What was once an uncomfortable, underutilized area is now a beautiful basement with a dedicated office, a workout space, and a much better-sized, well-organized utility room. In addition, they replaced all of our carpet with hardwood floors throughout the main level, and the results are amazing. The craftsmanship and finish quality exceeded our expectations -- the house feels completely elevated and refreshed. Noam was exceptional throughout the entire process. He worked closely with me on the overall design, offered smart and practical solutions, and truly understood what we were trying to accomplish. He came by daily to make sure every detail was executed correctly and was always attentive, responsive, and proactive. During the install, his team accidentally screwed up a couple sprinklers that are right next to the driveway, but once I let Alex know, he and another employee came out and fixed it right away, free of charge. They do irrigation too, so it was an easy decision. A few weeks later, I had him come out and apply a clear seal to the driveway to prep for winter. There was brown liquid spilled on the cabinets and floors, paint spilled on the floors, stairs & countertops, outlet covers missing (still not found), painter's tape still stuck to the walls & baseboards, and sunflower seeds littered across EVERY single floor in the house (including the in the carpet and the bathtub). I am shocked at the way the house was left and how sloppy this was. This was not the condition that it was supposed to be left in. I had a showing the next morning so had to spend over 3 hours cleaning it. I contacted the manager about it and received a $275 discount. They did offer to come back over and "take care of these items" but I had no time to let them come back so I had to take care of it myself. For how much I paid to for this to be done I expected way more from this company. I will not be using this company again.

While we were only using three colors, due to the different sheens for concrete walls, wallboard, and door trim, we ended up with 7 different paints. Scheduling was easy and they helped accommodate our availability. When the painters came in to do the work they were friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to understand which paints were to be used where. They did an excellent job; multiple coats of paint for rooms that went from dark gray to a neutral taupe and caulked the floorboards where necessary and filled in scrapes and picture holes where we needed it. I would highly recommend Singletrack team. Professional, articulate, and very knowledgeable on what was needed for the job. and the total price was very competitive with the other 5 bids I got.

They were able to patch and texture my small repair very quickly, you can't even tell there was ever a hole there. The larger drywall repair didn't need texture, only needed to be sealed to prevent bugs from entering my house. It was in a closet and had two pipes coming out of the wall. They slapped up the drywall in no time and it looks great. Would definitely work with J & M again.

After contacting 2 different companies for quotes, I can say, without a doubt, Jose Kumul impressed me the most. I have had other house work done and the difference is you hire "Jose" the person. He truly cares about the work he does and his communication is great as well. I always knew what was going on with timeline. The work his team does is just grade A profession and super polite. I guess the last thing I'll say is Jose's team made sure they did the work I didn't think to ask about. They took all the considerations and didn't skip corners at all. It included engineered hardwood and porcelain tile flooring, Nuage slab counters everywhere, sinks, faucets, toilets... We did use outside electricians and painters, which we were told had to wait an entire week while the hardwood floors guy did his thing. I was texted a message by A Flores himself that the dude would straight up walk off the job if anyone else were there at the same time, even if they weren't interfering with his work. Because of this person's refusal to play nice with others, we had to stay in a hotel an additional week while the other work (baseboards, painting) got finished. I can't give five stars to this business, even though the owner is EXTREMELY clear when communicating and he'll never leave your messages hanging, waiting for a response. I did not like being responsible for buying/picking every single thing (sinks, faucets, a ton of flooring, caulk color) and it would've been nice to have had higher quality suggestions made so that I didn't feel I had to find my own materials. They did a great job on our niche, which has thinks like rounded ceramic tiles instead of the vile shluter thing that they had been planning on doing. There was also quite an issue with getting a double full bullnose edge to the counters: I assumed they were going to do that but they basically nickel and dimed us to get it the way we wanted. Lesson: be extremely careful when your project has a lot of moving parts (and people).

He asked when he could come over, I told him that I was available within the next hour. He arrived in 15 minutes. He recommended to stain, rather than paint, the railing and asked me to contact the HOA for a color recommendation. I came to find out that the HOA was responsible for maintaining the deck so I would not need Armando to do the job. Although I ended up not using Armando's services, I would have hired him due mainly to his responsiveness, professional assessment, and reasonable rate that was offered.
