Update: All of the previous review is true. Through the winter some A/C units still were cycling on and off. What I came to realize is that due to the design of the building, there is very poor air circulation and ventilation, so the apartments stay unnaturally warm. To get air flow I prop open my front door and open the balcony door. This allows air to pass from outside into the hallway. Its not great to have my door open! But I think it makes sense why tenants have to overuse the air conditioning so much. I had to break my lease and leave 3 months early before the summer starts because the noise is unbearable. I wear noise cancelling headphones all day. Another thing to keep in mind when looking to rent here is that the building was built modularly. There are seams in the hallway floor where the building didnt quite line up. While this isn't a big deal, what it signals is that the building is not the highest quality, although the exterior design is attractive. The walls are very thin. There is a very loud beagle in the apartment just below me. I was in the hallway 3 floors below them and unbelievably I could hear the beagle! None of this is the building management or CWS's fault. I think they want to work and run a nice apartment building. I think they genuinely want to have happy people in the building. But some things like how this building was constructed is out of their control. They only way to rectify the A/C problem is to have them on a floating platform that is connected to the building vertices by cables. This would minimize the direct vibration of the ceiling and minimize if not completely remove the noise they create. But I doubt they would be able to fund something like that. Please look at the picture I put up and if one of those is under consideration be aware of this issue. read more

Don't worry about rules. Nobody follows them. Dogs barking non-stop for months... oh well. People smoking in their apartments and on their balconies... oh well. Grilling on your patio... oh well. Trash everywhere... oh well. FOB doors that don't work properly... oh well. A jacuzzi that hasn't worked in 4 years... oh well. A lack of wi-fi in the gym... oh well. All of these things are presented in their advertisements. CWS (the property management company) doesn't care. They just want that $2k per month and will lie to get it. The Covid excuses are old. Places need to adapt and get back to some version of normalcy. CWS did not do that and is still lagging. The Marq used to be nice but it's become a dump since the plague started and it's CWS' fault. The other side to this is that the maintenance crew gets things done very fast and Kara and Julie are awesome people. All of the problems with The Marq are because their hands are tied with CWS' bullsh*t policies. Kara and Jullie will definitely be missed. read more

Every community living situation has its ups and downs, depending on management, but overall it has been a fantastic experience. Our residents are considerate and respectful, I have always felt safe and supported by neighbors and management. The amenities are wonderful. The maintenance team is professional and efficient. My maintenance needs within the apartment home are always addressed promptly. The social events always prove to be fun and make me realize what wonderful neighbors I have. This is the best apartment complex I have lived in or visited (my brother used to be a maintenance tech/supervisor, so I've been to many) in Colorado and Julie is undoubtedly the best manager. She is timely, cordial, and professional. Unlike many other managers, she is a mainstay in the community, leading events (yoga, trick-or-treat, etc.) and going out of her way to provide customer service. CWS couldn't ask for a better employee. In regard to the complex itself, I love its proximity to I-25/E-470. It makes work and weekend travel easy. Being so close to multiple parks and trails, along with a recreation center, is also a reason to enjoy the location. The floor plans are spacious, the ceilings are high, and the cabinets, flooring, etc., are well done. Complaints from reviews about noise are exaggerated. Besides dog walkers, the area is by and large quiet and stays quiet around dinner time (try living in Aurora/Denver for a stark contrast). Rule violaters are promptly warned, trash pickup is a blessing, and I have rarely had FOB issues in the 3+ years I have lived here. My only complaint is the lack of pool/jacuzzi availability (it's certainly not been down 4 years, as one reviewer states), but as someone who has done remodeling in the past, I understand how projects like that can wind up taking longer than expected. I was really looking forward to moving here, but ultimately didn't. There have been a lot of changes to the apartment rental world since I had to rent before. Honestly, it's become a racket for taking peoples money! There are several other comments about this property's shady business dealings...beware and cover your A**! First, I was told they would waive the 250.00 application fee. Oh! But you'll have to pay it to apply, but we'll credit you 250.00 on 1st months rent.....hmmmm, ok. Next thing I'm told is my credit number was too low (yes, but my bring home pay is 8000.00 a month, well above their requirements). So, I'd need to give them almost 400 bucks (non-refundable) for the privilege to live there, or I could fork over 1300 bucks (refundable, assuming the property doesn't find a way to keep it all at move out. Which I don't trust at all at this point!) to move in here. No thanks! Now, what about my 250.00 for the application? "Oh! That will be 2 weeks before you get that back." Seriously?!? This place sucks. We lived there for two years right after relocating from NY. After doing a one year lease at 1600ish bucks, I needed to go month to month which was 1900. No problem - I'll pay for the flexibility. After a couple of months I realized we could stay a year and wanted to do a year lease... they wouldn't lower the price. Several other bedrooms that were the exact same size / floor plan available, and still wouldn't. Pool constantly broken, no notification when packages arrive, and then charges us 50bucks when we moved out for cleaning (place was spotless). This is after the super looked at the apt and said it was fine. There are some great apt complexes in lone tree, this isn't one of them. read more

