This location, despite the busyness of the surrounding area, you can't beat the quickness and friendly customer service. Plenty of parking but not always upfront. Every staff member without fail is always so cheerful and helpful. They take all my Amazon returns without judgment or question. They offer quick services for passport photos and lamination at fairly reasonable prices. My passport photo was good quality for $30 on the spot. It's my go to for business needs and my frequent Amazon Shopping spree. I've used other UPS locations for mailbox service and they are wonderful with emailing you on packages and renewals. It's great if you want to separate work mail from personal and junk stuff. Besides if the wait is long, grab a cone at McDonalds or run into Home Depot for your honey do list items. I have used this ups store multiple times over the last year and never had an issue until today. I brought in 2 packages with prepaid labels attached. One scanned perfectly fine and the other wouldn't scan for some reason. I was told to reprint the label at home and come back again. This is confusing because anytime there was an issue with the label they just reprinted it in store and sent me on my way. Today I'm told it's a $3 charge and I decline stating I would rather print it and come back than waste $3 for them to print a label I already paid for. The associate tells me I'm wasting more money in gas by doing it this way... super classy UPS and what a polite way to speak to your customer! I will never be back to this location again and recommended the management retrain the employees on best practices when speaking to customers. UPDATE: I just left another UPS store location. They were able to scan my package successfully. I asked about the three dollar fee and they informed me that it depends on the store and sort of how they're feeling that day. If you're going to have a company policy, it should be enforced to everybody equally not just when you feel like it. read more

I had some Amazon returns and decided to go to the nearest UPS location to me. I am sure glad I did. The customer service of this location vs the location nearest me is like night and day. I was greeted warm and happily. Not just in a customer service or fake it until you make it way but just a genuine I'm happy with my job, my coworkers and management type way. (Trust me there is a huge difference) The clerk that helped me was very bubbly and just overall very pleasant. I was in and out in two seconds. I will drive further than my convenient up the street location if that means this kind of service! read more

Received extremely questionable service today. I say that because another location was happy to have my biz. At this location, I was told my packaging and tape was unacceptable. Seems as though they give bad info just because they want to UPSELL you on buying their boxes and labor to pack. Dont fall for it without getting a second opinion / run! I went to another location and had no problem. I read the low-star reviews (you should too)...why would anyone want to do biz w/them...I voted w/my feet. Ha Ha...how petty...multiple reviews say they charge for a bit of tape to seal a carton...I'd guess that giving customers a bit of tape to seal a package must set you back several rolls every week... I fully understand that it's your business and you'll run it as you see fit for a small biz...but sometimes I wonder if you're small because of being penny wise and lb foolish. read more

This store was incredibly helpful! I had a couple of Amazon returns, and one got lost, according to Amazon. The clerk provided documentation showing it was scanned in, and because of that, Amazon credited me. This truly reflects the excellent customer service here. I wasn't paying them, yet they still spent almost 20 minutes on the phone assisting me. I will definitely use them for all my UPS needs, and I recommend you do the same. read more

When we arrived there was a sign outside saying line starts here but I couldn't see if anyone was inside so we opened the door and got snapped at by the blonde guy inside to wait outside. There's literally like 30 feet from the front door to their counter. The sign outside says keep a 6 foot distance so I'm not sure why we couldn't wait inside instead of standing outside in the 90° weather. When we got inside, only one rep was helping customers and the other guy was just sorting mail. He then called in the other person that was next in line. So now there was two of us in the store at the same time which we just got yelled at for doing two minutes earlier. Not very good customer service and I definitely will not be coming back to this location! read more

This store is about 0.5 miles from my house. It's a location that accepts Amazon returns and I frequent this location for both returns and shipping items out of state to family. The staff here are likely overworked. Often the computers are down so you have to do all your labels and pay on your phone. Each time computers aren't done, there's a different process and I'm asked for different information. The biggest reason for the two stars is due to the "grubliness" of the staff. I always feel like I'm doing something wrong or I should know a specific rule/policy and because I don't, there's an eye roll or a "well mam." I only go back because of the location. If there was a closer option, I wouldn't use it. I sometimes choose the FedEx office across the street for shipping to family. That place is friendly and helpful! read more

GREAT service here every time I go. If the lines are long - especially during the holidays - the staff moves diligently and always apologize to let everyone know they're working to get through the lines as quickly as possible. Additionally, I've watched them through two pandemic holidays now and seen some pretty awful customers. The staff here have always handled them with the utmost professionalism. Last week, I was at the post office dropping off items to send with pre-paid shipping. They were so rude that I ended up going out of my way to this UPS location for all of the paid shipping just for the friendly customer service. I walked in and I was HOME! :) Shout-out to Coco, I think they are brand new and doing a fabulous job. Stellar customer service. Hats off to everyone at this location! After waiting outside in the cold rain we were told to go to Walgreens by someone standing under a sign that said Passport Photos. I am not a happy camper. There were 3 ppl working and 2 busy with customers I asked the one employee "Skylar" who wasn't busy and he had too much attitude for no reason.
