They seemed very professional and replaced a few tiles, making the shower look as good as new after the initial job. Had this been the end of the story this would be a 5 star review. However, over the following months, the grout has repeatedly come up, requiring multiple repairs. Grout Medic has come out three times to fix the recurring issues, but their response time for warranty work has been slow, which has been frustrating. Most recently, the grout has come up again for the fourth time within weeks of the most recent repair, and it took a few days to get a response we had a no show and then a reschedule to get the repair complete. Each time we have asked them to do whatever is necessary to prevent this from happening. Overall, while their initial work looked great, the durability of the re-grouting has been disappointing, and We are very hopeful, this repair looks much better and fingers crossed it does the job.

I verbally confirmed that scope with the account manager and paid an invoice that included a line item for that portion of the work. Despite that, the installer arrived without all of the necessary materials and informed me he was not comfortable installing the vanity. To be clear, I have no issue with the installer declining work he wasn't comfortable performing. What I do have an issue with is being told afterward that vanity installation was never included, despite it being discussed with the account manager and being a major reason I selected this company over other bids. The installer himself encouraged me to request a refund for that portion of the project, but the company only provided a partial refund ($180). As a result, I am left with an unfinished project, a sink currently being held up by a 2x4, and the need to hire a second contractor to complete the work. What should have been a straightforward bathroom update has turned into a major headache. By the time the project is finally finished, I will have spent significantly more than the original quote, despite choosing this company because I believed they would handle the full scope of work from start to finish.

Even if it would take a day to respond to a question Bryam was very polite about it. I know this is a positive review for RMZ tile, but it may as well be a negative review for other contractors. If you don't respond to my texts, you're not getting the job. If your communication skills aren't good and you don't actually answer the questions I send you, you're not getting the job. Bryam's communication is what made me feel confident moving forward with him, and I was very pleased with how everything turned out. Onto the job itself, we got old black glass tile backsplash ripped out of our kitchen and replaced with white herringbone. Not only does it look great, but Bryam gave me some advice on which grout to go with to hide smaller imperfections in the mosaic tile alignment. His advice was spot on, and the new white tile with white grout looks a thousand times better than what was there before. Bryam and his brother Edgar did fantastic work, they were fast, efficient, friendly, and I honestly couldn't ask for a better experience. If I ever redo my bathrooms, I know who I'm calling.