This is a decent apartment. Pros: dog friendly, quick maintenance, fairly nice-appearing finishes, large closets, lots of windows, nice open design, many different layouts for 1-3 bedrooms, nice lobby, descent gym, nice pool and grill outdoor space, included covered parking spot for one car Cons: poop in the side lawns, Jacuzzi was broken for the full first month I was here, some cheap finishing (like those terrible blinds that break every single time you open them up), wish they had a better package system (I have lived in apartments that have a room/space for packages and you receive a text code to open the door and receive your package 24/7 anytime or apartments where they open your door and slide the package inside.) Both of these options would be preferable to just having your package sitting unattended at the front and having to come during office hours to pick them up. There is concierge garbage here, which is fine, but why wont they take recycling. I wonder if they actually do recycle here? read more

My boyfriend and I moved into this community only a month ago. We had only been here roughly 2 weeks when we received notice of break-ins at the complex. Break-ins happen, especially in more affluent areas such as Lone Tree. They've also been working closely with the Lone Tree Police Department to investigate the break-ins, as well as ensure residents are taking all precautions until the perpetrator is caught. We feel as though CWS and the local staff handled the break-ins appropriately, and with urgency. We appreciate the care taken when discussing the issue with residents, as well as the extra precautions taken (private security doing rounds, checking doors, locks, etc.). They have continued to update the residents with any news they receive from the LT police department. My boyfriend attended an all-resident meeting, and was taken aback at the way the Marq residents treated the CWS staff. From my understanding, it ended up being more of a circus than anything else. While we understand the frustrations that some residents may experience, the way that they went about expressing those frustrations was nothing short of ridiculous, and quite frankly out-of-line. If our community had broken locks, a negligent staff, etc., I could see the justification in the feelings presented at the meeting, however, at Marq, that is not something that we, as residents, have experienced. Our experience has been a wonderful one. Our maintenance issues have always been addressed immediately. Taylor took our concerns seriously, and made sure they were taken care of. The previous maintenance manager was nothing but professional, and courteous. He also happens to be my neighbor. The fact that he had to be moved to another property because of resident harassment is appalling, and I'm embarrassed for those members of this community. When we added a pet to our lease, Najda seemed genuinely happy for us adding a new member to our family and was extremely helpful. When we wanted to add an additional parking space to our lease, Mandie was able to not only get us our additional spot on our floor, but was able to get us parking spots right next to each other (which with 2 children, makes trading cars much easier). The building is clean - I have more than once seen professional carpet cleaners not only shampooing what I'm sure are empty units, but the main hallways as well. While there are stains, etc. in places on the carpet, with well over a few hundred residents, it's understandable. People are gross, they spill things, it happens. We just wanted to extend our sincerest gratitude to the CWS staff here at Marq. You guys have been wonderful helping us to get settled into our new place, and we absolutely love it here. Thank you for continuing to be so wonderful, even after we signed our lease ;) . Some places are great until you sign the paperwork, then your treatment as a resident is far different. We moved into the Marq in January. When we took our tour, it seemed really nice, and the staff seemed helpful. We didn't realize how terrible this place really is... The Parking Garage is a nightmare, we were promised two spots, and only received one. I thought that parking on the street would be alright, but someone hit my car on the street. In the garage people fly around the corners, then give dirty looks after almost hitting you. The residents in general are extremely rude. The hallways and stairs are filthy. We found dog poop on the stairs, and it didn't get cleaned up until over a week later. The stairs all smell like dog urine and dog poop, and the carpets in the hall are stained. Most of the doors in our apartment don't close properly. The staff always seems to be busy, and very unhelpful. You can always hear dogs barking, and people walking around at all hours of the day and night. One of the main reasons we liked this apartment complex the most was for the security, but the outside doors don't close all the way, and the garage door is open most of the time. After our lease is up, we will definitely be moving out. I don't recommend moving into the Marq at Ridgegate. read more

