Anastasiya and her dedicated crew are the best hires that I've ever made on the house cleaning front. Professional, reliable, punctual, and thorough, they set the gold standard for house cleaning as far as I am concerned. I've never seen such a genuine work ethic and commitment to excellence. Any time I needed something cleaned differently or needed to add a task (e.g., full refrigerator scouring) Anastasiya couldn't have been more accommodating. I hired Mountain High over a year ago to do a deep clean in advance of selling our house. I had tried five other --highly rated-- cleaning services and had been very disappointed: too expensive, bad attitudes, unreliable, sloppy cleaning, etc. Mountain High did such a terrific job that I now have them clean for me weekly. Four of my friends now use Mountain High, too, and we sing Anastasiya's praises every time we get together. One very happy client!! Pamela B read more

Anastasiya and her team are extremely reliable and consistently do a thorough cleaning every time they come to my apartment. They are trustworthy and I never worry when they are in my apartment alone. They are all so polite and Anastasiya always wants to provide optimal service. I cannot give them a better rating. read more

Mountain High has been doing my cleaning for years now. Always courteous, reliable, and fast. They do a great job making my place look clean again. read more

I have worked with Anastasiya for several years. Both she and her employees do an excellent job cleaning my home, and all of them are trustworthy. I have had them clean my home several times without me being physically present at the house, which speaks volumes. I also have a lot of delicate and/or breakable things in my home, and they are extraordinarily careful. There are usually two people who clean my home at the same time. The cleaning is thorough and doesn't take forever, which I appreciate, since I work from home. I think the value for the cost of the service is excellent. read more

We have been using Mountain High Cleaning for a few years, and we love working with Anastasiya, she's absolutely wonderful. We love their service. They are very kind, do a great job and are professional. They are on time and even come when it's a blizzard outside. They even love my dog and bring her treats sometimes. Anastasiya and her team are reliable, and I can always trust them to do a great job and they are always happy to work around me since I work from home. Recently, Anastasiya has added on carpet cleaning, and we had it done for the first time, and I was over the moon happy. The carpets are clean, and I didn't have to outsource to a carpet cleaning company. I would recommend Anastasiya and her team to anyone. read more

I have worked with Anastasiya for 8 years and she has been wonderful. They do a great job, are very easy to communicate with, and are very flexible and responsive. Highly recommend! read more

I have known Anastasia for many years now. She is a very reliable person and does everything professionally. Give her cleaning company a try and you won't be disappointed! read more

I really wanted to give Anastasiya and team a good rating. They were lovely people to work with. And all the reviews were great. Howeve, we hired them for a post - construction deep clean, which is rather expensive, and they didn't even get the dust off the floors. There was still enough dirt and dust, that we had to vacuum and mop ourselves after we spent $350 on a clean. They also did not move our couch at all to clean under it (it's pushable in small pieces), and the tub/bathrooms still needed another wipe down to be deep cleaned. Just disappointed in spending so muchh for a deep clean, and not have some of the basics done. We will need to find a new cleaner in the future. read more

Pleasant, Efficient, and Thorough. Olesya has been cleaning my home for two months now, and I am still pleasantly surprised with how well they clean every time. I have a dog and live in a two bedroom apartment, and there are places they clean that I wouldn't even think to clean. Their thoroughness extends from inside appliances in the kitchen to the walls in the shower. read more

These ladies are amazing! Holy cow. i cannot recommend them highly enough. I left my house quite the mess and I hoped for the best. They exceeded my expectations in every way. From organizing my clutter to cleaning every last corner to putting fresh flowers from my yard in a vase on my table, they did a stellar job. The price was more than fair for the amount of work that they accomplished. Their customer service was also awesome. Olesya was so incredibly friendly and polite. Tell your mothers, tell your friends - this company is the best. read more

These women are amazing. I'll give you one example of their effort and care: we had a vase with some flowers in it; didn't especially expect them to do anything except maybe dust the exterior. They took out the dead ones, changed the water, put back the good flowers, and added some clippings from some bushes on the side of the house to replace the decayed green sprigs. They are extremely hard working, getting a ton done per hour, and extremely respectful. We asked for a 'deep cleaning,' and found our sinks, etc., cleaner than we knew they could get. read more

It is rare that somebody exceeds my expectations! These women are AMAZING!!!! They are prompt, efficient, cleaned little nooks and crannies that I never thought to even clean, friendly and so very professional! Thank you so much for cleaning our house!! read more

What I would say overall is that they were fine. They did a B+ job of cleaning (the basics were done well, but a lot of little details overlooked, like switchplates and nooks and crannies). Then they charged ~30% more than their quote, which they didn't tell me about until after the work was done. I'd be happy to pay more if the clean had been better, but as is I'm left with a 3-star kind of feeling. Not bad, not fantastic. read more

I can't say enough about the job the two ladies did for a move out. I had a two bedroom apartment in Denver that the movers were finishing up and they just came in and cleaned everything from head to toe. I had to leave to let the movers in to my new place and when I came back the place was sparkling. I'll definitely be calling them again for more regular appointments. read more

I requested a move-out cleaning and could not be happier with the results. Even on a snowy morning Anastasiya and her assistant Bota were punctual and they set to work with little instruction required. The previous tenant left the place filthy but they were very thorough, I had little to complain about after looking over completed areas. The few times I spoke to Anastasiya about specific tasks I wanted done she was super agreeable and gave me her complete attention. The price was also quite reasonable. They were a breath of fresh air after being disappointed by two other cleaning services recently. read more

