I have used Mountain Meadow Maids for about a year and a half. They have always been thorough, and I love having a fresh, clean house when they are done. They put clean sheets on the bed and it always looks better than when I make it myself. They add little touches such as flourishes on the tissues, TP, and paper towels, and often fold the bath towels in a decorative manner. The extra touches make me smile every time they come. Recently, they arrived to do my cleaning and one of them found me on the back porch, shyly asking if my elderly husband had passed away. I said yes, earlier this week, and she was sad and expressed her condolences. It was very sweet. My dog and I stayed out of their way so they could clean without us being underfoot. After they left, I came into the kitchen and found that one of the cleaners had run an errand. They left a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a sympathy note on my kitchen counter. It was very touching, and I was overwhelmed by their kindness. A lot of companies can send housecleaners. Not everyone sends people who care. Thank you, Cynthia and Rocio. read more

Mountain Meadow Maids - Home Cleaning Near Me - Littleton, Colorado

So we've been with Mountain Meadow Maids for about a little over a year now. The team we have is just over the top! They are always so detail oriented and make sure our home is so well cared for, we appreciate them and all they do! I can't explain how much that means in a household of NINE people! Sometimes I worry about the cost because the price does seem high at first glance, but it's absolutely worth every cent. You're absolutely getting a crew that wholly and completely cares about your home and the people in it while they work :) read more

The are a wonderful cleaning crew! They are prompt, professional and extremely kind. I'm always beyond pleased with their services!

Imagine being gone for 2 weeks and coming home to a freshly cleaned house! As a working mom, it's truly so nice to feel taken care of. I do a bi-weekly clean and it saves us so much time. We have a 4 year old and both work full time in office. Time is limited and Mountain Meadow Maids is a life saver. We like the smell of the cleaning chemicals they use and it helps keep the dust down. They work super hard and I've never had problems. They're also very sweet to my large doodle. We have a lock box and they happily come and go when they need. I feel comfortable with them here when I'm not home. read more

We use Mountain Meadow Maids on a recurring basis, and they always do a fantastic job! As others have noted, aside from the thorough cleaning, the thoughtful touches with TP, paper towel, tissues, etc. are appreciated. read more

I have been using MMM for 5+ years now, have used them at 2 houses/locations, and will keep using them. The ladies do such a fantastic job and are so thorough - the house smells amazing when they are done. Their communication is also top notch - not only do they send early enough reminders but if I need to change the appointment they are flexible. I recommend them to anyone who asks! read more

I did a 1st time cleaning with Mountain Meadow Maids. The cleaing was done fairly well, however they charged double for the initial cleaning and also said they'd stay for 4 hours. Come to find out the ladies were just sitting around and hanging out for the last 30 mins, watching the clock. Just wasting time for no reason. Mountain Maids did discount the fee. ** The ladies who came to clean did NOT speak any English at all ** There were many miscommunications and too much wasted time simply due to communication issues ** OVER PRICED read more

I've been using mountain meadow maid's services for five years and love them. They provide excellent service and I've recommended them to all of my friends. read more

The crew did a great job cleaning my apartment after I was dealing with the loss of my cat. I was amazed by how clean it was and the little details they put into it. Highly recommend Mountain Meadow Maids! read more

First time cleaning and now signing up for month to month - very prompt, efficient and the hope is the cleanest than any other company / individual I've used. My stove has never been cleaner and I cook a lot! Love that they also clean baseboards as I feel many companies don't do this. So glad to now have them integrated into our cleaning routine! read more

Because another local cleaning company who won't be named (Home Cleanology) never got back to me about move-out cleaning services, I had to keep looking. In a way, I'm glad they didn't contact me, because I found Mountain Meadow Maids. From the beginning, I had excellent communication from Todd and Omar. After I filled out the form on their website, Todd called me and we talked about my needs and an estimate cost for the work. Normally, I love to clean. However, between working, moving out, and moving into a new place, I just couldn't do all the work that needed to be done in three days. The two ladies who came out to clean were simply amazing. I cannot believe how well they cleaned the apartment! We hired them for 3 1/2 hours, and there wasn't a spot that I had to go back and clean. I can't thank the ladies enough and felt bad that I wasn't able to clean more before they arrived (I'm half-Dutch, and we pride ourselves on cleaning). Whether you need cleaning services for moving or for regular cleaning, I highly recommend Mountain Meadow Maids. You totally get high value for your money! read more

