Everytime Russ & Shelly do an outstanding print job for me (which is always), I think, I should write a review. I'm about to pick up business cards that I created for an International buying trip. Even though I told them to print without me proofing, because I depart tomorrow morning, they called me when the proof didn't look good. They told me how to fix it and said they'd still get them done today. AWESOME. Having done a lot of print jobs in my life, I promise that Kinkos would have NEVER called to say my proof looked bad if I had told them to go ahead and print without a proof. That's just what they've done today, but Russ and Shelly have been delivering excellent service for years! I'm always pleasantly surprised how cheerful and helpful they are, especially when they're usually fixing other peoples mistakes. I don't know how they do it, but even after all these years, retail/service industry burn-out has not gotten to them. I dropped off a project on Monday and was told it would be ready the following day and cost $75. My project was not done on Tuesday or Wednesday and when I came in to pick it up on THURSDAY, the price increased to $85 instead. When I asked Russ about this he told me the $75 was only an estimate and the price was now $85 period. I pointed out the project had been delayed and the price increased, at which time he took the finished work yelled at me to leave and that he was just going to shred it. All for $10 dollars! Russ, I hope you have a lot of happy customers, because I will never do business with Rising Graphics again.... " rising price" graphics is more like it! read more
