My wife and I just closed on our house last month and the inspector highly recommended that we get our gutters cleaned out before the winter season. So, I went on home advisor and put in my request for an estimate. The first company that contacted me told me if have to replace all of my gutters for almost $3,000! They didn't even look at them! When asked how much a cleaning would cost, they said it'd be nearly $800. Thank goodness Joey reached out to me! He proactively looked up my house on Google maps and gave me an estimate right over the phone, which after some research I found it was competitively priced with the market rate for this type of service. He was responsive to all phone calls/texts and got to my house within 2 days of our initial conversation. He completed his work, at the agreed price and sent me photos of his work. Given, our house will eventually need new gutters, but he sure cleaned them out! He also patched some holes he noticed at no additional charge. Kind of a rocky start. Joey quoted me, and set a time and date. But because of the heavy snow still on our roof, we rescheduled for that weekend. He never showed up! He contacted me a day later, telling me that his father had passed away in AZ. :( We rescheduled for a couple of days later, the tech showed up about 45 minutes early (after texting us) He did a great job quickly, and was very polite. The gutters were in awful shape. Hardly anything worked, and last snow storm, overflowed, and left ice on the driveway. Joey even gave us a 20% discount for missing our original appointment. I noticed my south west gutter overflowing after a recent storm and decided right away that I wasn't going to be the one to climb all the way up there to clear it. I've cleared my lower gutters but not this one. Robert came over 3 days later and had it cleared in 15 minutes. Joey responded right away and Robert was there when he said he would be there. These guys are awesome! I requested a quote on Monday, the owner immediately responded and they were out on Tuesday cleaning my gutters. They were super friendly, cleaned up after themselves (the dirt from the gutters went into the yard and they cleaned up pathways and the yard) and even provided pictures of our cleaned gutters after.
