I really wanted to give Anastasiya and team a good rating. They were lovely people to work with. And all the reviews were great. Howeve, we hired them for a post - construction deep clean, which is rather expensive, and they didn't even get the dust off the floors. There was still enough dirt and dust, that we had to vacuum and mop ourselves after we spent $350 on a clean. They also did not move our couch at all to clean under it (it's pushable in small pieces), and the tub/bathrooms still needed another wipe down to be deep cleaned. Just disappointed in spending so muchh for a deep clean, and not have some of the basics done. We will need to find a new cleaner in the future. read more

These women are amazing. I'll give you one example of their effort and care: we had a vase with some flowers in it; didn't especially expect them to do anything except maybe dust the exterior. They took out the dead ones, changed the water, put back the good flowers, and added some clippings from some bushes on the side of the house to replace the decayed green sprigs. They are extremely hard working, getting a ton done per hour, and extremely respectful. We asked for a 'deep cleaning,' and found our sinks, etc., cleaner than we knew they could get. read more

I requested a move-out cleaning and could not be happier with the results. Even on a snowy morning Anastasiya and her assistant Bota were punctual and they set to work with little instruction required. The previous tenant left the place filthy but they were very thorough, I had little to complain about after looking over completed areas. The few times I spoke to Anastasiya about specific tasks I wanted done she was super agreeable and gave me her complete attention. The price was also quite reasonable. What I would say overall is that they were fine. They did a B+ job of cleaning (the basics were done well, but a lot of little details overlooked, like switchplates and nooks and crannies). Then they charged ~30% more than their quote, which they didn't tell me about until after the work was done. I had a two bedroom apartment in Denver that the movers were finishing up and they just came in and cleaned everything from head to toe. Seriously...I am grateful to Anastasiya and her crew today. My son was in a very severe accident 20 months ago and although he is courageously living independently, he does need some assistance with house cleaning. Mountain High Cleaning came exactly when they promised they would, they were efficient and so very helpful. They even helped us find my son's missing keys! Their presence was a great relief. I called and a woman answered, yes? I asked if I had called Mountain High and she said yes. She did not say, oh, yes, may I help you? I asked if she could do a cleaning on a certain date. But I could not understand her heavy accent. We tried a few times and I gave up. Honestly, why do people with accents get put on the phone?