These ladies are miracle workers. I needed a move out cleaning at the last minute and not only did they fit me in, they surpassed all expectations for professionalism, quality, communication, and kindness. The place looks as good (and maybe better) than the day I moved in. And to top it all off, the price beat the other services I looked at. Perfection! Thanks Mountain High! You made my day. read more

Anastasiya / Mountain High Cleaning cleaned our house for approx 6 months. The first time was great, and every other time declined in quality to the point we wondered if they even showed up. Maybe use for a one time clean. read more

Olisha is amazing, she is always on time with her team. She has been coming to our home since April 2015 and she makes the house spotless. We have others in past but she is different. read more

I've moved around a lot and lived in several different places where I needed a cleaning service (so I've hired many) and unfortunately found that most of them fall short of my "type-a" cleaning standards. Finally, I can happily say that Mountain High Cleaning has fulfilled my needs for a clean home! They're thorough, thoughtful, and friendly. The ladies are so sweet and leave the house feeling clean and cozy. Being that I'm in my third trimester of pregnancy and about to have a newborn to clean after, it's wonderful knowing I've found a fantastic service that I can rely on during this demanding time. Highly recommended! read more

Seriously...I am grateful to Anastasiya and her crew today. My son was in a very severe accident 20 months ago and although he is courageously living independently, he does need some assistance with house cleaning. Mountain High Cleaning came exactly when they promised they would, they were efficient and so very helpful. They even helped us find my son's missing keys! Their presence was a great relief. We tried our best to keep my son's wheelchair and two puppies out of their way as best we could and they just worked around us. They cleaned the kitchen, bathroom, doors, floors, walls, you name it! THANK YOU so much for the excellent service today. The price point was VERY reasonable for the amount of effort the three ladies put in...and best of all, my son is left with a very clean house! Highly recommend and we will have them return! read more

These folks are awesome! I've used them for both move-out cleaning and as a regular residential service and they're efficient, detail-oriented, and a joy to work with. They've even been flexible about rescheduling when my own schedule changed last-minute They/ve been professional in all of our interactions and I highly recommend them. read more

These ladies are awesome...always on time. Very flexible. Affordable. And best of all they consistently did a great job! I went through about 4 other cleaners which were more expensive or didn't do nearly as great of a job. They don't pick apart what they will and won't clean. They don't charge extra for small stuff, like windows. They just come in, clean everything within reach, and get the job done! read more

Can't say enough good things about Anastasiya and her cleaning crew. They are on time, efficient, and do a great job every time. They also provided clean up after our home flooded, and again after construction was completed, and we couldn't be happier. We used another cleaning service before Mountain High Cleaning, and there is no comparison. Mountain High Cleaning leaves the house spotless, which is not easy at our house with a dog and a toddler. Would highly recommend! read more

I am so thankful my husband found Olesya!! We have four year old twins, two large dogs, and we both work full time, so I have had a hard time keeping up. She made our home look spotless and even cleaned ares I didn't realize had gotten so filthy! We are definitely having her back- and I can't wait for her to work her magic again :) read more

Timely, efficient, personable, and great value! I'm 31 weeks pregnant and our home is going on the market next week. I need all the cleaning help I can get! I am so grateful for the crew that came! They were very thorough and even cleaned around our doorway outside. Our house desperately needed a deep clean and now I'm confident for others to come and view our home. Excellent work! read more

Was excited to get a quote from them after reading the reviews on Yelp. Called them Friday morning at 10:00. It's now Tuesday at 1:00 pm and I still haven't heard back from them. Meanwhile I have gotten two other quotes from competitors, who were much more responsive. It appears this company doesn't care about new clients. read more

Cancelled through a text a few hours before my appointment. I have a party I'm hosting tomorrow that now I will not be able to find another service. This was a surprise for my mom and was very excited to get the house cleaned today. Completely unprofessional and disappointing. Would not count on. read more

I contacted Mountain High Cleaning a few weeks ago to set up an appointment to clean my home. I needed to find a new cleaning service after moving to a new neighborhood. They were quick to respond and showed up on time. They did an amazing job cleaning my home, changed bed sheets, swept my garage and so much more! I could not be more pleased and am thrilled to have found them. I will be using them monthly moving forward! read more

When someone says 'clean' the first thing that pops to mind is a room that's neat and tidy, pretty much seeing a clean room, but no one really feels a diffrence between an already neat and tidy room that hasn't been clean, and a room that was cleaned. Now from my perspective, cleaning isn't really something that should be seen, it should be felt. Kinda like a room that hasn't been dusted in years it feels like its stiff in there but once you dust it, it doesn't feel as stiff, you know? That's what Mountain High Cleaning does. They don't only get your house cleaned but they make it feel less 'stiff' in the house. People only see things one way nowadays so for those of you who think cleaning is seeing, not all of it is true. Just give feeling a chance, you might like it. read more

Moved here from Arizona over the summer. I found these ladies through yelp and they come ever other week. They do a fantastic job.

Hired Mountain High for a move-out cleaning. Kudos to their hard work (Alex and Kate!), and very reasonable prices. My mom ended up hiring them to do her monthly cleaning, too! read more

I called and a woman answered, yes? I asked if I had called Mountain High and she said yes. She did not say, oh, yes, may I help you? I asked if she could do a cleaning on a certain date. But I could not understand her heavy accent. We tried a few times and I gave up. Honestly, why do people with accents get put on the phone? Very unprofessional but it answered my second question: do you speak English? read more

We have been using MH Cleaning for over 6 months now and they are great! They are flexible with their schedule, and even text me monthly to remind me to schedule (which I really appreciate). Anastasiya and her team do a great job everytime and leave our house very clean. Not easy to do with 2 dogs that love to shed! We highly recommend them. read more
