I've always liked FedEx but today's experience almost made me change my mind. I was at work and luckily I had a video doorbell. I spoke to the mail carrier explaining I'm not home and he said someone will be back tomorrow. I explained without knowing the time they are coming back I'll be at work. I asked if I can pick it up and he said yes and he'll be there at 3.00. After pulling teeth trying to get proper information out of him. So driving 30 minutes away in the height of Colorado rush hour I arrive after 4:00 and Marissa said he wasn't back yet and probably won't be back until 6:00. I told her he told me 3:00 and she didn't know why he said that as he had a full load. Marissa said that when it comes in that she'll personally call me to let me know it's in and she went above and beyond and kept her word. So when I returned as she was busy helping someone else she paused and helped me then went back to finish helping the ones she stopped helping to help me. That lovely lady needs a raise. I had to get some auto parts sent to Australia. I really had no idea how to do it. I got a couple of box and I went to this center. A very rude lady black lady who I assume is the manager said we don't do that here. You don't even have those boxes taped up. I asked her for help she refused so I went to UPS. For being in a huge building I was surprised to see how little of it the customer gets to experience! I assume most of it is probably warehouse but I digress. They gave an efficient system happening here, as long as you know your package information you should be in ad out quickly. No issues here read more

I walked in and was immediately asked to put a mask on. I politely asked if I could just leave my labeled packages at the drop off and she said yes. Then she's at my car telling me I can't send a package with a prepaid label. I've never had fedex tell me I can't do that. She was absolutely rude and could clearly tell she just wanted to make my life difficult. Hopefully fed ex will address this horrible customer service issue. read more

I had to head to this location on a Saturday when my Friday shipment didn't come, it held time bound medical items that could not wait until Monday. I was instructed by customer service on the telephone that I could go to this location, it seemed several other patrons were told the same on the customer service line. The customer service 1-800 number was a pretty poor experience. They told me to go at 8:30, but the store doesn't open until 9 on Saturdays. Additionally, my package wasn't actually at this location yet. It was still in a storage freight by the airport that hadn't been moved to this FedEx. Although the 1-800 # was a poor experience, the staff and manager at this location were so kind and understanding of the urgency. They tracked down the package and let me know it would be at that location and they could unpack and give me the package. Honestly, everyone worked really hard to support me in getting the package found. It was very anxiety inducing and they really helped figure things out. read more

Love this shipping center because it's conveniently located (for us) and easy to find. Best part about it, AUTOMATIC DOORS! When you're shipping stuff, the last thing you want to do is carry a huge box and try to magically maneuver and balance it while you try to open the door. I am all but 5 feet tall so this is a game changer for me! We print our labels at home so we just walk in and put it on the conveyor belt and walk away! So easy! And the prices are cheaper for us compared to UPS or the post office and it seems to get there faster!! read more

Really lovely people at this store/distribution center and they have NO CLUE when drivers are back. A) don't head over there until at least 6 pm. They say anytime after 5 pm. Trust me, go later. B) drivers/routes return at different times every day, so don't be fooled into thinking there is consistency. Do yourself a favor and just wait for the delivery driver to come back the next day. read more

I used to like Fedex until they failed to deliver my children's Christmas presents. Their gift was on a truck to be delivered Friday. Then we got an alert that a natural disaster/bad weather occurred and our package delivery was unknown. Ummm, the weather in Denver has been 50 degrees and sunny. When we called customer service they told us it would be delivered Saturday, that came and went, then we were told Sunday. There was no update for our package. We called today, Sunday, and customer service told us they were closed. So we were lied to yesterday, then customer service told us our package will be delivered Wednesday. Are you kidding me? Now my children will not get their Christmas presents. I'm so incredibly sad that Fedex cannot get their act together and now my children will not have their presents. read more

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever received. Walked into a lobby full of customers, and not an employee in sight. After about 5 minutes of wondering if anyone worked here, a woman with red hair walked out to help the young lady in front of us, without acknowledging anyone else in the lobby. As she was finishing up she asked my partner and I if we were picking up a package, to which I replied that no, we would be shipping two packages out. Her literal words were "Well, I'm not doing that... I'm going on break" and walked away. We typically use UPS, but were traveling out of town and in a bind. If this is how employees treat customers I will gladly take the extra steps to make it to a UPS location. Keep in mind, they had about 20 minutes left until close. read more

Fedex posted a notice that I had a package that I needed to pick up within 5 days. On the 3rd day, I drove 25 minutes to pick up the package. The clerk told me that the package was delivered that day. I was told that it didn't need a signature so they delivered it. If that was the case, why didn't Fedex deliver in the first place?