I've been here over a month (will update if my opinion changes but I doubt it will), and I have to say I had a wonderful move-in experience, thanks to Andrew. He replied super quickly to any/all questions I had via email before moving in, and made me feel right at home. I know that if I ever need something, Andrew's got my back. I actually was supposed to have a different unit originally, but I guess cuz of COVID the previous residents couldn't move out after all, and Andrew stepped right in to offer me a slightly larger unit on the side of the building I actually preferred, for the same price as the first one, without me even asking for a discount. I was very pleased with the level of hospitality and professionalism Andrew and the other staff here have shown thus far. I had to get a couple things checked for maintenance the first week of being here (nothing broken, just the water for the washer wasn't on yet - pretty normal for apartments - and the water heater needed something replaced). They came ASAP to make sure everything was in tip-top shape. Never had maintenance so quick anywhere else. I did smell weed for a couple days in the hallway (not at all in my own unit thankfully), but after a message to all residents from the office about no smoking anywhere in the building, I haven't smelled it since. All the residents on my floor seem to respect each other's privacy and shared hallway - I haven't seen anyone make a mess anywhere and I never hear anyone on either side of me, just occasionally when someone's passing in the hallway. This is a very quiet, peaceful place to live. I'm looking forward to the spring and summer when the garden is blooming again and it's warm enough to use the pool. I am pretty sure Julie, Andrew and the other staff members have gone above and beyond during this crazy COVID season to make sure the residents feel safe, have the accommodations they need, and can live as normally as possible. I appreciate their hard work and look forward to living here for some time! P.S. the staff also periodically invite residents to partake in events (virtually right now) like book club & a version of Family Feud. Friendly people here. read more

The only reason this place gets 1 star is because you can't give a negative. The staff is rude and incompetent. Especially NAJDA! There have been numerous burglaries done from the "inside" since December of 2015. Motorcycles stolen from the "secured" parking deck, vehicle break-in' so, thefts, and the ONLY shots fired call ever received by the LTPD! Water leaks everywhere. Every week things are broken. Ants, ants, ants, and more ants. I can't say enough bad about The Marq at Ridgegate. People are leaving as soon as they get out of their lease. People living here are afraid. Kids spit and pee in the pool and the staff doesn't address it. Don't even get close to the hot tub! Security cameras don't work. Gym equipment is not clean and broken often. The list goes on and on. I am updating this review with more information. Due to the horrible swimming pool conditions, I went to the local hot tub/pool store and bought a 15$ thermometer for a pool to test the temperatures. Contrary to the response from the so-called owner, the temperature of the pool this evening was 98° F. The pool experts at the pool store say the temperature of a pool should be regulated around 82.6° F. FYI the proper temperature of a hot tub is 103° F. The temperature of this pool is being maintained at a closer temp to a hot tub not a swimming pool. The pool is not safe at the current temp. Kara is an ignorant manager who does not care or know anything about a pool. She says I am the only one to complain about this, but I have met numerous people that agree with me. I have heard several complaints about mice issues as well as the floor issues stated before. I have several pictures of the floor repair that show the original hole that was covered up with a thin tin plate. The building is about 10 years old, but it is deteriorating fast. read more

