NOT A FAN. The coin machine near the door here (it seems purposefully) have gap underneath where you put the bill in. I put in 20.00, the 20.00 was rejected and the fill immediately went into the gap below where you put the bill in. There was no possible way for me to retrieve the 20.00 and im livid. There phone number is disconnected, they have no website, there is NO POSTING for ANY CONTACT in the building and noone ever there. 0 stars. Go somewhere else. read more

Run away. This place is a dump and run down. The owner, Mr Rice has let this place go. Is filthy and most machines are broken and need to be updated. Place needs to be gutted out and start all over again. There is a fal that cones in fir less than 20 minutes to wipe machines parking there is a nightmare. Some moron has a used car business in this shopping center. He has taken tge majority of all parking fir his trashy used vehicles. Check out wavemaster laundry in westminster instead. Great laundromat! I found it to be clean and all of the machines were in working order. They make it so convenient to pay. No more having to get a handful of dirty quarters because you can either swipe your card or tap for Apple Pay. It will cost you 4.75 for a big front loader which is great for washing comforters and rugs. read more

I have no clue why the health department hasn't shut this place down. I was beyond appalled over the condition of this laundromat. There was green slimey stuff built up in between the door of the washers and the seals. Like the slime that forms in gutters. And thick brown disgusting build up around edges and other areas. I won't even get into what the soap reservoirs looked like. The smell of this place is horrible when you walk in and just when you think it can't get worse someone starts up a new washer and the stench of mildew and mold and funk seeps in through your face mask. I am not trying to be mean and talk crap. Well actually I think I am in this case because it is more than warranted and the owners of this dump really should be ashamed of themselves. If you value your health and condition of your clothing I would stay as far away from this place as you can. read more

The only reason why I gave Apple Mary's a 3-star rating is because the phone number/voicemail box for that facility is full. I was calling to request a refund for washer #19 because when I used it yesterday, when the load completed, the mattress pad I washed was dripping wet as I pulled it from the washer. It was too wet to put into a dryer. I had to wash it again to get the water out but this time did so in washer #20. Upon completion in #20, the mattress pad was no longer dripping wet. As a result, I had phoned to request a refund for the cost to rewash the mattress pad but could not do so because the voice mail box was full. Please know that I did dry the floor as best I could using paper towels from the public bathroom located in the laundromat so that no one there would slip and fall. Otherwise, as usual, I found the washers and dryers to work properly. Hoping Apple Mary's will reach out to me to refund me for the additional #20 wash. read more

This place is pretty run down. Dirty, ceiling tiles are either missing or falling down. Half the machines have out of order signs on them. The only plus is that some of the machines take credit card so you don't need a huge pocket full of quarters. read more

Hmm, I read some of the reviews on the place and I am surprised they were bad. I haven't been to a laundromat in years so I don't have much to compare but I have been going here for a couple of months, since my washer broke. I actually chose not to replace it yet in part because this laundromat is convenient to where I live, it has plenty of washers and dryers varying in size and the prices seem very reasonable to me. I only spend about $3.25 a load. Another plus is I don't feel afraid to be there alone at night and it is clean. The last time I remember going to a laundromat there were a lot of sketchy people and used needles and other odd things in the dryers. I guess that left me with a very bad impression of laundromats because I never went back to one again! Oh and there is an attendant or two there during the weekdays until around 6 or so and they give free washing powder on certain days of the week although I am not sure what those days are. Do not go to this place place. 80% of the machines are out of order, mold in all of the washing machines. The staff a man jus sits and eats while watching TV. A clean and well taken care if laundromat in a small strip mall. Apple Mary's has both self serve and drop of laundry service. I had trouble with two of the machines. After I had loaded detergent and clothes, some I my quarters got stuck in the machines. So I was down about $2.50 and there is no staff here early in the mornings to assist when this happens. They have good hours. There is a tv to watch and some vending machines for soda. I would come back again. read more

This laundromat is super old - like from the 1970s. All industrial machines, including washer and dryers, are completely outdated which doesn't correspond to the prices Apple Mary's charges. White, cold water wash is $1.25 but, color, hot-water wash is $1.75. Wowsers! A 10-minutes dry cycle is 25 cents and you need at least 3 or 4 of those to dry a small to medium size load. Nasty, front loader filters full of other people's hair. I even found 2 screws & a rock in the 2 machines I used. Mold in the building. I was here on vacation & was depending on Uber to get around, had I had my own car I would have walked in & right back out. This was the first time here and never again. The place is absolutely filthy. Not only in this place inhabitable, a majority of the washers are out of order. On one side there are 8 washers and a total of 6 are out of order just on that side alone. There is black mold/crap where you dispense the detergent. The bathroom has no soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and is filthy. It doesn't matter if you pick warm or hot because the water will be cold. There is one person behind a desk working there and obviously she is there as an accessory because all she does is stare at her phone and does nothing around the entire facility. If even if you are DESPERATE for a coin laundry DONT come here. I even saw another family come in and leave without doing their laundry while complaining about how this facility isn't even being maintained. read more

