Upon investigation of the photo that was included was clearly my package in front of the door without unit number on the picture. still can't find it. The driver left it at the wrong apartment number. I have filed a complaint with customer service, but they told me to file a claim online so I tried but couldn't make any claims. A few months ago, I had to ship a purse to Louis Vuitton for repair. They sent me mailing labels, and a form for UPS to sign stating that it was a high-value item. The owner called me to tell me that a driver refused to sign it, but he would ask another driver. It took two tries, but he finally called me and said my purse was on its way! They're really nice, helpful people here. I stopped in today to drop off a giant lithium battery for a snowblower that only worked once. Apparently, it couldn't be dropped off at Whole Foods or Kohl's because I had to package it. So the UPS Store was my only choice for this particular Amazon return.

I needed to drop off a prepaid package but had to show the code on my phone. When I walked in there…read morewere 5 people ahead of me and I thought - this is great, I'll be out of here quickly. No such luck! Turns out there was only 1 person working behind the counter and apparently a high maintenance customer with her. After about 15 minutes a man came out, asked if anyone was picking up mail and helped one of the people who said yes. Then he disappeared into the back again without helping the other person who was picking up. After about 15 minutes more another man came out and managed to help 2 people while the lady was still helping the 3 people crowded around her window. Then it was my turn and the man who helped me was very apologetic about the wait. His name was Ayman and he labeled my package and sold me stamps in under 5 minutes. I think its funny that after every transaction they have a rating system where you pick one of 3 options about your experience. I rated him the best because it really wasn't his fault. As I was leaving I noticed two other men had come out to help the long line of customers (consistently 8-10 people). I guess they all take lunch at the same time - early. This location has PO boxes, a self serve kiosk, and greeting cards and mailing supplies for sale. They're at the end of the strip mall but parking really isn't an issue. Just make sure you have plenty of time if you visit this location.

I asked about a 16-25mm lens for my Sony. Lo and behold they had it in stock. On top of that I actually had a coupon from a Sony event a couple days before and it came in handy! Gotta love those savings. This is the first time to go to any Mike's Camera and the experience did not disappoint. I'll have to return and spend a little more time running around. I still have a tripod, filters and a couple more accessories on my list. Whether you're looking for a professional camera or a point and shoot, this is the place to go.