Lets see! First don't believe the good reviews. Thats the new people who haven't been robbed yet or had real issues. I too believe this to be a great place. Then we got robbed. No phone call or show of any concern after it happen. My door was relocked back after the break in ( inside job even said by cops) . There was five other apartments who got robbed as well at the same time. No forced entry!!! The police never got the footage from the cameras. The staff blamed us. Told us we should all be keeping our doors locked. Everyone who got robbed was on vacation. Who doesn't lock their doors when leaving for days. They charged residents for new locks. Private security is a joke. They only check to see if people aren't in the pool after 10. There was a town hall meeting that never happened. We all complained bc they we weren't doing anything to make us feel safe. Theres been 15 break ins since Jan plus loads of other things stolen. Cops called all the time. No other place has issues and we are suppose to a secure building. They never walk the building so they don't see doors being propped open or even broken. Lights out in the building everywhere. Paint in the hallways was touched up and is two different colors. Pool and hot tub almost never work. Landscaping is terrible with things half dead. Dog poop and urine in the hallways and around every outside door. Oh they replaced the carpet titles... Haha they look worse then the stained old ones. This place has turned ghetto . Plus theres a brand new place next door. So you would think they be doing everything to keep residents, nope!! All long term residents have moved out. So I guess asking for them to care is too much. Just got my notice they wont renew our lease. Ive never been late or had any other issues. I guess asking for them to do something and calling them out for not following through with anything is too much trouble. Yes residents are angry, we are being lied to and we pay a lot to live here. The upper management for CWS is rude and twice as worse as the staff that works here. Oh plus the maintenance here does not give a 24 hour notice or half the time knock before coming in your apartment. All I can say is more break-ins will happen here bc we must be easy targets ( they have a master key). Maybe one day the staff will get fired and they will actually make this a nice place. Until that happens DO NOT MOVE HERE!! You will regret ever giving them a penny. I Promise!!!!!! Everything might look nice at first but this place is a rotting black hole that will suck out any happiness you have in your life. Do not for your families sake believe you will be safe here. I been living here for over 3 years now and continue to love my home and neighborhood. I will stay for as long as I can.

I have been living here since November and it is fantastic! The rent is very comparable to other places. But here, assigned garage parking is included, not extra! Two elevators in the building, one is a full size freight elevator (accessible to anyone anytime). Julie and Kara in the office are so wonderful! They are so sweet and helpful, they remember my name and often know my apartment number off the top of their head. All packages get delivered to them, they can sign for them if needed, and you can pick them up from the front desk. There are monthly activities for residents to hang out and get to know each other, a library available to residents and a monthly book club. Two conference rooms, pool tables, beautiful heated pool and hot tub, large grills available to anyone, community computers, a lovely atrium garden, and just a wonderful friendly community. I absolutely recommend living here! The price is lower than the DTC area or even on the east side of the interstate, but it's a short drive to those places. Take a tour! You'll love it! read more

Having issues with the garage door and the door on the 6th floor. Hard time hearing the door on 6th floor when people call us and we hit the button to open the door. Also many times people try to call us at the garage door or the front door after hours and the system tells them to try again, line in use. A nice enough place but it's starting to go downhill. It was a cute echo of mid century modern, but they repainted to a more dorm looking style that ignores the great architectural features and makes the carpets look dirty. They are slow to fix things like the compressor in the stairwell that is now so loud it's a health hazard. Packages are delivered to the front desk and locked in a closet but they won't send a note to tell us when something arrives, and the staff disappears for half or full days leaving no way to get stuff you've had overnighted for an urgent reason. Dishwashers aren't hot enough to clean dishes. Toilet doesn't flush completely all the time. It could be a really classy place with its great floor plans and location, but they're cheaping out on amenities to make more money when rents are sky high already. read more

