We have exclusively used them for shipment of our items - in one case I saw the true genius of the Deepa and her husband- customizing a shipping box in a manner I've never seen before. The problem solving was so effective and creative it looked like an IQ test!!! Great place to business and great people!

However,…read moresince the marketing and ownership changed, both the service and quality have declined drastically. The younger staff members seem indifferent to your packaging and shipping needs. I went around 10 a.m. on a January Monday, 2025. When I got in the store, I saw the worker's facial/body language, and all it said was, "Argh, one of those annoying shipments," as it was clear that it was unpacked and big. Here's a detailed account of the interaction. First, I asked if UPS could do the packaging, and she said yes. Then, I asked that I would like to stick around when they did the packaging so I could ensure corners, sides, etc, were protected with enough bubble wrap. She answered that she didn't know what time the item was going to be packed, so I said I could hang out for 30 min and wait; then she gave a vast excuse that it could be for a while, 2 hrs, or more, blah, blah... not to mention that the other 2 girls on the back were standing, chatting and doing absolutely nothing. So then I asked, would you mind calling me when you guys are about to do the packaging, as I don't live far away? (I wanted to be present to ensure the equipment was correctly packed because it is over $2000 dlls). Again, excuses, excuses, as pretty much she didn't want to go out of her way and was just pure laziness. Facial expressions don't lie. I also asked her that I would like to add stickers around the box that said handle with care, fragile, and keep this side up. Answer: we don't have them. UPS doesn't provide Fragile, etc stickers? I want to ensure it arrives safe, I said. She goes... UPS doesn't guarantee it will arrive safely without damage because it is up to the UPS drivers. Once it leaves the store, we don't have control over it or know if it is being handled properly. Yeah, that is why the sticker will help, I said. Well, I can write it down with a marker. Her tone and face were like saying, " I couldn't care less." At this point, I started being sarcastic about her failure and the company's failure to deliver excellent service. So, I grabbed my equipment and said, "Thanks so much for your help. I am going to pass and try FeEx," she replied, "You will also run with the same issue... lol!" Well, I will find out myself, and guess what? The service, packaging, and delivery were outstanding! They exceeded my expectations. I also was able to watch them pack my ex-amplifiers, and I was even able to make suggestions on key point areas where more bubble wrap needed to be placed. The packaging was $25 bucks, and the shipping cost was better than UPS (Unwieldy Purge Shop). FedEx packaging cost was $25 bucks. So, from now on, I will be done with UPS! Never again! The staff is incompetent, unprofessional, and lazy, acting like they own the store. Customer Service completely sucks since they change their marketing and culture. I will find out this girl's name and update this review in case you guys end up in that location to avoid this useless employee. I dislike giving bad reviews, but I have to be honest and matter-of-fact in my reviews. It is never my intention to harm the business, but I don't think they will be losing a few bucks for a review. This is a multimillion-dollar company. Please see the photo of the customer being satisfied with the packaging. FedEx! Bravo!!

LITERALLY THE WORST PLACE TO PRINT!!!…read more So, the first time I printed a workbook I'm creating, they said the size was wrong and couldn't print it. I'm like can't you fix that out with your equipment? I haven't printed a whole lot at a pro-printing place, so I wasn't sure what they were capable of. However, they stated they could not. At that time it wasn't really a big deal, so I was like okay no problem, let's just fit-to-page it's just a BW tech print, I just need to see it printed all together vs scrolling endless pages in Canva. No big deal. However, I asked for the correct size so that I can fix it for the future. Honestly, I thought this was the Universe helping me take care of it now vs later. I had only googled A4 pixels and I thought that I had it correct. We talked about it at length and they gave me the pixels of 2550 x 3300. We discussed it a little bit further since that was literally double the size of the current document, the person I spoke to assured me this was correct for A4, and so I got the BW print, then spent nearly 2 weeks reformatting the entire document to this new size. Then another month or so finishing the workbook. I later came back to get a full color print to see what it actually looks like and to my surprise, again they tell me the size is wrong and they will have to print "fit to page". As you can imagine I was instantly angry. However, as I don't have two weeks to reformat I asked them to go ahead and print, and please reflect the correction of this whole situation in the price.. However, when I went to pick up the book, not only was it nearly double ($175) what I was quoted last time I was there ($97), but they did not reflect their mistake in the price and then tried to blame it on me!! Telling me how it's not their responsibility to advise how to properly size a document and how their fees don't reflect whether or not the document is correct, but how many pages it is and if it is color or black-and-white SERIOUSLY!? You are a professional printer, who better then to tell me how to size a document? Should I ask a bricklayer? Or a baker instead? As you can imagine at this point, I was completely flabbergasted, and quite frankly disgusted. So I paid $175 for a workbook that was incorrect due to their incorrect advice. And this time it wasn't even like a normal fit to page with just a tiny little bit of white around the edges. It was massively wrong like nearly half an inch all the way around and nearly an inch at the bottom so... I can't even really tell what this looks like. It's a complete waste of money. Honestly it was probably correct the first time and they just don't know what they're doing! Not only will I not print the other 10 FC samples that I wanted to print, but I will never ever print anything there again and I don't advise anyone else to either.

Earlier this week, I dropped that laptop and damaged the hard drive. I went to Office Depot and found out it would cost quite a bit to fix--it might not even be worth fixing. Just then, my cell phone rang and it was about my terminally ill sister--they believe she only has a few more days. At that point, I started crying and told the employee I had to leave. I'm sure he overheard some of the conversation. The manager came over because I was upset. I told him it wasn't anything to do with the store - the employee was really great--this was a personal problem. He said he didn't care and that I wasn't leaving his store upset. He took my broken computer and gave me a brand new one. It's a better computer. As I write this review, I am in tears because I still cannot believe he did that for me. I can't express how much his gesture touched me. I will be loyal to them forever and I want everyone to know what Office Depot is about.
