My place is a mess, and I'm not (completely) ashamed to say it. I needed some serious help, and I've had cleaners come before who were very unkind and judgmental, which turned me off from having anyone help for a long time. After realizing it's never going to get better until I try something different, I put out about a dozen contacts for local cleaners. Most of them wouldn't work with my schedule or never called back. I heard back from Mary almost immediately, and she was so helpful and kind. We got the visit set up quickly and easily, laid out what everyone's expectations were, and they came a few days ago. They did an awesome job. My kitchen in particular was a disaster, and they made it look cleaner than when I moved in. My kids' bathroom was a mess too. They made it sparkle, while keeping the things the kids need accessible, which I really appreciated. They whipped my bathroom into shape too. I had reasonable expectations: I didn't expect them to get the whole place spotless (that's going to take some time and decluttering), but as soon as they were done with the cleaning, they called to let me know how it went and what their recommendations are for the rest of the place. They didn't judge, they just acknowledged that it would take a few visits and talked about the plan, which I love. I will be setting up a regular schedule with them, and I'll keep it even after the place is spotless - to keep it from being like it was: so messy that it was an embarrassment. I have been searching for a house cleaning team for months after moving to the Denver area. I finally landed on Pureza Cleaning after reading their reviews and speaking with the manager. She was very friendly and quick to help us get something scheduled. The team of two people, Mary and Giuseppe, did a fantastic job. They cleaned our whole house in exactly two hours and every looks spotless. Based on the initial cleaning I will now be using them for monthly maintenance cleanings. Re-visit on this. They hook you with a couple of good cleanings then get really lazy. No sweeping or dusting. $85! For 2 hours and they leave In 1 hour without doing all the cleaning. Not worth 1 star. Worst cleaning experience BAR NONE. We had a scheduled appointment for Friday morning, they call around 1 and advise they cannot clean due to them not carrying any trash out or having any trash bags. Mind you it's $200 for an apartment cleaning of a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom 900 sq ft apartment. Alright so you can't take out any trash... okay... Then they did not clean the refrigerator or any ceiling fans... because they did not have enough time. We had allotted 6 HOURS for cleaning and thet left after 3 hours with a half ass job. Save your time and money and look elsewhere. $200 and we still have quite a bit of cleaning to do for our apartment clean out service. What a joke! You've been warned. You don't always reach someone by phone, but leave a message and they'll call you back really quick. Both times, they did a great job. Imagine coming home after being gone for 1.5 months. My first thought was "Shit, I have clean my apartment. It's probably got all kinds of weird dust everywhere. Definitely the fan and my vents. I haven't wiped those things since I moved in 8 months ago!" Well, I was skeptical about using a cleaning service since I'd never gotten one before. However, Mary and her team did not disappoint! They cleaned my bedroom ceiling fan, all windowsills, vents in kitchen and bathroom, and did a great general cleaning throughout the apartment. Hands down, it was totally worth the money! You can find a lot better for the money. Our normal house cleaner was out so I found Pureza via Groupon for 2 hours (which is how long we usually book). Thought it was a good deal, but then they start giving caveats that 2 hours is for a 1 bedroom apartment (?!), so they won't be able to clean much at all. "We normally require 5-6 hours for a house this size" Okay... By the way, it's not a big house. What they did clean was done nicely. They just didn't get to much of our house, didn't dust the bench of our dining table, didn't do any of the dishes, didn't take out trash or recycling. Seems like they try to do the bare minimum. Maybe because it was a Groupon, but if so that's not a good way to hook your customer. From the get-go, it just felt like they were bracing you for underperformance. Bottom line: Our regular house cleaner gets twice as much done and does a nicer job in the same amount of time for the same (reasonable) price (adjusting for the Groupon discount, that is). read more

I wanted a partial cleaning of the common areas of the house at an hourly rate. They got everything i wanted done in 4 hours which is about the time i expected. Most services want to charge by the square footage or rooms but they were able to quote me an hourly rate so that was nice. My wood floor looks the best it ever has and we've had other cleaning services that just haven't done that. read more

If I could post 0 stars I would. We paid for a 10 hour deep clean of an empty townhouse, and upon inspection we found that the property was still dirty. We supplied them with photos and videos to document their poor performance. When we gave the company the opportunity to rectify the situation they made excuses and said the property was clean. I used Pureza Cleaning about a year ago and had a wonderful experience. After sustaining a shoulder and wrist injury to my dominant hand, I decided I needed some help getting my house cleaned back up. I reached out after purchasing a Groupon to schedule. Despite a clear distain for Groupon users, the process was fairly painless and a cleaning was scheduled out for about two weeks later. They wanted a card number to ensure I would not cancel. When I called to give it, no one answered, I let them know I did not want to leave my card info on the machine and to call me and I would provide it. I got a call back later, I was driving home from work, in the dark, with a sling on, I answered the questions asked but asked if I could call back in 10 minutes when I was home to give her the card info. She stated she was leaving and could not take the card info. I suggested I call back the neck day around 4 pm when I was off work. The woman explained to me that if I did not provide the card info at that time, my reservation would be given away. It did not matter that I was not able to do it at the time, that my reservation was two weeks away, or that I explained I would be at work hours before they opened and unable to talk during my work day. What made things worse was that when I emailed the company I got a long response stating "they listened to the call" and the woman did everything right. I canceled my Groupon and will never use this company again. I understand a need to get card information to hold a reservation, but accommodating your customers is part of running a business. If they had and I failed to give them card info, they still had nearly two weeks to cover the opening. It was ridiculous the way they handled things. read more

They didn't clean my house well at all. My shower door was not even touched. The house was not mopped. One guy showed up with one spray bottle and a vacuum half full of other peoples' houses dirt. Looks like other reviewers had a good experience. I'm surprised. I do a better job cleaning my house than this. Save your money. read more

I would not use this company. They would not honor a groupon when it was their scheduale that made it unlikely to meet the expiration date. I called initially two weeks before expiration date! They called back one week before "E" date after an additional call. Mary had a very uncooperative attitude- NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY!