This is the most resident conscientious apartment community. Andrew took pictures of the unit since I was moving from out of state. They made sure I knew the local area and checked in on me to see how I was doing! Not the typical 1 month check in as part of the typical protocol. The apartment offers large bedrooms, large closets, double vanity sinks and well insulated windows! The package pickup is so convenient in lieu of trying to get home before the office closes. The embodiment caring for your residents from the front office. Andrew goes above and beyond demonstrating this by bringing my dinner to the door when the Uber Eats driver was lost, he's amazing. I have lived in luxury apartments and although this complex does not have it in the name they display it in the way they take care of the building and their residence!!! I got my Rolex watch, wedding ring, and diamond necklace stolen today on May 25th between 12:40pm and 5pm at unit 6246. I locked my door when I left. This place is like a trap they lure you in with the pristine leasing office that looks luxurious, that's the first thing you see when you arrive(impressions are everything) anyways. Everything looks nice and seems like a great place right? .....Wrong these are the worst and most expensive apartments I have ever lived in on the outside everything looks luxurious but on the inside everything is cheap and thin, I can hear everything my neighbors are doing(going to the bathroom,talking, etc) everyone owns a dog and you can tell. The hallways smell of urine, I HAVE FOUND POOP ON THE STAIRS MORE THAN 5 TIMES!!!!!!! So embarrassing. The management had changed twice since living here and the staff seems to change weekly. Very nice lobby area! This place stuns you as soon as you walk in the door. My boyfriend and I stopped by for a tour and were very impressed. The person on staff who showed us around was very professional and nice. She went over and above what we expected and she showed us multiple floor plans so we could get an idea of what we were looking for. Even if we don't end up renting here, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for high end apartments with tons of space. My husband and I have lived at the Marq for almost a year now and are incredibly happy. Don't let the other reviews fool you. While we were not personally robbed, we saw the way the staff was handing it and the way certain residents handled it. A few of the residents were incredibly vocal about their distain towards the leasing/maintenance staff and practically blamed them for the break in's, but the staff was still great and took necessary and justified precautions. The apartment itself is amazing. Within the year we have been here he have had to call maintenance twice, once for a microwave issue and another a water heater issue. The water heater went out at 9:00 at night and they were here 5 minutes later and had it fixed within a half hour. We also had tremendous issues with our next door neighbors when we moved in smoking pot outside of one of our bedroom windows and partying all hours of the night. They dealt with this in an appropriate way that showed us they were handling the situation while trying to achieve resolution with the neighbors. It is a great, quite apartment complex to live in. We hardly have any issues and they have always been dealt with in an awesome manor when we do. read more

