It is very much my thing to pet cute dogs). We needed to have our wedding table map printed, so it was a fairly simple but SUPER important (to us) job. We shopped around and got price quotes from 2-3 places, and Yellowdog was the cheapest but also the speediest with their reply. Once we told them we wanted to proceed, they started immediately and emailed us when it was ready to pick up. The whole thing was seamless and, again, puppers in the lobby. I wish I still lived in Denver, because I have tons of stuff printed at the big chains back in DC and it is always a pain and so expensive. Yellowdog made things easy and did a fabulous job--and didn't cost an arm and a leg. The storefront is kind of behind the Home Depot so use your GPS as it's easy to miss.

I've counted on them on multiple occasions, most recently for my artwork I sold as a vendor at my booth at Goldens in Golden. My account manager was Tina, who was so helpful, accommodating, and patient. I had a little health emergency in the middle of the week I promised my deliverables, and she bent over backwards to help me out, working alongside me with another vendor I was working with to get my products finished and completed for my deadline. On top of all that, their paper recommendations were excellent and the printing quality was top notch. Their pricing is competitive and I love that I can personally pick it up, see proofs, and talk to a human being and not a chat bot. AND, there are dogs to pet when you go in. So, DUH. I will absolutely use them again and again. Thank you, YellowDog!

The menu I am proposing is a simple two sided "turnaround" style menu. I thought the job was simple enough to trust their services, big mistake. All of the menu pictures of hotdogs were converted to hamburgers, half of the menu was translated from English to numbers, and it ended up being three pages long! Now I'm out of work, living on the streets, and my reputation in the industry is tarnished. Mind you, it is not an office supply shop like those major chains but, rather a copy and production business. I had a simple need to laminate a paper card that I carry in my wallet. I had to print a business plan for a class, and to say that formatting was an issue is a massive understatement. Victor worked with me for an hour and a half - always politely stopping to help other customers as needed, but coming back to work with me until the job got done. Yet we were NOT done at closing time, unfortunately. Without so much as a complaint, Victor pressed on. He stayed a full 40 minutes late to help me make my deadline, and his only concession was asking sheepishly if he could eat his dinner before it got cold while he continued to help me. I HAD to write this review. Rare kindness and professionalism in this day and age. Victor, if you read this: your outstanding help has not been forgotten. -Drew

If you live in Golden, do not get anything delivered by FedEx. I stay awake for hours (I work graveyard) waiting to sign for my refrigerated medicine, just to get a text saying the delivery was attempted. I've been sitting 3 feet from the door for 4 hours waiting for it, then look out the window to see the driver driving away. No door tag, obviously, since no attempt is made. Multiple calls to complain to FedEx don't accomplish anything, and I can't use a different carrier because the only pharmacy that ships my medicine only uses FedEx. I've lived in Golden 8 months, in 8 deliveries, 5 have been listed as "attempted to deliver", no attempt was made any of those times. Twice on a Friday, causing my express refrigerated medicine to go bad over the weekend. If your having any kind of important medicine delivered, these FedEx drivers might just kill you. Stay away from this store, too. If this is the "Station" as the FedEx customer service states, maybe losing business over their drivers unreliability (Amazon THIRD PARTY drivers have never done this), will actually make them do something about it.
