I can't recommend this company enough. I sent a request through yelp after seeing their reviews. It was a holiday weekend and Rafael personally texted within an hour. The other companies had automated responses and said they would give quotes at next business day. He personally came over the same day and started work within 2 days. We needed all the painting done with in a week before move in. The quality of work was top notch. Eduardo was so careful with taping and prepping. The work was completed with ZERO issues. Rafael was always available and responded immediately. After the work was done, he kept checking to see how things were and if we needed anything that wasn't satisfactory. Their work ethic and quality were impressive and I will use them any time I need work. Will have them do our deck. Highly recommend them! Rafael responded promptly to my initial request for a proposal. After evaluating multiple bids, I went with Palmira. All other things being equal (which actually was not the case with the bids) I liked supporting a local small business. Rafael was responsive via email and text. He made some adjustments to the initial bid after I changed my mind on some smaller items. We had all of the exterior trim on the house painted and almost all of the interior rooms. The crew was on time every morning and finished ahead of schedule. They took care taping and covering to prep the painting areas. The crew did miss one section of the living room wall above the windows, and I didn't catch it during the final walkthrough. I texted Rafael expecting him to say the work was finished as of the walkthrough. But no! He sent someone to finish it the very next morning. I was thrilled. Palmira was a great company to work with. The team at Palmira is professional, kind, and communicative. On Yelp and by text they respond promptly and professionally, and make it easy to get a quote unlike many other contractors (I spoke with nearly 30 contractors for various work to be done on a new house purchase). Bonus about Palmira is that I hired them to repaint my kitchen cabinets but it turns out they can do many other kinds of jobs, too! They repainted cabinets in my bathroom, patched holes in my cabinet doors, added new hardware to my kitchen, and noticed a garage post beginning to curve out of place and did a temporary fix and told me how to better enforce it. They kept an eye on other things around the house which was helpful for me to learn. At the end of each day they offered a video and photos of the work completed. They were gracious about requested touch ups and addressing my nit-picky call outs. I ADORE my kitchen and bathroom now. The work they did made me excited to move in.