We have lived here for 2 1/2 years. We moved from a very large home in TX to the apartment until we decided where we wanted to buy. Contrary to some of the very negative reviews, I have had a relatively good experience here. I have found the staff to be helpful and nice. Any issues with maintenance have been resolved quickly. While I agree that I can hear my neighbors walking on my head (I'm on the second floor), it is a building after all and with many people living here. I have lived at this property for almost 3 years and every time my lease comes up I don't think twice about renewing. The staff is great! Jackie and the girls in the front are always super helpful with anything I need! The few times I've needed something done in my unit, maintenance is quick to fix anything. I have no complaints! The good: -Variety of nice floor plans to choose from -Good size rooms in the apartments, with a decent amount of storage -Secure entry, through both the garage and the front doors -Nice pool -Nice gym -Maintenance staff responds quickly and does a good job with repairs in individual apartments -Trash pick-up at apartment doors 5 nights/week. The bad: -There seems to be pretty frequent turnover of the front office and managerial staff. The entire team just changed, and in the handful of encounters I've had with the new group of employees, I haven't been impressed, or felt like they were all that kind. I've gone to the staff a few times in the last couple months, to ask questions or alert them to common areas in need of repair (most recently, the key pad used to dial residents at the parking garage entry wasn't working consistently), and they almost always respond with something like, "Oh, this is the first time that issue been brought to our attention," or "No one else has said anything about that", and then turned and walked away, with no verbal indication that they are actually going to look into the problem. I've also had packages go missing (this never happened in the year and a half that I lived here, up until the new staff took over), and when I've asked the staff to help me look into these missing deliveries, their typical response has been, "I understand your frustration, but this is the first I've heard of a package going missing. I'm not sure how to help you." Compared to the entire front office staff that had been working here just a few months ago, I feel like the needs of the building and the needs of the residents are merely acknowledged with a "thanks for letting us know," and then swept under the rug and ignored. -The hot tub has been broken for almost the entire summer, and going back to the spring. It's either freezing cold water, drained completely, hazy and murky, or just marked off with yellow caution tape to keep people out. I saw it once with four or five electric cords plugged in and going into the hot tub, which was filled with water but not taped off to keep people out. Residents have received multiple emails regarding the hot tub, but repairs seem to get it up and running for just a few days at a time, and then it's broken again for weeks. -There is a very inconsistent delivery notification routine. Sometimes (like once out of every 10 deliveries) a note will be left in your mailbox, stating that there is a package waiting for you in the front office. These notifications have gotten even less consistent since the new staff took over (like, I've had 5 or so deliveries since they took over, and no notifications in my mailbox). -The delivery pick-up system is pretty inconvenient. When a package is delivered, it's brought to the front office and locked away in a closet, only accessible by staff. If you get home after office hours, you can't pick your delivery up until the next time the office is open. This is a pain for people who work late hours, since you may have to wait a few days to pick up your delivery. I know of other apartments that have a different pick-up system, allowing people to pick up their deliveries at any time of day (or night). I'm not sure why a new system hasn't been implemented. -The hallways are often dirty, with stains on the carpet from dogs. The smell can be pretty bad too. -There is one location for dropping off recyclables (outside of the garage doors, as you exit the parking garage), but the location isn't necessarily convenient when you're either driving your car out of the garage (and needing to get out of the car to dump the recyclables) or having to travel down several halls/stairs/elevators to get to the dumpsters. I was initially told that recycling was picked up with trash outside of the apartments, but in the 18 months I've lived here, I've never seen recycling picked up. The apartments come with a building-issued trash can that you leave outside your apartment door for trash pick-up, but no recycling bin. -I've spoken to other residents who have lived in the building for several years, and they have mentioned either dealing with or hearing about break-ins. I myself always lock my front door and then check to make sure it is locked before leaving the building, but on more than one occasion I've come home to an unlocked front door. I haven't noticed anything missing, but it's still pretty unnerving to come home to what you know had been a locked door... only to find it unlocked. I like my apartment in the building, and some of the other features that are provided by the Marq. However, the negatives seem to be piling up more and more, particularly with the staff changes that occur every few months. read more

Where does one start. Luxury must have a different definition in the eyes of The Marq management and/or owners. Hallway floors are filthy (with on/off periods of smelling like dog urine) having been vacuumed only 2x and "shampooed" 1x . . .sparsely at that, in the 3 months we have been here. With the number of dogs (and cats) here, it would not be surprising if there were flees living in the hallway carpet! Landscaped areas are . . . 50% or more dead bushes and urine burnt grass, having been soaked in dog urine and not properly tended. The "nature garden" with waterfall could be beautiful but lacks appropriate grooming as well. At move-in, the apartment, which had reportedly been cleaned by an outside source, still had a visible amount of black dog hair in the carpet, on the baseboards and inside the washing machine. Dishwasher rinse dispenser was clogged with . . . debris unidentifiable; shower grout and shower door frame, caked with grime that I personally took clorox and a toothbrush to to establish even a "safe to enter the shower" status! Honestly, having a history of being in supervisory positions in professional businesses myself, it appears manager(s) have lacked appropriate attention to the details which are required to maintain and operate a "luxury" establishment. The Marq now has its 3rd set of manager + assistant team in our 3 months of residency. This type of turnover speaks of problems at varying levels . . . here or elsewhere. The Marq is short staffed for the size of the property; security is grossly lacking and cleanliness has not been a priority, as witnessed to date. Sad! read more

