When I entered the location to do an Amazon return I was called sexually explicit terms with personal family issues twisted in to be as cutting as possible. I'm not fully sure why. I usually dread coming into this UPS store because it's always the same white girl who is so rude and unhelpful. I don't know her name but she truly is the most unhelpful person to work here. Today was so different. Damon helped me. I came in tried to do the self Amazon drop off the white girl was so unhelpful all she did was print out a receipt, but Damon took the time to help me figure out what I needed to do. In my experience, places like these tend to range from mediocre to awful. I've had many a days ruined at shipping/printing centers. I've learned to simply accept the inevitable. Scratch everything. Draw a new line in the sand. This is the single greatest shipping & printing center I've ever been to. Why? The two employees are infectiously nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I've made this analogy before but it doesn't make it any less true. When I come here, I feel like I'm the lead character in The Truman Show. Ya know, that Jim Carrey movie from the late 90's? It's like people are paid to be nice to me. To wait on my hand and foot. To treat me like royalty. That's what these two dudes bring to the table. I've only seen these gents working here. They somehow manage to never break a sweat. Phrases like, "thank you," "no problem," "you got it," "my pleasure" come to mind. These guys deserve every star in the book. In this case, five. My daughter needed to send Christmas gifts to her friends in Dallas. To be sure it gets there in time, she stopped by the UPS Store. I use Stamps.com for all my postage, so we went to the library so I could print out the labels. We bought a box from UPS. We gave them my label and they placed it in a sleeve to be placed on the box. Useless. I live in an apartment, and its completely random whether or not we'll get our deliveries. Half of the time drivers leave notes saying they cannot get in the building... but i guess some drivers just can? Ive had things picked up from my door, but other times they claim they cant get to me, and essentially want me to wait downstairs for them to show up if i need a pickup. Drivers will leave things right in front of peoples doors even on the top floor, or leave them in the mail room, the front door, or half the time claim they cant get into the building. There is currently a note INSIDE the apartment claiming they cannot get INSIDE THE APARTMENT. idk if this is ignorant management that doesnt provide keys for drivers to access buildings, or if its just lazy drivers who just decide they don't want to deliver here whenever they feel like it. Either way, they're beyond useless when their "service" is so spotty i have to go to the physical location 90% of the time. read more

I come here a fair amount, and the workers are generally decent and all is well. Today I was there shipping something, and the guy who helped me was just so friendly and wonderful, I wanted to leave him a shoutout! His name was Jake. I have had nothing short of a horrible experience with this store. I dropped off 2 returns, one for Amazon and one for another store that had a preprinted label already on it, worth $300. Long story short, a careless error was made and although the labels were pre printed, they were switched. Thankfully the manager Mariah was able to help me get my refund after several phone calls and multiple emails to both Amazon and the other party, but I definitely will not be going back there again. I have used this store many times before today. Never before have I been asked for my ID to send something. Today I was & there was no explanation other than it was the owners policy. I don't see any reason for it & it was a hassle for me to find my ID in my purse. I will think twice about coming back. I also would have appreciated an understanding of just what purpose such a policy provides. read more

This store makes the post office look like a model of efficiency. The staff is always very friendly but almost every time I've gone in there has been a line out the door and it ends up being upwards of 20 minutes to drop a package off. If you have other options for shipping your packages I would use those, there is simply no way to justify the time wasted going here. read more

Ok, so 5 stars when it comes to a shipping and print center is weird, I'll give you that, but if you've ever spent any real amount of time dealing with places like this, you'll know why. Now this center might not have the huge supplies or crazy meeting and business services that some of the larger stores have, I usually don't need that so it doesn't bother me. What it does have is a very nice and sincere staff that you'd be he's pressed to find in another ship store nearby. I've never had an issue the hundred or so times I've been in, which even with my awful math skills is almost a mathematical anomaly. Keep it up and don't mind the insanity that is the parking lot, you can thank Starbucks for that. read more

I'm new to the neighborhood so I've only been to this store twice, but both times have been perfect experiences. I'm specifically writing to praise the effort and care of the staff members in shipping glass plates during my last visit. Glass plates have got to be an ultimate shipping test, and UPS passed with flying colors. I dropped them off semi-wrapped individually within grocery bags, nested, and in a larger bag. I told the UPS staff to simply throw a bunch of bubble wrap around them and ship them. And off I went. I come to find out later from my parents who received the package that Noe at UPS actually took the plates out of my bag attempt and individually wrapped them in bubble wrap, then placed them in styrofoam, and then shipped them. My husband and I shipped a display booth for a conference from this UPS Store. The team who shipped it was very helpful, and then when we got to the conference to set up, the organizer said they hadn't received the booth. Did we have the tracking number? I pushed down my panic and called the store and spoke to Travis, who was very sympathetic and was able to retrieve our tracking info. (Then we gave it to the conference organizer and she said, "Oh! Trash! This place is complete trash! I came in just wanting to buy A BOX!!!! Turned into me somehow shipping my item...was told at the register it was $40 (which was way overpriced), but agreed to pay the $40. Went home and looked at my credit card statement...turns out I was charged $77!!!! The ONLY thing I was told I was being charged for was ground shipping...nothing else!!!! And then it goes from $4 to $77?! Are you kidding me?! To ship a 20x24 painting? Talk about robbery! Complained to the store "owner" Travis, he's a douchebag...said he couldn't do anything about it. This place is a con and they don't tell you exactly what you're paying for. I legit could have flown this painting roundtrip to Texas for less than $20. Screw this place. "Owner" is a loser and a scam artist who teaches his employees his dirty ways. I don't think he realizes we are in a pandemic. This place is scum. Don't waste your time. The douchebag Travis didn't even hear my side of the story...just took his employee's side (since he teaches them to be shady) and that was that. I even told him I'd go intercept the shipment wherever it was, and it was crickets...shady shady shady. Scum bag of the year. read more