I was at Apple Mary's Laundry to wash a large comforter on Sunday (3 pm), Oct. 7, 2018. There was no attendant in the business. I attempted to use the largest washer (#31). This machine (and most others) had both a credit card and coin options. After carefully reading all instructions I loaded my prewash and wash detergent and bleach in separate pods. I used spray wash on the comforter and put it in the machine. The 2 credit cards I used were delined. I purchased $10.00 in quarters from the coin machine in the laundry and began to load into the slot provided. I got up to $8.50 deposited, but view pad said only $7.50. At that point, the washer would not accept any additional coins. Since there was no attendant, I looked for a phone number. None in the entire business. I found a card to be completed for a refund, but there was no place to put it which required me to leave my personal information in public view. I left a note with my phone number requesting a call back this morning, but no call received. I am very upset by a public business left unattended without even providing specific information, instructions or an emergency number to contact an owner or manager is an extremely poor way to run a business. And not to have a secure option to leave a notice or refund request was even worse. I wasted detergent and bleach, plus the spray wash I already put on the comforter which was difficult to get back into my carrier without getting it all over me. My one hour quick run to the laundry was a joke. I was told by another customer that Apple Mary's was sold a short time ago. I did find the phone number online this morning. I spoke to an employee who said I could get the deposited amount back if I came in by 4:00 pm today. I believe I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Have to echo the previous reviews. A little pricey, didn't look like there was an attendant there, everything was a bit confusing with different machines all over the place, and the bathrooms were locked because they had been vandalized too many times. read more

I attended during the day. The employee was extremely helpful. He explained prices and capacities of each machine. Prices begin at $2.00 a load of a washer and dryers are $0.25 for 5 mins for dryers. They offer drop-off laundry and dry cleaning too! Great laundromat! read more

It is a bit run down and maybe a little pricy but I don't really have a comparison. When I was here the bathroom and wash sink were really clean. Place was pretty empty. Some machines were out of order but enough usable ones. No one was working here. A guy came in looking for someone that worked here... Disappeared in the back for like 10 minutes, came back out and asked again if I saw the guy. That was kind of weird. read more

Had to wash all my stuff. Brought my own soap and everything as was prepared to go to work. Washed everything. No hiccups, got to chill, listening to music, as I waiting for my things to dry. Big huge dryers and washers. Perfect place in my book. read more

A lot of people have not been in the laundromat recently. A major remodel was done this year. Many new washers and dryers were installed. A make over in the restroom where a customer couldn't believe how nice it is! As far attendants goes, three people are in the facility during the course of the week. What Mary said is not correct at all. An attendant does clean the facility and can eat breakfast and relax a little bit if he/she so desires. When an attendant comes in around 7:00am and cleans the place up before they even start there shift at 10:00am, it tells that the associate has pride in this place. By the way, all those machines that Mary complained about are long gone! And other reviews , the place was in the process of being remodeled. Every year new equipment is purchased to replace old/broken equipment! So, ignore comments made by Mary and others before May 2016 that were talking about bad things. The place is greatly improved! And there are certain washers and dryers that take credit cards. Also, you can pay for drop off services with a credit card. WIFI is free in the store and has been in place for over 4 years. This laundromat is pricey compared to other laundromats I go to, but they are close to home so sometimes I'm willing to pay more for convenience. They charge extra for hot water, extra rinse, and longer washing times. I find that their machines are not accurate though because I chose a longer washing time on one machine, and it was finished before a regular load I washed. When I was there yesterday, I paid extra for the hot water only to have it luke warm. I chose to wash another load in warm, and it was cool. That particular washer also did not agitate much. I also found that their dryers are not the best compared to other laundromats I go to. I spent 75 cents to dry one regular-sized load of laundry, and it was still pretty damp. That load would have been dry at the place I usually go to. I only spent 25 cents on another load but did not want to lose more money when I felt that the clothes were still wet and cold. It seems hit or miss with their machines. Overall it's not a bad place. It's attended during the day, so I think they keep it fairly clean. But I will continue driving to Lafayette for warmer water and dryers and a better price. read more

Clean, plenty of machines, plenty of tables for folding, several change machines, friendly helpful attendant. At least some of the dryers take either quarters or credit cards. I can't comment on the cost since I don't use laundromats all that much, but the washers were 1.75 and up depending on what temperature water you use, whether they were front- or top-loaders, and size; and the dryers we used were .25 per five minutes. The only problem we had was one washer didn't start until the attendant came over and closed the lid hard. read more