Honestly the cleaners were ok. My problem lies with Laura. First convo I explained exactly what I wanted per what my landlord said. Base boards (not floors) Oven deep cleaned Fridge deep clean (there was 2) Window sills cleaned. Cabinets checked (but I had already cleaned them) Simple quick job, they quoted me 2 hours. They come out and they start doing everything from top to bottom. AFTER I had already moppped, done cabinets, I had cleaned the walls, doors, stairs, cleaned inside and out of washer and dryers, dishwasher. I had done hours of work already and just wanted this done by them so I could say professionally deep cleaned while I started unpacking at my new place. Laura did not tell them this. She told them she wanted it deep cleaned from top to bottom. After promising me I could request specific work. So 2 hours in, they are not done with the work I had hired them for and were re-mopping my floors. She called me and told me how's she needs them to have more time because they are REDOING everything I had done. I was so pissed. Im on a set budget and time limit was running out to return the keys. Laura tells me how she cant "guarantee" the cleaning done cause im not doing what she wants for it. I had to pay for an extra hour because she gave them the wrong instructions, and tried to bully me my landlord would just retire them and make me pay through my deposit. Told her to fix it and have them do just what I asked and told her how I will be making a walk through video of the place to make sure it was all good because I was following their policy of what needed to be cleaned. I still paid that extra hour, but only for the workers as they didnt know she was pulling this. I will NEVER use them again. Solely because of Laura. She promised they would do the things I needed done and tried to force me to allow a 2 hour job to be a whole day so she could make money. Wasting the workers time, my time and spending my money. I already had worked my ass off cleaning, and did not need such disrespect. Anyways I made sure to record how clean the place was BEFORE and AFTER the cleaners where there. I won't let them mess with me on this and tell my landlord it isn't clean. This place sucks, it only got a 2 to be nice to the workers who came out. read more

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. I'm beyond disappointed in their disrespect for our property and safety and their sloppy and unfinished cleaning job. We had MMM clean our recently purchased house while it was still empty to have a clean house to move in our furniture. When I returned to the house a week after they cleaned it, I found our back door WIDE OPEN. I'm positive they were responsible for leaving my door open because I was at the property right before they arrived, and nobody had been on the premises after they cleaned. Finding my door unlocked and wide open was terrifying. I didn't know if someone had broken in, stolen fixtures, etc. I had to do a room-by-room sweep to ensure the safety of my family. As I was going through the house it was evident to me that the house was DIRTIER THAN BEFORE THEY CLEANED because I now have windblown debris all over my house. In addition, I found crumbs on the kitchen floor that they hadn't cleaned, an uncleaned refrigerator, and all my blinds open, which I had kept closed to ensure the safety of my house since I didn't want anyone to know that it was currently empty. Furthermore, they left my lights on, which I had turned off, so as not to incur unnecessary electricity expenses. All told, I plan on reporting this company to the BBB if they do not make this right ASAP. read more

Horrible. Hired them to deep clean 3 bathrooms and 1 kitchen. I was not able to do the final walk through as I had to work... but based off of their reviews I trusted they would do a good job. I honestly think ALL of their reviews are fake. Do NOT use this company. We now have to scramble and clean ourselves before our move this weekend. See pics for yourself. We used clorox wipes on the floor near the toilets to see if they even cleaned there, and these are what they looked like. Unacceptable and they should not be cleaning homes. read more

They just finished a deep cleaning for us. Great job! We had the biggest snow of the year last night, so we were not expecting them to show up today, since it must be difficult to drive and safety is always number one priority. However, they showed up on time and did a great job. We will continue working with them. read more

