We had our entire home repainted right after purchasing it and before we moved in, and we are SO happy with the results. Everyone on the team was amazing, and the crew made our walls and entire house look absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend skipping Paint Denver for any painting project. They started off fine. Met the sales rep the first time, they worked a bid and I noticed some things were missing so I called them back a second time to walk the job to ensure thorough communication. The second bid still had some details missing so I called the rep back to clarify some points. That was my first mistake, to think they would keep their word outside of what was written in their "contract " (in quotes because as a legal document, it is horribly written. First day of work comes around and they are obviously rushing the job. I let it slide because overall the crew seems competent, minus maybe the lead who answers every question with "that is not in the contract" for everything, including things obviously in the contract. The first error is painting a room the wrong color, "it's not in the contract!" Gabino says. Turns out it is. Day two and they are "done". I look around and they filled no holes and did zero sanding "It's not in the contract!" Gabino says. Turns out it is.. He calls a manager, gets told to do it and he himself comes back to fix it and give a second coat of paint on a room they completely missed. This second coat ends up looking worse than the first coat somehow as he tries to freehand the transition lines and messes it up badly, and still manages to completely miss one wall of the room they previously already missed. Obviously Gabino has better things to do than your job. Called manager and they come out to acknowledge this is their responsibility and then radio silence for a week. Finally the owner/"Chief Promise Keeper" calls me back condescending and not taking any responsibility for the botched job. I haven't mentioned yet how they did not use the paint grade that was agreed upon verbally multiple times. His resolution is "that sucks, these things happen". When somebody tells you who they are, believe them the first time. If you have to tell people you are a promise keeper, it's more than likely because you in fact are not. Steer clear and look elsewhere. Plenty of other quality painters out there to choose from. The owner also tried to bribe me not to write a review in exchange for them fixing their mistakes. Avoid avoid avoid. read more

Great communication with company. High quality work and clean up of work site when they were done.

I went with Paint Denver because they seemed to be the most highly rated. The process was very efficient. They mentioned a warranty with their services and were true to their word. Steve scheduled for them to come back and do some touchups. Chris was incredibly polite and skillful, he went above and beyond during the touchups. Thank you guys! read more

We used Paint Denver to paint our first floor ceiling to trim and exterior front door. From our initial query on Yelp to the final touches, I felt confident using Paint Denver. From their prompt and clear communication to their immaculate care of our home, no details were spared. Sara was efficient but thorough in her walk through of the home for the initial quote, she returned to walk through again with me before the start of the project with the painter to ensure we were all on the same page, and she was easy to connect with as I needed her during the timeframe. Mario arrived with his wife to help him prep and stage the painting areas. He worked tirelessly all day, had me check in during midway points to see how it was progressing and make sure we were happy, and worked a full work day without much of a break. I was seriously impressed with his dedication to 1) keeping dust and paint drips to a minimum, 2) clean lines, 3) timeliness. He was at our house by 8:30am every day and never left before 4. Highly recommend them for any upcoming painting needs you may have. They will be my first choice in the future. read more

Our house looks great! Highly recommend Rob, Junior and the team at Paint Denver. Junior and his team showed up early every morning to get started for the day. We needed some minor touch ups after the roofers re-roofed (tip - do your roof first if you need to!) but they came and fixed it all up. So happy with our newly painted home! read more

What I had what an amazing experience I had with Sara bidding/overseeing the project and Junior and his crew executing the work. We felt the price was more than fair for the amazing work! They were prompt, kind, totally professional, and their paint job knocked my clients socks off! I'm addition, they worked late one night and finished early! They came to my interior design project on a snowy day and every person on that crew was early or on time! I hope I get to use them many more times in the future! I recently hired Paint Denver to paint multiple rooms inside my home (kitchen, living room, stairwell, loft and upper hall), including everything from the ceiling to the baseboards. Mario and team did a great job on my house and I'd highly recommend. They worked closely with me on color selection, customizing based on how the color sampling worked and dealing well with my trying to figure out what I wanted as i went along. They were also great in proactively making recommendations as they went and doing things like caulking windows they saw that needed it. Really happy with the process and outcome and would definitely use them again! read more

I had estimators come to my house 2 1/2 weeks ago on a Wednesday. He assured me over and over I would have a quote in my inbox by that Friday...and no later. Nothing ever came, and there has been no follow up call. I have hired someone else. Too bad...word of mouth goes a long way. read more

My home was built in the 60s and hadn't been kept up in years. It had remnants of cigarette smoking, fingerprints, smudges, and stains. Paint Denver primed and painted the walls, ceilings, trim, closets and doors in one week -- it looks like a new place! My sales contact, Ivan, was fast, responsive and personable from my first outreach for a quote. Foreman Juan and the rest of the crew did an incredible job and cleaned up afterward. I'd hire them again and recommend them to anyone. read more

Couldn't have asked for a better job, by an outstanding crew, foreman and salesman. Great prep work such as attention to detail with caulking and the paint came out great. Price was also just right compared to others trying to sell you more than what you need. Highly recommend Paint Denver. read more

