I was honestly confused by the question. I don't know my inseam measurements -- that's the whole reason I came to a cleaners that offers alterations. I expected they would measure the pants, or measure me, and determine the proper length. She told me they don't do that and that customers have to come in with their own exact measurements. This was never stated on their website. Had that been communicated upfront, I would've come prepared or gone somewhere else and saved myself the trip. On top of that, the interaction wasn't very friendly or welcoming. The whole experience felt dismissive and inconvenient, especially after going out of my way first thing in the morning. My husband and his friend agreed that the scuff marks of wear are still visible and the boots don't look polished at all. This…read moreplace is sufficient for a laundromat and has what you'd expect/need: plenty of machines (almost all were operational), lots of counter space for folding, plenty of laundry carts, a quarter machine, laundry detergent products, basic reading materials like magazines. There was a woman there constantly wiping down the machines and sweeping the floors and tending to the trash so it's pretty clean and well-maintained. Also, it's in a good location. A plaza with plenty of parking, a bank (ATM), coffee shop, and a couple places to eat. Only negative comment: I feel $3.50 per wash is a bit expensive. I haven't been to a laundromat in years so maybe this is the going rate, but just seemed high to me.
