For clothing of any type to be finished. I've been waiting a month for a handbag to be cleaned ($85!). I brought in a small dog vest to have a patch sewn on and they magically put it in the wrong place. Still waiting for that to be done, too. I initially requested pricing from Revolution and got a reply right away from Heather that was incredibly accurate and informative. When I went in to drop off my clothes, Savannah was so helpful and the process was so wonderfully efficient and quick. The pick up was seamlessly easy and quick as well. I dropped off really difficult items to care for, i.e. silk shirt that my dog chewed on, a linen blazer with an impossible stain and a dress with boning. Every item was returned perfectly clean and well before I had to leave for a business trip. Honestly, with all the stress that goes into dropping off expensive items for anyone to care for, they really terrifically killed it. Will only use this cleaner going forward. This is the most convenient dry cleaning service I've ever used. The pick-ups and deliveries are so easy to schedule and have been on time every time. They do a great job with the clothes; I've even sent things for repair with notes in order pick-up section and everything has been done perfectly. Dropped two suits off on Wednesday 6/26. Was told I'd get a call within 24hrs, did not receive a call. I went in Friday, and they said it was out for delivery. Asked the lady what the delivery number was and she said I should have it from signing up. She then told me to get it offline. I call the number twice no answer. The weekend goes by still don't have my suits back. Monday I finally get my suits. Thursday 7/4 I put on one of my shirts that Revolution dry cleaned and a lot of the buttons are broken. I will not use Revolution again. read more

First - the quality of the dry cleaning is pretty awesome. Also the fact that they have 2 pickup options per week which are always on time is great. I did, however, have an issue with my last order where they stated my profile was for folded (and thus have $80 of wrinkled shirts) when I had not made a change to any settings from my previous orders which have always been on hangers. In fact the receipt even says "hanging", but the items were folded. Was a little disappointed that the assumption was the customer changed something. Overall, if you can afford them (price isn't for everyone), are looking for an environmentally friendly option, they are the way to go! read more

As a first time customer I had a really horrible experience, I took my tie to get cleaned and I asked for it to be rushed, so when I went the next day to pick it up it was still the same way it was when I dropped it off, the employee there didn't make it seem like a big deal. Then today, 6/28/18 I went to pick up my tie for the 2nd time and it wasn't cleaned it's best and when I saw it, it was altered, the string was falling apart. The employee again just apologized and didn't seem very caring, he then stated I'd be a week to have it be fixed and cleaned again!! What an inconvenience, such an unacceptable experience. My company uses Revolution Cleaners at our office - they pick-up and deliver, making it totally convenient. Turn-around time is excellent. Prices are a little higher, but I feel fine about paying it knowing they are cleaning in a more sustainable way. I had an experience once where they cleaned my jacket and a button came off. They noticed it and took it upon themselves to get me an exact replacement from the manufacturer (I should add - this was a premium clothing brand with a very unique button. I used to have trouble making it to my old drycleaner as I work during the week and they were closed on Sundays. The owner of the old drycleaning place had hateful political views in the form of bumper stickers on his car, so I had been looking to move my business elsewhere since the fall of 2016. Now I just have RC pick it up at my house and drop it off. I discovered them in February of 2017. I like the app as I can see a description of what clothes they are cleaning...so if I can't find a blouse, I can verify that it is being dry cleaned rather than wondering if it would be with the clothes I'd be picking up on Saturday. I used this service several times for expensive work cloths. Cleaning was OK and drop-off and pick-up were great. Then I had a $100 silk blouse come back with one of the buttons broken and several others stripped of color. I wrote in a few days ago with no response. Have found a another cleaner. read more

Great dry cleaning service right at your door! They have competitive rates, which are only slightly above rates of traditional dry cleaning services. They have friendly staff and great promos too. My only thought is to make sure you tell them not to leave your clothes on your doorstep if you live in the city, or your clothes probably won't be there when you get home. Otherwise, just make sure someone is home when they deliver. read more
