I've talked with the guy a handful of times and spend about 50 bucks a month here, until today. No hot water. Almost no machines working. Puddles of water in machines some with suds because machines don't spin. I put on my clothing just washed and within 30 minutes I'm itching head to toe because of soap left on clothing. I used a third of soap recommended. Clothes finish wash soaking wet. Staff says that's normal because cotten and their hands are tied. Never again. I'm going to try Pundry laundry today. Folsom laundry other location in South Boulder, Table Mesa is not much better. Kiss my 600.00 a year goodbye Folsom. They only have Tide boxes because they want the bulk discount but advertise other brands in machines that are free of fragrance. Pet hair in machines and dryers smell like cat piss. Don't support a business that cheats poor people because owner is too cheap to turn on hot water or properly maintain his machines. Also almost no water is used in washing and rinsing, regardless of setting. Containers that soap goes in are gross and cakes in soap. Water runs through these containers so soap always gets into rinse.

I have always had a good experience here...good, clean, new machines. The owner is always helpful. I go on weekdays early to avoid crowds. When I picked them up, only half were properly pressed, and some looked damaged, so I brought fifteen shirts back to them so they could redo them and see what they could do about the damaged ones. When I picked up the ones they redid, some still weren't pressed correctly, some had new/further damage, and nothing had been done about the previously damaged ones. The final damage was: five shirts (all black) ruined due to how they pressed the collars, and four shirts (all white) with yellow stains on the collars. They did refund me the laundering charges, but they didn't repay me for what they ruined; the owner flat-out denied that they were ruined. When people bring you their laundry, that's often because they don't have the time to bother with it themselves; they bring it to a professional, expecting professional results. Boulder Cleaners is anything but professional; they don't even own up to their mistakes.
