After hiring three previous cleaning companies/ individuals who were not thorough, timely, or professional, I ran into the owner of Dashing Maids on a Target run. Ashley was very kind, upbeat, and professional. When I quickly explained our issues with previous cleaners (e.g., leaving without cleaning bathrooms!, constant rescheduling, tracking mud throughout the house!), she understood and I quickly got the impression that she runs an entirely different cleaning company. Ashley herself came to my house for the initial free consultation and took detailed notes. We have had monthly cleanings for several months, and we have had absolutely no issues. Every single employee has been on time, courteous, thorough, and professional. When I come home from a stressful day at work on a Dashing Maids day, I know that my home will be spotless and I won't have to do additional cleaning (unlike previous cleaners who wouldn't wash the shower doors or actually sweep the floors). I am incredibly grateful that I ran into Ashley at Target many months ago, and that they travel to the foothills to clean my house. I contracted them for deep clean of my kitchen and three bathrooms before putting my house for sale. After two employees had been in my home over 3.5 hours, I was contacted and told that to finish the job they would need another $180 (on top of $485). I asked them to leave. The person I was talking to said she wouldn't charge me since I was unhappy. Guess what? They charged me because they "worked so hard". When I got home I discovered all they had done was the stovetop, part of the kitchen counters and one shower. Do not use them. I contracted for a service not a set number of hours. read more

Dashing maids has been doing monthly cleanings at our house for a few months now, and we are very happy with the service we have received! The owner came over to give us a quote and was part of the initial cleaning crew. The office manager is always quick with communication, and our cleaner always leaves the house spotless. It was difficult for me to find a cleaner that uses nontoxic cleaning supplies, which is a must in our house. Their prices are competitive for the level of service they provide. These ladies are incredibly professional and efficient, and you can tell they take great pride in your work. I scheduled them to come one afternoon while I was at work, and I returned to a home so clean and smelling wonderful. I appreciate that they use "green" cleaning products that are safe for the environment, and my fur baby. And speaking of fur baby, the ladies of the dashing maids are great with pets. I was extremely pleased with Ashley's team and they left my house extra-sparkling, making me look good for my in-laws' visit. We are very pleased with the service we received with Dashing Maids. Their communication and customer service is superb! Ashley is professional and has great attention to detail. She took the time to take notes on all the areas in our house that I wanted to have cleaned during our first walk through, which I really appreciated. In the past, I've done walk throughs with other cleaning companies, explained what I wanted cleaned, they nod "yes" and then didn't follow through. Mediocre to poor cleaning at high prices is the service you get from Dashing Maids. Our pre-XMAS cleaning was soooo.... poor, we needed to go over practically everything once again ourselves. When a service leaves film on surfaces in the bathrooms, dust on counters and dirt on the floors and you pay $160, you are absolutely not getting your money's worth. To add insult to injury, they can't even invoice you in a timely manner. I had some bookkeeper asking me to look for an invoice from September that they had never sent me. Take it from us folks: take a hard pass on Dashing Maids. read more