We're big fans of Paint Denver and they'll be our go-to paint company from now on. We had most of the interior of our house painted, all except a couple of rooms we'd recently painted ourselves. Rob and Sarah were great to work with and gave us a good estimate with lots of detail and prompt communication. The bid was similar to others we'd received but the service was much better. Tess who is the first point of contact on the phones is absolutely lovely and so helpful. They make an excellent team. Juan and his crew did a fantastic job! They started on a Monday and were done by Thursday. That included most of our 2000 sq.ft house as well as all our kitchen cabinets (which now look absolutely amazing). His crew were neat, considerate, and very fast. They also did some substantial plaster repair to our 120 year old cracked walls. They must have taken photos of pictures to see where they belonged because everything ended up in the right places -- and we have a lot of stuff on the walls. It's a month later and we haven't yet found any spots that they've missed. I highly recommend Paint Denver. They have an honest small business feel and seem to really care about you having a good experience with them. We didn't have any issues afterwards, but Rob and Sarah were both checking in regularly to see if the crew had missed anything. Definitely go with Paint Denver. We're planning on having them do exterior painting for us in the spring. read more

Paint Denver was brought to our attention by our son, who used them to repaint the inside of his new house. They re-painted multiple rooms in our townhouse. They lived up to the high expectations I had. Every step of the way, from providing an estimate to performing the work, to following up, they were professional, responsive and very good at their work. I can't say enough. Fantastic experience with Paint Denver. We had various elements of our exterior painted, and the team did a great job - we're VERY happy with the result! Rob was also incredibly helpful with suggestions and explanations. He came out twice at our request to make sure we understood what was being painted, his thoughts on what we were going for, etc. Super helpful. I highly recommend Paint Denver! We will be calling on them again for sure. read more

The only call you need to make to a painter is to Paint Denver. They have helped so many of my clients sell their homes faster and for more money over the 10+ years that they have been my preferred painting company. It is amazing what a fresh coat of paint can do to a home and the impact it has on the buyer's showing experience and the Sellers bottom line. They even have programs to allow Sellers to pay them at the closing so they don't have any out of pocket expenses. Their crews are professional, courteous and efficient. I recommend Paint Denver to all of my clients and is the only painter I use for my personal home. read more

Paint Denver has been providing painting services to us for a couple of years now. Their latest project included matching paint, textures and colors in a room we were remodeling as well as painting our fireplace and some wooden doors. Paint Denver did a great job. Paint Denver uses only highest quality materials and does not take shortcuts. I can tell and it shows the employees are well taken care of in their work! Alverado and his crew did a fantastic job on the interior of my home. I can't believe what a difference a new paint job can take! I've spent years as a manager for Sherwin Williams and have met a lot of painters during that time, but Paint Denver will always be my first call! read more

We recently used Paint Denver to paint the interior of a newly remodeled addition to our home. I am unfortunately writing this negative review about Paint Denver because of the terrible customer service and horrible workmanship we experienced. I had my house painted in August of 2021. Per the contract they were to prep the house before painting. The painters they sent out did not prep and every time we asked them to prep a particular area they would give us attitude. Two painters painted the house in 1.5 days and did a horrible job. Now paint is peeling around every window and many trim areas not caulked and prepped properly so paint would stick. Trying to get in contact with the company from the very beginning was very frustrating. I would call and email multiple times with no response unless it was convenient for them. In August 2022 they came out to look at the problems, they blamed it on the caulk instead of just finding a solution. I explained to them that during the walk through estimate, I pointed out that the paint was bubbling around every window and would need to be removed, scraped and primed. I also explained this to the paint crew and they said they will make sure it's prepped. They didn't...however they finally said they will fix it and uphold the warranty. When the crew came out to fix the issue the office called and said they will need to come back out to check if the issues are still under warranty. The owner of PD was supposed to be there with the crew that came out to fix the problems and explain to them what needed to be done, he did not show up and the crew had no idea what their job was when they arrived( I have it in writing in a email that the owner was going to come also) At this point I was very frustrated with the company and told them that I will do the work myself. I have been very patient with them since day one and at this point I was through with their unprofessionalism. They already came out once and said they would honor the warranty. Also the owner of the company pretty much guaranteed that he will submit pictures of the hail damage to our insurance company and insurance will most likely pay for the house to be painted. After calling the insurance company they said they never received the pictures. I contacted the owner of paint Denver multiple times... he finally said he submitted the pictures, insurance told me the pictures were so bad they couldn't even tell what they were looking at. I once again contacted the owner of PD to see if he can resend them and no response for days. By this time PD has already painted my house and could not come out to take new pictures of original hail damage. So we ended paying full price after PD said most likely they will get insurance to pay for it... very disappointing that they would not fight for us or try to. All I got from the company was excuses for their horrible work and after paying full price I am stuck doing the work my self and fixing their mistakes. Jason G. read more
