They quoted us two days, it took four; the painting was sloppy, especially in the bathroom; and we discovered that the actual paint they used was not the premium paint we paid for, but rather a cheap contractor paint that runs when it gets wet. (Not great for a bathroom!) This wasn't discovered until a few weeks after the job was done, when some water got splashed on the wall and the dark blue turned to light blue as the droplets ran down. We attempted multiple phone calls, emails and texts, but could only ever speak to random representatives at a call center, who could only make notes and "pass along the message." We even tried a certified letter by mail -- nothing. After about a month of this, I called to make an appointment myself, just to see if I got a response at all, pretending to a "new" customer as my wife and I don't share a last name and she had set up the original appointment. I still didn't receive any contact whatsoever. I called once more and informed the call center rep that we would be starting the process for small claims court. After submitting our case, however, it was around this same time that we discovered the Denver franchise had finally been marked as "Permanently Closed" on Google Maps, and we saw all the other negative reviews that had been submitted since our job in July. I then tried sending a message to their corporate office via the contact form on their website, but didn't receive any replies that way, either. Finally, I sent a message on LinkedIn and someone to finally replied. We were them in touch via email & phone, I explained everything and sent all documentation, and in the end we were refunded $1200 of the $1,800 we spent. This was acceptable to us since the main parts of the walls look fine -- it was the edging and quality of paint that was the problem -- but even the refund check was unprofessional, sent in a hand-written envelope without any paper around it. Fortunately, the check cleared, but anyone could have held it up to the light and easily seen the contents. They didn't even have much detail about what had happened; best they can guess, the previous owner (JACOB LANGNER), must have sold it to someone else and the new owner ran it into the ground. I'm very disappointed in the service I received from GlassPro. I'm renting a 3-story townhome and I…read morebooked GlassPro's Platinum package which includes which includes interior and exterior window cleaning, plus tracks and sills for $379. I was not home during the cleaning, and when I got home, I asked my spouse if GlassPro showed up. To my surprise, my spouse said they had already come and done the windows. Quite frankly, it does not look like the windows were cleaned at all. While the tracks were cleaned, there are piles of dirt in the corners where I'm assuming the build-up was pushed. There were *at least* 2 windows that were completely missed. The techs told my spouse that there were some hard water stains that need to be chemically removed, and some debris stuck onto the windows that need to be scraped off. Apparently, the hard water cleaning is a separate service. I was never told about any exclusions to the service I booked, not for hard water cleaning nor for debris removal. After bringing this experience to Brian's attention, he initially told me that he would have his techs come back out the next afternoon to clean them properly. The next morning, Brian called me to tell me that his techs did not want to do this for free and refunded me instead. To me, that says Brian is not the owner and operator of his own company. I have owned a home before and hired a window cleaning service through a different company, and this experience is not anything like my previous ones. Regretfully, I would not recommend GlassPro's services. Brian's communication and respect is the only reason I'm rating them 2 stars instead of 1.
