Louie and his crew run a well organized, clean and responsive UPS store at Broadway & Alameda. Even during the holiday times when packages are stacked to the ceiling, Louie and his staff go above and beyond to be friendly and respectful of each other and a line of customers. One glitch, the POS system seems tricky and obtuse at times to pay box rental fees. More than once I have had to delay rental payments due to POS software issues. I've used other UPS store services, this location is my choice. read more

I called to make an appointment to have notary services and was told there were no openings today. I then went online and found that they did have openings today. I showed up at 10 to 1 for a 1 o'clock appointment and was taken reasonably promptly . However, although the young man who performed my service was efficient, he was less than pleasant. I also was able to get a passport photo done at the same time. Please note that if you want notary services from a UPS in Denver, you need to make an appointment. Not all UPS stores provide the service and if they do, it's at staggered times. This is not advertised on their website which suggests that you can just walk in. read more

I try to use UPS stores exclusively for my business printing and shipping needs. Today I needed to copy a couple of legal documents and was near the 303 S Broadway store. This is not my usual location but I thought nothing of coming here. Wow, did I make a huge mistake. I came in at 4:24pm and there was one other person being helped. I asked if I could just use the copy machine, this should have been and easy in and out. But the 2 guys behind the counter were very rude. They acted like I was totally putting them out by making my 2 copies which rang up at $1.06??? Not sure why these guys were so angry and almost unwilling to take my buck-o-six? At any rate I now know and recommend to others if your planning on getting couples or anything in the Broadway and Alameda area... just go to the Office Depot, it's right next door. I have used this UPS many times to drop off/ship packages and I have always experienced excellent customer service. I've interacted with at least 4-5 different employees and every time each person has been friendly, quick, and helpful. These guys know their stuff. Easy to return Xfinity gear. Went there several times for notary purposes and the last time both employees were Notaries. Easy to make appointments online. $5 is a deal. Previous shipment addresses are in the system so easy to send to relatives etc. read more

UPS is my go-to. It's more reliable than both Amazon and FedEx. Being more reliable than FedEx is not hard to do due to their insanely low standards for employees, but being more reliable than Amazon is hard to do because they can ship same day. I use the Shop app, which connects to UPS. Through that UPS not only notifies me about my packages, but also my spouse's packages. UPS communicates with you fully on what's going on with your package in real-time. read more

Three of us (separate customers), all arrived (admittedly probably closer than we wanted to 7pm) but were all at the door between 6:50-6:52pm. Doors on both sides were locked and lights were already turned off. Middle security gate already half closed. I started by knocking on the parking lot side of the building and was ignored. I went to the Broadway side door and could see an employee behind the counter. I gestured and mouthed "7pm?" and pointed to the sign. The guy behind the counter shook his head "No" and started ignoring me. I stood there for a minute looking for an open store on my phone and he proceed to come to the door, unlocked and opened it, and in a VERY unprofessional/rude tone proceed to tell me, "The computers are DOWN! I couldn't help you ANYWAY!" I asked him his name and he said, "JAMIE!" and before I could get a word in edgewise, he slammed the door and re-locked it, walking away. I'm sorry...but is this "What can brown do for you?". Until this day, I'd always considered choosing UPS over FedEx. Hands down the worst customer service I've ever received from ANY mailing location, and I drove 15min to get there. Would not recommend. Luckily, guy #2 was able to drop his pre-addressed mail off with the USPS truck that just pulled up alongside the store on Broadway...he got some grace. The poor lady I spoke to (just trying to check her PO box) and myself (trying to mail one letter out) both were out of luck. I sat in my car for a minute to see what would happen. "Jamie" proceeded to give the poor USPS driver a rash of verbal flack for "showing up late", before locking the doors and running to his car at 7:01pm. Computers down prevented checking a PO box? What do you want to bet that if I come back tomorrow at 6:52pm that the computers crash again? UPS might want to think retraining Jamie (or whoever drives the blue hatchback). Check the cameras, look at us standing stupidly outside the door. I've worked in customer service for 10yrs...management might consider poaching the guy from FedEx in Cherry Creek...he was incredibly polite/professional. Cannot say the same for Jamie. read more

TL:DR Whether it was a mistake or on purpose, I will not be here again. The story: I stopped in to pickup some plain white envelopes, size 6 3/4. Was in a hurry, so I thought the +$7 price was the cost of convenience. As I was driving home, I looked at the receipt. He charged me for size 10 envelopes, $6.99. The box I had was marked $3.49. I turned around. When I got there, asked for the refund of the difference and he said "oh that's a misprint" like it was supposed to be marked $6.99. I said "you might want to take these stickers off then." He gave me $3.50 back in cash. Whether it was a mistake or on purpose, I will not be here again. read more

Popped in here to get some waivers signed for an event I was hosting. I had called ahead to get their email address but when I kept receiving "return to sender" from the mailer demon (I know that's not exactly what its called) it seemed easier to just head over. No frills in this location but they do have cool mailboxes where you can get your PO Box on. There were two gentlemen working and one very excitable homeless man that was very eager to talk to the associates. You can print, send mail and packages, plus you can pick up some sharpies or other office supplies. I'd call that an A-OK experience for sure. read more

All right... you bought that amazing gift for someone. You wrapped it, packed it up, threw some Hershey's Minis on top of the tissue paper (everyone does that, right?)... and then it sits in your house for 3 weeks because you don't want to go wait in line at the post office. Sound familiar? Then head over to The UPS Store. I love our post office, but the lines can be LOOOONG. And if it's during the holidays - forget it! I've never had more than one person waiting in front of me at The UPS Store, and the employees have always been very quick and friendly. They've got several pricing options (to ship my last box the options ranged from around $18 to well over $100). The cheaper option got my box where it needed to be safely, and when they said it'd be there. They've also got most of what you'll need to get your package on the road: blank paper for wrapping, tape, markers, etc. It may cost a few bucks more than the USPS, but to save the hassle, it's frequently worth it! read more

I have to print things off here due to Covid, working from home and not having a printer. This is the second time (2/2) that they haven't had my print order ready when I go to pick up after the "due time" on their site, and I have to wait 20 mins for it to download and print. The first time, I put the order in the day before, and this time I put it in in the morning and came in at 6pm to pick up. Neither time were they super busy. When you order prints online to pick up, you should be able to pick them up by the designated time and definitely after it... I work FT and am a student at night so I have a very thin slot to pick up prints I need for work or school. This location needs to check their print orders more often!
