The first crew didn't meet expectations--the prep work and cleanup were below standard, and the paint job showed issues almost immediately. However, after we shared our concerns, Elk Horn responded professionally, acknowledged the problems, and sent a new crew to correct the work. The second team did a great job--the paint looks excellent, and the quality of the finish is what we originally hoped for. We're very happy with how our house looks now. The job took a couple days longer than expected but such is life when you're working with a lot of sq ft and simultaneously just had the floors refinished. The team was *incredibly thorough* with protecting the floors, walls, and other areas that weren't being painted. All of their prep work was top notch. The trim and baseboards came out gorgeous. And the rooms we had painted look incredible. It was a little more expensive than a couple other quotes, but I am very happy and feel like it was money well spent for very professional work. Attached photos are just two rooms, the green room they painted and did the baseboards. But they did work in 8-12 rooms in our house depending on how you count and every single one turned out great.

Alex was very kind and explained everything and gave us options. He sent us the estimate in a very timely organized manner.
