This UPS store is always popping. The staff is very friendly. I've been shipping out of here for years now and have never had an issue.

I go to the UPS store often and it's fantastic! The staff is always very, very helpful and you can get another really fast.

Just go to another store. I used to frequent here since it was in the neighborhood. Very unsafe clientele. Several people in line yelling at each other. Staff didn't say a word and just ignored everyone. Thought this neighborhood was better than that.. read more

Came here to get passport photos taken for me and my child. They took no less than 40 photos of each of us because they wouldn't pass the program. The lady who helped us was so patient and kind, though, even though she was stuck taking tons of photos. They finally passed. They're more expensive than going to Walgreens or CVS but I guess that's because they run them through a program. read more

I've popped into this UPS store quite frequently lately. It's not even close to my house but it is close to my gym so I've planned a few print job pickups here and also mailed some packages. Aubrey is always working when I'm there and is definitely the reason I keep coming back. It's your run of the mill UPS store. Mail, PO Boxes, packaging, shipping. They do all that. Smiles, genuine welcomes and inquiries into your day and others that enter the store--total kindness. Not your run of the mill UPS experience. At least not for me. Every experience there has been a breeze and Aubrey has treated me with the same authenticity every visit. This last visit he totally turned my day around over a stamp. A stamp!!! So while I had planned to post a review of location anyway, he definitely pushed it from four stars to five and I totally recommend this location if you're in need of any services from them. read more

Went in to return some Amazon items and the lady who helped us had just dealt with a difficult customer and kept her cool more than most would have. Then when I got up to the counter she was extremely nice and boxed up something for me I didn't have the proper packaging for for free. I don't often give five stars; I may have given three in the last five years, but this UPS store has nothing wrong with it, and everything right with it. The people are friendly and knowledgeable and have always been able to do what I have needed -- shipping, copying, laminating, notary service, and always with a smile and good attitude. Furthermore I have never felt the slightest pinch on my wallet. I suspect all UPS store franchises must charge the same price for services, but the price is right, and that is that. I guess when you walk into a ups store or any thing like it you expect the people working there to be somewhat miserable for lack of a better term not because it's not a great job, but because that's how they are in all the other stores I have been in. I would never consider writing a review for a ups store, but the staff at this location is so freaking nice and pleasant and helpful that I couldn't not write one. This store has changed my perception on what the energy should be when you walk into a store of this kind. They are soooooo nice and helpful and grateful!!! I don't know what the manager of the store is doing to support his team but keep it up. I went into the store this morning to pick up some packages, and Hari behind the counter looked for 20 minutes or so and told me he couldn't find my 3rd package. Tracking showed it was delivered yesterday so I knew it was there. But he wanted to have me come back another time so he could take care of the other people in line. I told him I had that package shipped overnight so that I'd have it today and that he needed to go locate it now and not "another time". So he called me a bonehead and told me to move out of the way so he could do other things. I told him no, so he went back and looked once more and found it in less than 10 seconds. It was in front of his face the whole time. And yet I'm bonehead for being frustrated with ineptitude. Eat a dick Hari. read more

Got in my face without a mask, and I was not wearing a mask for my passport photo, and it was a terrible photo

I went to get my passport photo taken here. The first photo I paid for before I realized there was a shadow and asked for another one as I knew it would be rejected. The next photo was too blurry and the worker acted like that was the best he could do. So I left. The guidelines for passport photos are very clear. For a store to promote they provide those photos and not meet those standard is beyond frustrating. What a waste of money. read more

She was unwelcoming, rude, felt like she was annoyed with me as a customer. I get if she's having a bad day but no need to take it out on your customers. read more

If you have an issue, don't expect any help from this store. They will give you an 800 number and tell you to talk to corporate about it. That will take you to a world full of outsourced customer support who you cannot understand and their managers who have no direct lines or real names they can give you. No accountability. read more

I just stopped by this location to drop off a package. Not only was the store spotless and well organized but the gentleman working the desk was one of the most polite and helpful people I've ever met - whether at a UPS store or elsewhere. My package was not taped, but he kindly took it, let me know he would take care of getting it ready for shipping, and quickly printed a receipt. This will be the only UPS store I will use going forward. Beyond impressed. read more
