I love this store for for four reasons. The first is the staff! The are always so kind and helpful! I always leave there with a smile on my face. I'm also shocked at how unkind people can be to them, and they are still so helpful. The second is that it's a one-stop shop. I am surprised by how many services they offer. I rather go here then have to go to one of the office retailers and hope they have enough staff to take care of me. The third is its location! It couldn't be more convenient! Forth, they handle Amazon shipping returns. I don't do a lot of returns, but it's such an easy location to get in and out. They not only have parking right in front of the store, but there is a parking lot just a few feet away. If I could rate the employees and store more stars, I would've done so! read more

Went into this store with a pre-labeled box I had to have shipped back to a company. It went by so quick. For context, it was around 4pm on a Thursday. I came up to the counter with basically no wait. One of the guys at the counter asked what I needed; I said drop-off. He took it, scanned it, and asked if I wanted a receipt. And then I left. It was fast and easy, and I can't ask for anything more than that for a service like this. read more

Service was great, they had four people behind the counter, so the line went quickly. Removing two stars because the employee asked me what was inside the box. Even when I questioned this supposed requirement, she said UPS has always asked this question. This is not true and might even be a violation of privacy laws so the employee needs to be retrained. read more

The people here go above and beyond! Years ago, we would spend 5-6 weeks in the summer at my family's beach house. I would ship boxes of clothing from this location, usually about five boxes. Then we could travel with small suitcases. Every box arrived safely, on time, and undamaged. A few months ago, I had to ship a purse to Louis Vuitton for repair. They sent me mailing labels, and a form for UPS to sign stating that it was a high-value item. The owner called me to tell me that a driver refused to sign it, but he would ask another driver. It took two tries, but he finally called me and said my purse was on its way! They're really nice, helpful people here. I stopped in today to drop off a giant lithium battery for a snowblower that only worked once. Apparently, it couldn't be dropped off at Whole Foods or Kohl's because I had to package it. So the UPS Store was my only choice for this particular Amazon return. read more

'Tis the season for shipping and as such, I've made my way to this UPS Store on a few occasions. I've recently mailed packages and use their notary services. I've had mixed experiences and overall, will probably head somewhere else during this busy time of year unless I can pinpoint when exactly it isn't that crowded. Long story short, some of the people working here can be quite slow. Despite that, they're all rather friendly and helpful, but it can make for a long wait. During COVID, there are five people allowed at a time. If you aren't one of the five, the line snakes around outside. Everyone is wearing masks and there's hand sanitizer at the ready. Parking is easy to find in the large lot in front of the store. You can expect all of your UPS Store services here, from packing and shipping, to notary and fax services. I stopped by the location off of 8200 Quebec Street in Centennial, CO to return an Amazon prime package since I am required to use UPS as the return carrier. To print the return label, the location charges a $2 fee. I did clarify this fee was a local store or business decision as I've had Amazon Prime for years and have never been charged a fee to print the return label regardless of the location or carrier I've gone to. Definitely disappointed, and will not go here again. read more

On Fri. I paid over $114 for a package to be what I thought was over-nighted. It's being delivered today, Mon., not Sat., as I expected. I called the store I shipped with, they couldn't/wouldn't help me and referred me to UPS Corporate. I called Corporate and she explained what I paid for was actually next day air, which meant my package would be delivered 3 days later, for over $114 dollars. I'm told by the local franchise that it was in the info on the screen that we as customers sign to approve our delivery. I'll never use them again and I'll go back to FedEx because they always verbally explain the time frame of the delivery and set the expectation. I feel like I was robbed. read more

Waiting in line to drop off Amazon packages is the worst! Add in holiday fever and it's truly a hot, hot mess. This particular UPS store has their stuff together, though. There's a separate entrance for anyone who has pre-labeled Amazon packages where there was NO LINE whatsoever. It was the quickest trip to any UPS store I've ever had. I have used this location for years. Easy in and out parking, close to the highway and plenty of places close by so you can get your packages shipped and a bite to eat as well. Remember to have your packages clearly marked and closed so you can do quick drops, but if you need to take a bit more time there's plenty of supplies and help to assist you in your shipping needs. Staff is always nice and there is usually someone being trained. Give this little hidden gem a shot if you're in the area. read more

