The Professionals are the best cleaning company hands down! I've used many other companies throughout the years, with working in a busy machine shop and office for a lot of years and Zach goes out of his way to do the extra little things that put The Professionals way above the average cleaning company. So nice to have a super clean office for our valued customers to come into. He sees what is a very dirty job and never complains about the mess and goes about the job always with the best attitude and always does an excellent job. PROS: Traci was incredibly responsive when I reached out for a quote, answered all of my questions, and arrived on time. She was there 4 hours and did not charge me more when the cleaning took longer than her original estimate. CONS: I have no idea how she spent those 4 hours, because I had to spend the entire weekend scrubbing the things she missed. I hired Traci (based on great Yelp reviews) to deep clean an apartment the landlord had not cleaned well (pre-move in). The place is old and imperfect... I knew going into it that it probably wouldn't sparkle, but told her that I was primarily interested in a good scrub to remove the grime and gunk left in the kitchen, bathroom, and on the light switches. When she was done and it came time to inspect, I was shocked to find the amount of things that were missed, including a large, dried puddle of stuck-on goo in one of the cabinets, left by a previous tenant. This is something super gross and in plain sight. I am seriously astounded that this was overlooked after 4 hours of deep kitchen cleaning. I then pointed out some stuck on grime under the stove ledge (which I had pointed out during the initial walk through). Her response? "Yeah, I don't think I can do much with that... You could probably get it off with some Goo Gone"............. I thought that is what I was paying YOU for!!!!!! Bottom line: this company may be fine for some light dusting or vacuuming in a well maintained home, but AVOID if your job requires elbow grease of any kind. read more

The three stars is all for Zach who did a great job on my house every time he came. When I first called, I was quoted a price based on the square footage of my home. Two weeks later, and just before the first appt, I was told it was going to be $10 higher than the original quote because "they hadn't raised their prices in 6 years and I would be locked in at that rate" ok. $10. I thought it was a shady way to get the money since the two weeks was all scheduling, but, I needed the house done, so whatever. Less than a year later, I get an email saying my rate is going up again, and apparently I'm unreasonable for thinking locked in meant forever. 1. I figured 5 years since she hadn't raised the price in 6. And I didn't think that was unreasonable. 2. After I was told that, I said fine, I'll take my business elsewhere and no one told Zach. He showed up after we were done. 3. I referred them to a friend who need a pre move in cleaning on her rental. She was 100% dissatisfied. The place was not cleaned, swept, mopped, and still had cobwebs. My friend had to clean it herself before the tenant could move in after paying $200 to do an empty 700 sq. ft. apt Poor communication and not keeping to an agreement ruined it for me. If you use this company, get it in writing. read more

I have a vacation rental in Denver and a few times I have rented it out which has screwed me over. (people just trash whats not theirs!) The Professional Cleaning Services has great prices and excellent service! I am pretty picky, especially because I expect to get what I pay for. The Professionals have been cleaning our home for a couple of years now and they reliably do a great job. We have 3 cats and a dog, but you wouldn't know it because they keep our house spotless and fur-free. Friends who are allergic to cats even comment that their allergies don't flare up when they are in our home. Since I hired this company because of my research on Yelp, I feel compelled to write how it went... I know that this company specializes in commercial properties, I don't know if that is what causes the lack of care and attention to detail that I experienced in my home. I used the service in my home since early October, in that time I experienced Zach knocking a large mirror from its hooks causing it to fall and break three ceramic candle sticks (since this happened early on - I didn't complain, I just replaced the candle sticks and left a note to please not push on the bottom of the mirror when cleaning), a large dent in my wood floor caused from moving a rod iron candelabra (did't bother Zach about that either), chips in door frames and furniture legs, and increasingly dirtier corners of floors and counters. I put out a bottle of Bona to be used on my wood floors, stainless cleaner for my appliances and granite cleaner for my counters - none of these products were used as I never had to replace them. It is just two of us in my home and I pretty much leave a clean home to be "touched up." My home is not a difficult clean and I was paying for a cleaning service. That is why I thought it was okay to leave a note to ask Zach to please focus on the corners of my bathroom floors and counters (this was after I cleaned a brown ring from around the toilet that apparently had accumulated for awhile) and to please be careful with the door jams and furniture legs. Zach's response - he texted me to find someone else to clean my place. Amazing response - wouldn't recommend based on my experience. read more

I have been working with "The Professionals" and Traci for several months now. I am VERY happy with them. I am very particular and like my home whistle clean. I can see things that are missed, and it is not easy to make me happy. But The Professionals/Traci have done that. They are thorough, fast, and, most importantly, reliable. They are also very flexible and great about taking feedback. They have a very fair pricing structure as well, which they base on square footage and frequency of their visits as opposed to time. (Every other service I spoke to had pricing models that favored them and disfavored me. I also thought it was brilliant that Traci/The Professionals will lower their rate the MORE often you have them, the idea being that they can vouch for their own work, but, if you haven't had regular cleaning, they will work harder and therefore charge more.) They also walk my dog when they are here (for a very minimal cost that is very competitive with professional dog walkers). I highly recommend them! read more
