoe coverings while inside. Also they do an amazing job inside and out with cleaning the windows and doors in the house. Highly recommende this company for window cleaning/washing. 5 stars for sure!!!! read more

Canceled me 3 times and then on the 4th, they called at 10:30 and said they could get there until the afternoon. My appointment was at 10am. Disappointing as I took that morning off and they showed me that my time is just not as valuable as their. Poor service and communication read more

First time using VUE Window Cleaning and it was a great experience! We arranged for the appointment through Jared, and it was Joshua's crew that did the work. Both Joshua and Mike were highly professional, very respectful of our belongings (some of which were collector items), handled the 2-story foyer and great room windows with aplomb, and cleaned insides/outsides/screens well. We would use them again and would refer others their way. read more

Jared and his team came out and cleaned my windows as well as those of several of my neighbors. They were professional and did an excellent job. My neighbors all had their windows done inside and out. I tried to save a few dollars and do the inside myself... sure do wish I had done inside/outside! It's a better deal and easier to tell what needs touched up at the time- plus you get that amazing crisp, clean window feel! Regardless, I'm super happy with the results and they did the second story windows, all screens, and he even came out to redo one that I wasn't happy with. Super thanks to Vue. I'm sure we will use them again next year. read more

We gave them the code to our lockbox while we were on vacation and came home to gleaming, shiny windows! They did a great job. Jared and his crew are professional and kind. They do great work. We had them clean out our gutters too. Their prices are very reasonable. Everything looks clean and beautiful. They did the work when they said they were going to do it. These guys really are great. Can't say enough good about them. Will use them again and again. I refer them to everyone, and they are all as thrilled as we are. Jared even called us after the work was done to make sure we were pleased. This guy is a true professional! Service with a smile. Thanks Jared and team! read more

Excellent service from Jared and his crew. I called him up with needing around 55 panes cleaned and he offered a competitive rate that was better than a couple other places. Even better, he could come out within 2 business day, which was key since we were getting our house ready to sell. My wife says Jared and his workers did a great job, were detailed oriented, conscientious, and worked really hard. I feel like we got our money's worth and then some and would definitely recommend VUE to friends and family in the future. read more

Excellent service and pricing. I was very satisfied with everything. I made the mistake of opening up my garage door, not knowing that the screens were drying up against it after cleaning. I quickly pushed the down button and it crunched three or four screens. My mistake, but they took them, repaired them and brought them back. Excellent service and will certainly use them again. read more

These guys are awesome!!!! I didn't think the glass in my windows was able to look so clean. The screens looked brand new after washing. I asked my husband if they got replaced. I found zero traces of dirty water puddles in the window sills. They even came at tight notice to accommodate having a clean house for a party. Is there anything else you could ask for??? read more