I brought a package in on 6/29 at 1:22pm for a 3 day delivery. The clerk rushed thru my delivery to get it on the group of packaging just going out. Assumption: that was part of the 3 days. Apparently NOT. I paid over $50 for 3 day delivery. They just let you pay an ridiculous amount for lack of accurate NOT 3 day delivery & rush me thru the sale. The store had no idea it was not delivered as promised & was looking up the wrong package when I went to the store to clarify the issue. The store didn't know it wasn't delivered as promised until I went in. The package is delivered 7/8! Told me I would get a refund for non promised delivery. O wait the business was closed so delivered 7/8 for my 3 day $53.69 delivery. No delivery or refund of any kind since they tried to deliver it 8 days later!! Unhappy & lost my business. read more

When I needed to purchase a box, they charged me $12.00 for the box, and let me preface that it was not a large box by any means. I priced the same size box at Fed Ex and it was $4.00. They told me boxes had gone up in price, but it was a flat out lie. In addition, two older men, sat there watching me on the floor, put one box in another, without any help. I am a former executive and the customer service was terrible. Someone mentioned that they were slow, I would say they are lazy and don't have a bit of compassion for people walking in the door. My recommendation is Fed Ex, however if UPS is the only option for shipping, find a different location. read more

Went in to print something from my email. I was obviously charged for the pages but then also charged to use their 10 year old computer to access my email. When I questioned the charge I was told that I could have sent the email to them or brought a thumb drive. How is you doing the work costing the store less money than me using your computer? I then turn around and need to fax the same 12 pages using their 90's fax machine. No pricing is posted anywhere and she tells me that'll be $21! UPS, please answer how in the world this is reasonable up charge? What is it costing you to send a fax? Further, you just stole $20 from a guy just trying to file his unemployment docs from Covid layoffs that can't reach unemployment office via any other method. I am so VERY happy I chose this location to help me with sending my sons things to college. Audrey was incredible and the sweetest person. She helped me at the counter. And Shelby is incredible. She helped me load pack a box and I could not have done it without her. She went above and beyond and really this UPS store is lucky to have her. Kristina super friendly and great too. I had to return packages from Amazon. They are so friendly and positive. They let me use their dolly for my big packages. Not only the lady who helped me but everyone in the store said hello to me. The one that helped me was kind, courteous, friendly and extremely knowledgeable on all I had to do. In this day and age customer service is lost. I want to briefly describe my experience with the UPS Store in Centennial, CO. I emailed store 2141 two labels so they could be printed and attached to two boxes on May 1st. One package arrived and the other one did not. The tracking number that made it is: 1Z9F084X9069570970 the one that didn't is 1Z30033A9007512824. After waiting over two weeks (May 17th) I decided to follow-up since nothing has come back to be. I called the store and spoke with a woman who looked into my issue. She called me back and said that the man working that day accidentally printed the same label and put them on both packages. Okay, I understand mistakes happen. She has no idea where my package is and says because it was never entered into their system they don't have to take responsibility. She says nobody really knows what happened and things could have been shuffled around so it is not his fault. This is unacceptable customer service! This UPS Store is refusing to take accountability and making things right. She says the package is not in the store and has no idea where it is. When I was I was younger and working retail customer service I would have been fired for saying that its not my responsibility. She also used the excuse as "we're just a franchise, we're not UPS, you'll have to call them because I don't even know what to do." Next time consider, "I'm so sorry this happened to you, let me call UPS corporate and escalate this issue so we can trace your lost package." So the question is, where is this package? Why isn't their follow-through, accountability, empathy, an apology, anything attempt to make this right. My recommendation is to find another place to ship your packages if reliable service is important to you. read more