Warning! I lived here with my 14yr old daughter, and 12yr old son. We were renting what I thought was a very high end, well maintained place. To make a long story short... My son was badly burnt while getting into the hot tub. As soon as he sat down he started to scream and exited as fast as he could. He was covered in blood from the waste down. The hot tub was recently cleaned with NO postings or signs. The chemicals used were not measured. My son is not only left w burn scars but now is terrified to go into hot tubs. Needless to say we moved asap. The staff and management is always changing. Accidents like this could have been prevented! read more

Do not live here! I have lived here once before when Fein owned and operated the property and decided to return knowing that I had a relatively good experience here, shortly after I moved in this time a new management took over and they are horrible! No concern for long term residents thought this would be a nice place to live considering I travel frequently but obviously they prey on that, leaving notices on my door giving me 3 days to turn things in that I had supplied on move in OR else they charge you ridiculous fees. The garage doors are almost never working, thus safety you pay for is questionable. They took out the nice cappuccino machines and put in kuerigs that are always empty, the fire alarms... Oh my god they went off at least 4 times in my first 4 months of my lease forcing me to scramble to get my kids out in the middle of the night. At the end of the day when I pay you as much I as I do to live here I expect respect, sadly the management here can't return a phone call so don't expect any service. I will be terminating my lease asap seems that they prefer to have occupancy here than acknowledge their mistakes. read more

From Dec 2015-May 2016 there were 10 break-ins & 1 motorcycle stolen from the parking garage of the Marq at Ridgegate. Most of the robberies have no signs of forced entry & the burglars are even kind enough to lock the door when they leave. Our apartment was robbed on May 13. Management says that security is of the utmost importance, yet they do not ask your neighbors or send out an email asking if anyone saw anything that day around that time & they don't turn video footage over to the police. When the detective working our case got tired of asking for the footage, he went to the Marq office. It had been 3 weeks since the robbery & over half of the footage had already been written over. Management did not even know how to retrieve what footage was still available. Ours was the 8th robbery since Dec. They should have been well versed in how to retrieve footage. During this visit, management admitted that a large number of the security cameras do not work & there was no footage of some areas. If you do decide to make The Marq your home, make sure your jewelry is insured & don't leave any cash lying around because those are the things that are stolen. Management did let us out of our lease, comped us the platinum move out package, and refunded our sure deposit. read more

Beautiful property. the SWEETEST staff that could ever exist. Everyone is so happy to help and so accommodating. Can't imagine them giving anything less to any one of their customers. I am happy to live in such a beautiful community with people that are always there when I need them. I do not know who these other reviewers are talking to but I assure you that they must have some deeper issues within the company or the previous company. I have had nothing but an amazing experience since moving into ridgegate. Don't let the people that found their own hair in their spaghetti ruin your experience. read more

First off, It is clear that the above review is written by a staff member. To start, the amenities claim a year round pool and hot tub, sounds nice right? Well the hot tub is just a tad warmer than tepid bath water and has been this way throughout the winter. Also the staff here are awful. They will promise you one thing won't deliver and then neglect to claim responsibility for something that they had promised when the issue was brought to higher ups. The Carbon monoxide alarm has gone off four times since moving in and normally goes off during sleeping hours. This alarm is set off throughout the entire building. You would think by now after several complaints they would have resolved the issue. Lastly the key FOBS to the doors have not worked on numerous occasions and sometime even when the office was closed resulting in a waiting period for someone in the building to leave so we could get back in to our apartment. The location is great but I would recommend looking somewhere else before sinking an arm and a leg into nothing more than a cheap disorderly motel. This place is nothing more than a rip off. Do not waste your time or money even looking into renting here. I'm counting down the days until the lease is up and can't wait to move. read more
