Yulie and Seydy, you ROCK!…read more I got a deep cleaning done because the summer heat had our apartment smelling like a cat shelter and I was over the headaches it was bringing. Cali was quick and responsive when it came to scheduling and patient with me as I was a mess scheduling due to starting a new job. She walked me through the process and let me know of all the rewards I could earn and the packages they offer. It was quick and easy. Yulie and Seydy got that cat smell out of my apartment so well. I walked in and it smelled just like it did when I first moved in. They were also so gracious with my cats. I kept them in our walk-in closet since they don't tolerate their crate and the two women let them out before they left so they weren't trapped while I was out. I'm so happy with my clean apartment and so excited since I got their year-long package to enjoy this clean apartment for the upcoming year. Thank you so much!

Your milage my vary, but I was pleased they were able to come on short notice, the very next day. They worked for a little over 3 hours and I'm satisfied with their work. Is the house now absolutely spotless? No. Was it good value for the cost? Yes, most definitely. They also gave me the option to look things over before they left and I did ask them to re-mop a spot that had been missed. (Some internet cables had been piled in a corner and made it hard to get to the cat hair under it. But all I had to do was point it out and the gals grabbed the mop and took care of it.)

I scheduled a cleaning service about a month in advance. We agreed on the scope of work, the price…read moreand that payment would be made when the job was completed. I also offered to have the owner come by beforehand to meet me and see the house, but she repeatedly declined. A few days before my scheduled cleaning, while I was out of town, the owner contacted me and said she had concerns because previous customers had not paid for services. Although we had already agreed on the payment terms when the appointment was booked, she then requested my full name, phone number and a credit card to hold the appointment. I suggested that she send me a photo halfway through the cleaning and I would send payment at that time. She declined and canceled my scheduled appointment. I understand that businesses have the right to establish policies to protect themselves. However, those policies should be communicated before accepting a booking--not a month later, just days before the scheduled service. Changing the requirements at the last minute and canceling the appointment left me scrambling to find another cleaning service before returning home from vacation. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business based on my experience and would advise finding another cleaning service for your needs.

Had a wonderful first experience with Robinson Custom Cleaning today! I had a white carpet cleaned…read morethat was in need of some serious TLC. There were variety of small stains and spots all over and one larger dirt spot from a naughty dog. The previous owners of my house had not had this carpet professionally cleaned in years, so overall there was a tinge of grey all over as well. A team of two men worked on my living room - they put up a temporary door to keep the heat in (it was snowing out!) which kept me from having to turn up the heat, and they used protective booties on their shoes when walking around. They answered all of my questions and described everything to me in detail - it is quite the process and involves a variety of tools! I appreciated the time they took to go over spots multiple times and treat areas that needed more attention. They went around the exterior of the room on their hands and knees with a brush making sure the edges of the carpet were clean and fluffed. The process they used seemed efficient and thorough. They treated the rug, spot treated areas in need, steamed the entire area (it was basically a sauna in the room!), sucked the carpets dry, fluffed the carpets, and treated the entire area with the Scotch Guard product that I wanted (I may have missed a step or two, but that is what I remember). I qualified for their first time customer discount, and overall the price for the cleaning was just right - affordable and upfront. They are a paperless company, so they sent me my receipt via email - which is better for the environment and is great for receipt/record keeping. I am actually planning on bringing an area rug to their HQ to have that cleaned as well later this summer. I am so glad I chose this company to clean the carpet in my home - I will definitely be a repeat customer!
