PThat conversation was with Sean McLeod last November 20th. He said he would get back to me, but has not. He did explain that the manufacturer (Beko), is the one that contracts Aurora Appliance Repair for warranty service. They have very poor Yelp reviews, so it looks like we're stuck with a lemon. Sorry, you must have my account confused with someone else. There have been no repeated contacts. Looking back over my phone log which is still intact from November, There was one call in voicemail from Sean and I returned this call. We discussed the two options as I stated in my review. I received no further calls no further voicemails. Not sure who he's calling, but it is not me. I haven't requested any more service because they've proven three times that they can't fix it. Every time they come out, they drill more holes in the cabinets when they reinstall it. And as you can see by reading Aurora Appliance repairs reviews, they likely aren't capable of fixing it.. So I have all the repair slips they left after they finish playing with it and poking at it and they had installing a couple parts. And it operates just like before, with great difficulty You have to slam the door just right to get it to start. If it doesn't start you have to cancel and hold the buttons and then re-enter the command you wanted it to do and then try closing it again, It's frustrating. I don't have block unknown number active on my phone so a voicemail would've gotten through. I guess we're pretty resigned with the Beko being a really subpar piece of equipment from the company that advertises service in their commercials, but does not actually provide that themselves.

I asked to see the floor model of the Bosch oven that was listed on their website to compare prices and quality. He pointed in the general direction of their warehouse. I walked in, looked around but it was pretty full - I could not find it. He did show us the Bosch ovens at least - so one point for that. I was ready to leave, wondering if I could maybe find the original paperwork for the dishwasher to get that fantastic saleslady's name. When they delivered it, it looked like it had been through a tornado. I rejected it and decided to buy new-inbox. When that refrigerator was delivered, it had a dent on the door in the front. I contacted them right away and let them know. They said they would contact the manufacturer and have a new door sent out to replace it. Six months later, I am still getting the runaround from this company. They do not call back after I call and check on the situation and they use excuses that they have not heard from the manufacturer. It is not worth shopping here as this was an expensive product.

It took him all of 10 minutes to discover that the install was muffed. Loose wire on L2. All better. It took 12 more days from initial installation without burners to get a quick fix done. I knew I should have opened it up to look at it but didn't want to violate a warranty.