As an emergency physician and public health physician I am disappointed in the services provided by Mountain Meadow. They were asked to wear a mask during cleanings both for our safety and their crew's safety since I work in the ER. They failed to wear masks on multiple cleanings. Laura was unapologetic throughout this experience and kept saying they would remind crews to read the notes about wearing a mask. If being respectful of your comfort and safety during the pandemic is a concern for you, I would not use this company. Why advertise that your crew is vaccinated and wears masks if you refuse to respect your client's wishes when you come into their home? read more

We have had great success with our cleaning service from Mountain Meadow Cleaners until this month. One of the owners decided it was worth losing our business of 8 years over an accident where our ceiling fan was dislodged by the cleaning crew when they were cleaning it and it fell to the floor. We had used that ceiling fan for the past 8 years almost daily, and it was held in securely with no wobbles or indication that it was loose. My husband analyzed the upper casing after it had fallen and noticed the holder was custom fit for our sloped ceiling. He didn't like the base design, but knew physical force had to have been applied in order for it to fully be pulled out from its casing. Because the owner became defensive at my request to split the cost of installing a replacement, Mountain Meadow Cleaners lost our business and we will not recommend them to anyone. read more

Cleaning crew had marginal English skills but were prompt and usually did a pretty good job. But the office staff left much to be desired, creating dissatisfaction and lack of trust. Cannot recommend. read more

We cannot say enough about their work! Our first cleaning far exceeded our expectations. The team we had was great -- they didn't mind our animals, arrived on time, and went above and beyond in cleaning and organizing our home. They even went as far as fanning our towels, made bows with our toilet paper & paper towels, etc. We originally hired them for a deep clean as we have a newborn arriving very soon. After having them once, we decided to hire them for a 1x/mo. cleaning. Very reasonable prices, too. Highly recommend them! read more

After contacting the owner with concerns, Laura's responses were defensive. No compensation or credit for uncleaned rooms. Offering this vendor adequate time to make good on limited service, I have chosen to move on ans share this disappointing customer experience. read more

The owner came to my house for a quote and he was on time friendly and very professional. The two lady that came two days later were amazing. They got right to work didn't mind my dog and cats. I work from home so I was there as well. They seem to have a pretty good routine. They didn't ask me for anything and they did amazing job. One thing I notice is that the cleaners where experienced and treated my home like there own! Couldn't have ask for a better service! read more

I wanted to wait until they had cleaned my house several times before I posted a review. This company is top notch! I hardly know the housekeepers are even in my house and yet they do a VERY thorough job of cleaning. They are meticulous about putting things back where they came from. The detail that the housekeepers provide is amazing. I actually saw the two of them making sure that the suede on one of the bed headboards was all brushed in the same direction. They vacuum the carpet on stairs in a specific pattern and it looks so cool! I hate to walk on them after they leave because they look so amazing! I have two HUGE (150 lbs and 75 lbs) dogs and they don't seem the least bit bothered or intimidated by them. I HIGHLY recommend this cleaning service. I am so glad I found them. read more

The cleaning team did a phenomenal job. We hired MMM to do a "move-out" cleaning of our 2 bed/1 bath second-story apartment, including inside of fridge, oven, microwave, and basement. A team of 3 cleaners arrived, all wearing masks. They brought their own cleaning products and equipment. Safety is our #1 priority at this time so we are very pleased and appreciative of all the precautions MMM is taking to protect their employees and customers. The cleaning crew was so kind and professional. As for the cleaning itself, all I can say is that the team was a godsend. They cleaned all of the nitty gritty areas like grout lines and baseboards, even wiped the walls. Our apartment looked even better than it did when we moved in. Hiring MMM was such a huge relief; they lightened the heavy burden that is moving across the country by taking care of the cleaning in the most spectacular way. I only wish this company was around nationwide. Do not hesitate to hire MMM, you will not regret it! read more

We've had MMM clean our house bi-weekly for 1 1/2 years & they've been great. Always on time, always friendly, and always thorough. I've tried different places over the years - companies as well as individuals- and haven't been as happy as we've been the last year and a half. I trust them with my stuff. read more
