James was warm and funny, fixed the wall lickety-split ( he apologized for how long it took, but I thought it was dang fast!!) Wall looks like it was never damaged.We have a very stressed out cat, and James was thoughtful enough to get our attention before he used a compressor that makes more noise than the rest of the process so we could move kitty farther away. The crew did miss one section of the living room wall above the windows, and I didn't catch it during the final walkthrough. HOWEVER- I arrived at the final walkthrough at the scheduled time, and they were still not done clearing out their supplies. This was okay and I assumed more work would be done. When I returned to my home later that day I was appalled. There was brown liquid spilled on the cabinets and floors, paint spilled on the floors, stairs & countertops, outlet covers missing (still not found), painter's tape still stuck to the walls & baseboards, and sunflower seeds littered across EVERY single floor in the house (including the in the carpet and the bathtub). I am shocked at the way the house was left and how sloppy this was. This was not the condition that it was supposed to be left in. I had a showing the next morning so had to spend over 3 hours cleaning it. I contacted the manager about it and received a $275 discount. They did offer to come back over and "take care of these items" but I had no time to let them come back so I had to take care of it myself. For how much I paid to for this to be done I expected way more from this company. I will not be using this company again.
