The service feels mediocre at best, and the added charges--such as $2 to print a return label and another $2 just to use their tape to seal a small box unless you purchase a full roll--make customers feel nickel-and-dimed. For better service and a more customer-friendly experience, I'd recommend going to UPS or FedEx instead.

That may be partly because this is Brighton and a lot of customers were of the older persuasion and partly because a lot of the staff was of the same persuasion. They have 1 public internet terminal inside, not sure of the cost as it was tucked behind the greeting card display. They also have 1 sad kiddie table tucked near the rear of the room. Notary service is available here and they have several copiers along with the usual mailboxes for rent and shipping and office supplies. In any case, they get the job done and they are a bit closer than the Thornton store. Odd location in the King Soopers mega center - more off towards the Sable Blvd side of the plaza near Blockbuster and a no-name generic Insurance agency. Parking here is sub-optimal but not horrible. Be sure to use your AAA discounts on shipping fees and supplies here. A solid 3 experience here. A-OK describes this place to a "T". They shared often Amazon "says they dropped the item off, however steal the item by not really dropping off the order." I had called the hotel in advance to inquire if I could have items sent to the hotel. The hotel employee shared "people do it all of the time. They use Amazon, DoorDash and insta cart." Being that I am familiar with using Amazon I ordered water to come to the hotel and for it to arrive the day I would arrive. So this is when it all started... the front desk said Amazon orders end up at the business center with Fed Ex. So went to Fed Ex and they told me they didn't have the order and to check the front desk. I went back to the front desk and they checked in the back and then told me Fed Ex would most likely receive it, so I went back to Fed-Ex... (you get the picture) Karina had shared what I said above and I asked if they could please just go and look for it because it said it was delivered. After asking over and over she went to look for my package. While waiting, Oscar was interacting with customers in a condescending and sarcastic tone to them. People were leaving upset. Once Karina came back with my $14 case of water, she told me she weighed it and I need to pay $25 to receive my water. I told her that it was extortion and what was I paying for? She said "storage and handling". I explained no where did the hotel tell me that I would have to pay an additional amount to have an item delivered. Neither Oscar or Karina cared and it was either I paid $25 for my water or I couldn't take it. I get that they are just employees struggling to make a dime, however they did not care one bit. Karina shared she has told the hotel front desk multiple times that they need to tell guests that they charge the customers to pick up their items. So there I was stuck between a lack of training and consistency between the hotel and Fed ex business center within the hotel being extorted. I could have had a friend drive me to Walmart had I known. I travel a lot, and I have had items delivered to Marriott's before and NEVER had this problem.

I brought in a restaurant menu I designed and needed 50 sets created. I was not in a hurry and just wanted one set made to work with a client. Over a quick phone call, I finalized the design, changed the files in Photoshop and asked to print the 50 sets instead of 1 set. It was not a problem and they turned them around to me in 45 minutes. (All while having 4 machines working on different jobs simultaneously.) I really appreciated the character of the individuals I worked with. Very helpful, courteous and personable as we together worked on tweeking a few colors to get my job just right. I usually do not get this from a large printer service company. As I was waiting, many customers came and went picking up jobs with a very personable, first name and thankful demeanor. I smiled, said hello to many of Speedy's customers as I stood at the front counter. I laugh still about this. A very nice lady came in to get a bi-fold business advertisement as I was waiting. She had her Mac laptop open on the counter working on a layout with a bit of frustration. "I've been going to the Apple Store for months now trying to learn how to design my business advertisement." I at first watched, listened and peeked over her shoulder. I had to step in. "Excuse me, I see you are laying out a simple design for your business. Maybe I can help you?" I told her. She said sure. After a few minutes of watching her fiddle with the most simple commands, I asked if I could just make a few suggestions. Again she said, "Sure!" She let me drive and gave me the computer. I then helped format and design her already created project to a much better looking layout. 15 minutes later I had her design complete. She was so appreciative and I was happy to help. She gave me her card and told me to come get a free haircut sometime as that was what her business was all about. This is why I enjoyed working with SIR Speedy.
