A few months ago, I brought a suit in for dry cleaning and when I got the dress shirts back the buttons had some white flakes coming off them. I took it back and they said it might be some cleaning product deposit and could be scratched off. Cool, but ideally something they should have caught and fixed themselves. 2. Today I brought my suit in to drop off for cleaning 20 minutes before closing only for the man behind the counter to say "sorry we just closed 5 minutes ago because I want to get out of here early." Not only was he unwilling to accept my drop-off, he seemed extremely unapologetic and out of it (was he sober? I hope so) during the whole conversation, and also twice referenced "it's a Sunday" (it was Tuesday) as if that explains why he decided to close early. Terrible customer service. Due to these interactions, I think I will take my dry cleaning elsewhere from now on. I hope the business is able to clean up their practices in the future!

I commented on this in front of the third employee (my 3rd time in the store), but she didn't respond. My husband and his friend agreed that the scuff marks of wear are still visible and the boots don't look polished at all. John's Cleaners sends customer's nice emails, and so I responded to their email with my complaint. That was 3 days ago and I haven't heard anything. My husband and I will never go to this cleaners. It had a small red and wine stain on it near the hem. I dropped it off hoping to have it cleaned so I could wear it one night during my wedding weekend. I went to pick it up, and the red wine stain hadn't even been touched. I pointed this out and the woman said "whoops I guess we missed that!" And then said she would have it fixed right away. Fast forward 2 weeks! TWO! The wedding came and went and no word on the dress. I figured no big deal I'll wear it on the honeymoon which we leave for in 10 days. So I call the day we get back from the wedding and ask about my dress. Turns out they had misplaced it and it never was sent out to be fixed. Alright, they assure me they will have it ready for the honeymoon. Now, we leave in 5 days and I show up to pick up the dress. Red wine stain, GONE! Yay!! But.... Wtf are all the black stains on the skirt of the dress?? They fixed one problem and created a bigger one.
