That is because when you work on a campaign with GenSales, you actually become an extension of the client's company. You aren't expected to be a robot and read off a script (and if that is what you are looking for, you are barking up the wrong tree). You are expected to do your homework, learn a bit about the client's industry and use your conversation skills to get solid, qualified appointments. I find working for GenSales not only has let me use my talents but grow in my abilities. David and his team are very professional and fantastic to work with. You are treated as an equal and it truly is a team atmosphere. From the bi-weekly team meetings to the ability to speak one on one with an account manager or fellow lead generation specialist when coming up against a road block, help and communication is never in short supply. Input from those on the front lines is always seen as welcome incite by management and not every company has that mentality. Long story short, GenSales is a wonderful company to work with and I highly recommend them!

I signed up with Nuclear Networking sometime in 2021 for guest posting SEO services. We agreed they…read morewould build links via guest posts (a very white-hat approach) by creating original content and partnering with publishers. As an SEO practitioner, I gave them stringent guidelines on what type of content should be posted, along with the criteria for good and bad links. Early in our relationship, I saw they were posting on spammy sites and had a detailed meeting with them to once again reiterate the criteria for good vs bad. They apologized and agreed to change their methodology. For the next year and a half, I let them run on autopilot, trusting that they were doing their best work and following best practices. To my dismay, in December of 2022, I noticed that many of the links they created were either on spammy sites, or there was no link at all on the website. All in all, during the engagement, we agreed on 248 articles with links. From the links they "created," 100 were spammy (leading us to disavow them), and 56 were no link at all (they lied that the article featured our products and linked back to our website). In total, we paid them $90,000. As only 89 links are usable, they charged us $1,011/link. I am sure you would agree, that is an absurd amount. If they had created 248 links that are satisfactory (as mutually agreed), we would be at $362.90/link. Unfortunately, I had to learn the hard way that Nuclear Networking rips off their customers. I recommend looking elsewhere for SEO services.

I showed this to David and I asked him to do another 2,000 door hangers and give me 1,000 of those for free, to make up for the the 1,500 that were never delivered and/or delivered to the wrong neighborhoods. He never responded to those emails or phone messages. David Sowers, took my money and did not deliver on what he promised me. Not only am I out $300 for undelivered door hangers, I am out the money that I paid to have those door hangers to be printed. I tired Door Hanger Direct, after I was ripped-off by Shane Aidala the sole owner of Denver Door Hangers. These business seem to take your money and throw you fliers, door hangers in the trash. They ripped me off, I am sure they will rip you off too.

Just as other reviewers have stated here, Facebook and other sites, this company violates local…read morebusiness soliciting ordinances and continues to place promotional materials literally on top of obvious "No Soliciting" signs, even when signs explicitly state "please no flyers, advertisements, or any sort of promotional material". This is not only incredibly rude, but it also alienates and potentially infuriates the very markets these businesses are attempting to reach with the advertising materials. What a waste of client funds! My neighbors vow to never do business with any service providers who advertise through these flyers, but I realize that the businesses advertised on the flyers likely have no idea that this unwanted soliciting is occurring. It is the vendor's door to door distributors who are blatantly ignoring our signs. After receiving more flyers this week despite my complaints to customer service (no response at this time from Door Hangers Direct, Inc.), I reached out directly to the businesses advertised on the flyers. As of today, four expressed genuine concern and assured me that if the complaints continue that they will choose another vendor who is willing to respect the wishes of the homeowners in their local areas. It really shouldn't have to come to this - I urge the representatives of this organization to educate their staff on etiquette to prevent this sort of backlash.
