I took an envelope there on a Sunday which held my quarterly payment for federal income taxes. I was clear that this needed to be dated no later than June 15. I was assured it would be postmarked as June 14 and I paid to send as certified mail via USPS. It's been a week. The tracking number is not a valid number according to the USPS, so I've not been able to track the piece of mail. The store owners say it's not their responsibility, but have no proof the envelope ever made it into the mail. Now I have a lost check and will have to initiate and pay for a stop payment order. Not pleased with their service or sense of responsibility to clients. read more

Exceptionally incompetent. Refused to help. Had a UPS pickup (Amazon return) for today, but, somehow, missed the guy. Found a "Sorry we missed you" sticker on my door about 5pm. Stayed home all day waiting for UPS. I had another visitor earlier - heard them knock, no problem - even though they knocked quietly. Think the driver was in a hurry, maybe knocked, but ... If he had knocked what I call normally, I would have heard. Have never before had someone knock and I didn't hear. A first. They also have my phone # on record, but didn't call, either. Took the package to the UPS store and got nothing but the runaround. Refused to accept my package for return. Refused to change the pickup address to their store. Basically called me names. I'm 74 and have manners. I guess insisting they help is "abusive" to the lazy youngsters today. read more

I've never been to this particular UPS store without having some sort of issue. When trying to ship something: a terminal is off-line, there's a long line, there's always something that's been a challenge. If I walk into another UPS store, I simply walk in drop off my package and go. read more

A staff member there was rude and condescending. Every time I tried explaining things he would walk away or give me smart remarks about the file. "Maybe you do it, maybe you show me" as he walks away. I would try to talk and explain and he would continue to talk over me and walk away. Worse experience ever. I guess you get what you pay for. Less expensive than leasing a UPS box downtown but the service is lacking. Package was delivered to my box a week ago but i had not gotten a package slip in my box. Two more visits to the UPS store - no mention of the box. Today i get two boxes when handing over one package slip. When i give feedback to the person in charge that i had been looking for this box and didn't know it was sitting there - its just ok - ok . no apology - no - "we can strive to do better." . ugh - if you want to lease a box - do so but always keep track of anything you ordered so if you don't get a package slip - you need to ask - "are there any other packages for Box ___, can you check." read more

Seriously the nicest ups store service I've ever seen. Both employees were plowing through a nonstop line of customers with a fresh smile and warm help for every customer. Even the grumpy ones. Thanks to the employees entering an incorrect address I am now having to drive 6hrs to hopefully retrieve what is left of my belongings. This store mailed my things to a church who then apparently sold half of the items. The police are involved, I am filing a claim as well to start an investigation. I have tried contacting the owner and they have not returned any calls. As a military family this hurts deeply as we have depended on UPS for years and this will be the last we use them due to the actions of this store and their staff. Not even an apology, they blamed us for the fictitious address. Would make sure you watch the employees carefully and triple check their work before leaving store. They will blame you for their mistakes. read more

I recently had a package delivered to your ups store at 6110 colfax ave unit 4 denver co 80220. Your employee Desiree. Rejected the package and now no one can find it. She claims she rejected the package and set it by the door to be picked back up by usps. For 3 years i have had packages delivered to this store and have had to pay a 5 dollar holding fee each time. So i was unaware starting this week ups no longer allows you to do that , now my packages is lost no one knows where its at! I ship thousands of medial and personal items through you all monthly. But thanks to your employee Desiree and her lack of customer service skills, not only will I never use any ups store but I will switch all of my business accounts over to fed ex because at least we would have been able to pick up our package and been told we could no longer have items shipped there for picked up only , instead of being blind sided! , and now having to look for this time sensitive package! read more

This UPS store with Sunday hours has been a terrific addition to the neighborhood typically with really nice staff. My last experience though was terrible with the Manager, Desiree. I'm still in awe of how rudely I was treated. I came in to return to "no box" Amazon items, and the gentleman in front of me had about 20 packages and was still unloading. He kindly said, please take her first and the Manager refused saying "I never touch the 2nd register." So I left, ran another errand and came back. When I returned the same Manager as sitting in the back and wouldn't acknowledge that I was there. I spoke up after a bit, said hello, and she came to the register with a major attitude. She was sharp with me. When I went to hand her my package she snapped "I told you 3 times to leave it there!" (which was both rude and not true.) I went in the next week to see if the owner was there to talk to him in person about this -- but no luck. There is no way to reach him so I am posting. Bummed out by the rude Manager at a store that I have valued going to in the past. read more
