Why would a company refuse someone then turn around and try to get the job outside the company? Is she insured? How do we know she wouldn't come in and take advantage of us and steal/break our things? Fifth, not putting your teams in a position they can't complete a job? Then don't send a group of 3 friends to a job that is clearly a lot of work if they are lazy and don't wanna work hard, or hire better staff, or match staff appropriately to jobs, its not our problem you mismatched. Sixth, after researching you, this is clearly not the first time your business has done similar things, otherwise you wouldn't have a 2.5 to 2.7 star rating on several websites. A peek at an online traffic report indicated that traffic was no heavier than it would be during a week-day rush hour, so there's no way it really would have taken that long for her to get to my place; also, she could have easily taken a different exit and avoided the traffic on I-25 if traffic was that bad. I'm suspicious that she was cleaning a house and ended up running really late. She probably squeezed me in between that job and the next job and didn't want to be even later for the next job, so she blew me off. However, if she were truly running late because of traffic, I wish she would have let me know promptly rather than waiting until she was already 35 minutes late arriving to contact me. I wish that instead of emailing me, she'd have called. Lastly, I wish she would not have canceled the appointment altogether. This gives me a bad first impression of this company and I will not be using them in the future.
