    I cannot say enough good things about Fast Signs in Parker! This is my second time having a car…read moredecal for a business from them. The first one looked extremely professional and lasted a really long time. I went in for another business that I now have. I went with the perf style decal, and it ended up being just not right for my logo and the writing ended up being too small. I took my concern to them and they went above and beyond to make it right. The designer quickly designed me a whole new back window decal where everything looked very professional, and could be seen really well. At no point did they ever make me feel bad, and they didn't end up charging me any extra. Also, Jessica was very polite and friendly, and was great at communicating over the many emails we had. Fast signs in Parker, has some very skilled people who work there and it shows. They did a fantastic job, which is why I will definitely recommend them to others and be back for any future businesses I have!

Fastsigns always has great customer service, and produces long-lasting cost-effective signs. They're also great at giving input about sign design and what materials would be better for our needs than others. Yesterday, due to extreme weather conditions, we had a sign blow down. I emailed Fastsigns and in *less than 24 hours* it was fixed. Fastsigns also gave us ideas about what they can do if we have similar issues in the future. I'll continue to use Fastsigns for their great work and service :)

    I've been wanting a new, interior sign for 3 years but kept putting it off bc signage is expensive,…read morethen covid hit, then etc...but I finally decided to inquire about an interior sign this year. It took me 7 long months of failed attempts with 3 businesses (1 that I previously worked with and 2 who came highly recommended) before I came across JLS Design and Graphics. I called and left a voicemail and received a prompt response. From then on, all correspondence was via email (which is what I preferred). I sent him my logo, a photo/dimensions of the area I wanted to display the sign, and asked for his recs. His recommendation was spot-on and captured my vision perfectly. The mock up was beautiful, pricing was extremely fair, and the sign came and was installed exactly 3 weeks after I placed the order. My sign is BEAUTIFUL, exactly what I wanted, and perfect quality. (I'm a stickler for detail and there was not one single smudge, dent, or nick on the sign.) Omar and another gentleman (I didn't catch his name) were quick to install the sign and were happy to make adjustments until I was 100% satisfied. I'm so pleased with the sign and my entire experience with JLS. Thank you, Jerry, Omar, and team! My only regret is not working with Jerry sooner, and for every sign.

He's extremely reliable and his quality is very good. He makes our vehicles look very professional. We get a lot of new business from people who see my cars. I've also had Jerry design my business cards and logo. He's got a really good sense of style and proportion.

    I had a terrible experience at the Castle Rock FedEx location. They shipped my package to the wrong…read moreaddress--my house instead of the client's--which caused unnecessary delays and confusion. When I tried to address the issue, the staff were rude and dismissive, showing little to no concern for helping resolve the problem. What went wrong: Misdelivered package to the wrong address. Lack of proactive communication or accountability from staff. Rude, unprofessional service that made the situation worse. What I expected: A quick acknowledgment of the mistake and a clear plan to locate and reroute the package. Courteous, helpful staff who take customer concerns seriously. Timely updates on the status of the package and resolution. Would not recommend this location based on this experience. If you must use FedEx, consider confirming pickup or delivery details directly and be prepared for potential frustration if things go wrong. I hope they improve their customer service and accuracy in handling deliveries.

My wife's photo was rejected by the Passport Agent because it didn't meet the required standards (the image cut off part of her hair, which is not acceptable for a passport photo). We had to get a new photo taken at the post office in order to submit our documents. When we brought the rejected photo back to request a refund, we were told they do not issue refunds for passport photos--despite the fact that the issue was with how the photo was taken. For printing or shipping services, this location has been fine. But for passport photos, I would suggest going elsewhere where the staff is trained to meet the strict requirements.