Ridiculous total crap BS I called and talked to Pam who I believe is the store manager regarding their fee for notary service and she said it was $5 per stamp. So my wife leaves the in a snow storm today 1/21/21 and she gets there and OH we stop doing notary service at 4:00. I called and talked to Pam and she said well you didn't tell me you are coming right away like that matters. How would the public know that the hours for notary if Pam does not explain the hours for notary when you call for inquiry. Her response was that you for the feedback. After getting prices I decided to take them myself since I was moving anyways, but the staff still came through for me and offered to still pack the items for me as if they were being shipped. I had a super great experience with this store and it's wonderful employees. I was expecting to have to go to UPS, Fed Ex and USPS to get all my packages mailed and my Christmas stamps purchased. I was actually able to get everything done in one place. UPS was able to mail all my packages, regardless of the carrier. I was totally impressed with their services. I went into this store to purchase a large mailing envelop and mail the package. Chris "helped" me. When I got to the register with the envelop he seemed irritated that he had to spend the time to check out a $1.99 item. When I got the package prepared to mail I asked if he could help me mail it. I handed him the package and he said and I quote, "what do you want?" with his arms crossed. I said I want to mail it. He then asked for my name and address and after having ask me multiple times I finally pointed at the return address on the package. After putting that in he says "I can't find you in the system. Have you been here before?" I say no and he rolls his eyes. I mumbled that if he would have asked me that he would have known that! Then we spent another 5 minutes putting in the information again because he had to put me in as a new customer. After all that he tells me it will be $17.85 for my envelop size package!!!! I said NOPE, took my package and left. I do not understand how this man could be so rude for no reason! I was very polite as I always am. He seemed to hate his job. I will never go there again. I want to highly applaud Gary and his team at this UPS store. I had an unfortunate incident where a package I sent from this store was damaged on the processing line in Commerce CIty, Colorado and some inside items were lost (I was informed via email). When I called them upset about this, Gary and team, despite having no fault at all in this, went above and beyond by calling that facility and me repeated times to find out what happened and see if they could retrieve items for me, and filing my claim. Truly professional and kind, they renewed my faith in people! This is a good store worth going to. read more

I was unaware they closed at 4PM the day before Christmas Eve, I showed up right at four and one of the employees said he would still let me turn my packages in; however, the manager noticed and told me they were closed and would not be willing to help me. Although this store is right next to my home, I will not be choosing convenience over service anytime soon. Thank you to the man who had initially agreed to help me, it's a shame that your manager doesn't share the same values. Completely unreliable and unprofessional. I called just before 6:00 PM from Park Meadows Mall to confirm that they had a Notary and that they were open until 6:30, and concluded my friendly chat with "see you in a few minutes". Arriving there approximately 12 minutes after the conversation, I was told that the Notary had left about 10 minutes prior. I said, "Well, I'm the one who just called and asked about the Notary, and was not informed they were about to leave!" Employee: "Well, the Notary actually usually leaves around 5:45." My friendly reply, with only a hint of sarcasm in my tone: "Well, that might be a bit of information you'd want to share when someone calls and asks!" Did I get an apology for my inconvenience? No--all 4 employees just laughed. Really...can you believe it? So glad I could amuse them. So thrilled I get to spend an hour of my day leaving my remotely located home to take care of business I planned to have handled while I was already out yesterday. The group working Friday February 17 is in serious need of proper customer service training. read more

Watch out for a thief!!! Mailed an item last week from the store and someone sliced open the package and took items out and then resealed the package. Thief!!! Once the package leaves the store machines handled the package and machines don't carefully slice open and reseal a package. Time for the owner to look at his video surveillance and find the thief. I have mailed package here since I moved to Centennial! For four years! Haven't had but small issues until now! My husband mailed my packages to my son! Four packages! There was an issue with the address, which we could easily find on google, I checked the address and the packages were to be delivered the day before Xmas! Christmas comes and no packages! No notification, nothing! They did not take down our contact information correctly! Granted there were tons of people at the store and everyone was rushed! My husband went back up to the store to resend the packages as they never left the stores! Plus now we had another package! He was dealing with one of the other store workers, who was great but the owner overheard what was happening, jumped in and was immediately defensive and nasty! He apparently thought we wanted to ship for free, which wasn't the case but he wouldn't listen! I have no desire to do business with someone who doesn't care about regular customers! The first batch of shipping which didn't leave the store cost us ?120+ and now the second cost is $120.+ so he made 100% for nothing, now why couldn't he have given us a 10% off and make everyone happy s? The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to assist. The fact that I can have documents notarized there is a big plus. I also like their extended business hours till 6:30PM. I run a business that requires the use of a delivery service like UPS. The last time I used this service, I paid extra for a 9:00 am delivery. By 1:30 it is still not there and now the incompetent folks at UPS are saying it won't be there till tomorrow, 24 hours after it was supposed to be delivered. That won't work, since this is a business and they are closed on Saturday, the delivery will not work. They are now saying it will be delivered on Monday, 3 days after it was promised This is a delivery company, does not know how to deliver, what a joke read more
