Great customer service here! They are always helpful and friendly. Really cool when I've had to pick up a package a couple days late. Great about receiving packages and keeping them safe until they're picked up. read more

I would not give any stars to this business in Evergreen if that were an option. My advice would be to steer clear of this place and, if you have no choice but to use their services, to expect poor customer service and to be faced with real attitude from the staff. The man in charge of the place is extremely rude and lacks any skills in customer service. Without detailing the unpleasant experiences I have had each time I picked up my packages, let the record show that I will travel longer distances for the same services elsewhere. I'm guessing that the owner thinks he/she has a captive market in this small town and doesn't feel inclined to be civil to customers or to even try to be honest about delivery and shipping issues, mistakes that his staff has made or to try to locate missing items. read more

Follow up to my case. I do give kudos to Marlon (owner) of Shipping Depot as he really battled FedEx. Yes, they eventually admitted culpability. But, despite paying their paltry portion of the claim, I eventually was paid the insurance amount. Again, not the value of my item that was stolen/lost while under FedEx's care. Marlon and his business should not be impugned. He fought hard. Bottom line: FedEx did everything to drag their feet until we would get fed up and quit. Their business model is awful. They have NO integrity in my opinion. This was a long and painful lesson. At a minimum, they should have apologized. read more

Evergreen Shipping Depot is the place to use for shipping nearly ANYTHING. Also, they offer alcohol shipping and receiving. I have my wine shipped there so I don't have to worry about waiting at home to sign for it as is required by law. I prefer Evergreen Shipping over UPS simply due to the friendly service. It's a great group of local people. read more

I don't like writing bad reviews; especially in a small town. However our experiences here have been down-right unpleasant. Instead of the "hey how's your day going" friendly small town ship center I was expecting they're pretentious, not really eager to help and act like they're going out of their way in providing the services they offer (and you've paid for). I wanted to support local but it's just not worth the hassle. read more

I refuse to go anywhere else for my shipping needs! Sarah has all the admirable qualities you want in your shipping person. Your stuff arrives, unbroken and most importantly, it arrives! She's like the rain man of the shipping set, when crunching size/weight calculations. Thanks for being a ray of sunshine! read more

They marked up the cost of my FedEx shipment from the standard rate of $94 to $150 and made up lies about why it was so high. Next time I will drop off at Walgreen's or other FedEx locations. TOTAL RIPOFF. read more

I frequently need to send packages to people in other states. I feel really privileged that I always receive such good service. Today, I had improperly packed a package for my granddaughter so that it would likely have been damaged in shipment and the associate caught it. They repacked it for me and advised me how I can better protect my packages. I am a regular customer and am always treated with respect and in a timely manner. The associates do a great job. read more

I've read all the 5 star reviews...I can't give this place a 5 star - why? Well they were very friendly and agreed to wrap my shipment... however they charged me $20. Bucks to do so!!! I feel that is a bit high...all I had was a 24x24 inch painting...I won't be going back there anytime soon. Just sayn' read more

I had the shipping depot package and ship an expensive piece of stereo equipment tro a customer. I had them package the best way they could. They had me sign some forms. The cost was over $300. When the equipment arrived it was damaged. UPS denied the claim for damages because the package was inferiorly packaged. Then the Shipping Depot refused to pay for the damages because they claim I had signed a form authorizing them to package to an inferior standard. I had given them permission to package the way that they recommended. I never requested less or cheaper packaging. I assumed, wrongly, that they were doing the packaging correctly. They had said that with a stated value of $600 that the equipment would be covered for damages to $600. I got zero. Never trust them, never sign anything of theirs. Horrible service. read more

I needed some banners for a birthday party. After researching in party places/shops, I decided to contact Evergreen Shipping Depot. Cole helped me with a wonderful creation, understood my needs, and had my two banners ready in less than an hour..... Vicki helped me to pack them, and even gave me an idea to protect them so that I could travel with them safely. Great people, great teamwork, reasonable prices, extremely easy to park. I highly recommend EVERGREEN SHIPPING DEPOT. read more

I tried to use this last place last week and they were EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. I walked out and went to a different place and shipped for almost half the cost using the same end shipper (FedEx Ground). It's easy for them to be nice when they're essentially robbing their customers. read more

Absolutely love this place. Great people..and tremendous service!! I would recommend everyone to use the services (which are many) at the Evergreen Shipping Depot!! read more

Above and beyond fantastic service thanks to Bill that works here!

Great people and a variety of services make this a must for all my business and shipping needs. This is a locally owned and operated shop in Evergreen and I love the personal touch. So glad they moved out of the back of Evergreen North Shopping Center and are now in their new, roomy digs in the front of the center, next to the ECHO thrift store! read more

The staff at Evergreen Shipping Depot is great and the service is awesome! For some reason, I like to find glass-framed Denver Broncos memorabilia for my brother who lives in Scarsdale, NY. The first piece I shipped through Evergreen Shipping depot was in a long, skinny frame. I had a hard time believing Vicki when she said she could get it there in one piece. I figured that if the glass broke, my brother could just reframe it. Well, it got there PERFECTLY. And so did the next piece. And so will the one I gave them last week. Everyone is in a hurry to get packages to their destinations, so I appreciate the work they do in such a stressful environment. And with people trying to send illegal stuff in their packages, I understand the need for strict rules. You guys do an awesome job. I'm sure I'll see you again, soon. read more

I don't usually write reviews when I'm satisfied because I always thank the establishment in person. However, I've been using the Evergreen Shipping Depot for as long as I've been in Evergreen and they are always there to help me, make suggestions, advise the most economical way to ship, etc. I work out of my home office and can email them correspondence to scan and fax, ship, and copy. When I am in their store and can't figure out how to email to the copier, they take unlimited time to help me. I have had it with the Post Office. Lately I have had lost mail, 1 box totally lost, another box lost for 10 days and so on. I am so grateful to have the Shipping Depot who I can always count on. After all these years I consider them my family as well as business partners. Thank you Vicki, Greg, Bill, Cole and all. Gini K. read more
