Nice people and very attentive but terribly incompetent. All I wanted was for them to lighten the blue on my business card. They printed the exact wrong dark blue three separate times in a row and then literally told me they've never color matched anything before... lol. Excuse me? You've never color matched anything? Low and behold they weren't lying. As soon as I left I gave the card to ChatGPT and asked it what was going on and the robot immediately said yea that color is C98 M68 Y0 K21. K21 is black... Your whole world is 4 colors. I just wanted a lighter blue. Don't you think competence in a 4 colors world would require a person to know the simple fact that if you make k smaller you remove black ink and if you remove black ink you make the color lighter? I think competence would require at least that level of knowledge so that's why I'm giving them a 3 star review, which is generous considering I paid $33 and left with nothing. I told ChatGPT to remove all k from my blue and to regenerate the photo, then I went in to FedEx, paid less than what PostNet was offering and got exactly what I wanted. What a hidden little "Print shop" gem in the heart of the city! I had to complete an I-9 third party verification process, and this was the only available location close to me(I'm in Lakewood). My appointment wasn't until 10:50am on a Tuesday, but I arrived at 10am in the hopes they could take me in early. Boy was I happily surprised! As soon as I walked in, they walked up to me immediately and said it would be no problem at all. They took my info, verified everything and when the service was concluded (all of 2 minutes), the store dog came out to greet me and thank me! He was so cute! They also offered print services for events and such and offered me free PostNet chapstick's on the way out! It is street parking, so that can be the downside, but all in all, 5 star experience! I told him I'm a few mins away he said he would wait for me even though he was about to close. I got there he waited for me and helped me out. I am a small business owner and was looking forward to creating a strong relationship with my new printer. I met with one of the owners at my office to discuss all of my printing needs. She was quite helpful, and I was looking forward to using her company for all of my printing needs. Unfortunately, things didn't go very well. After providing a sample of a business card, which the paper I like and the image perfect, I placed an order for business cards. Due to some miscommunication, my cards were not printed on the same type of paper and the image was pixelated. When the printer delivered, I expressed my dissatisfaction. Instead of having him throw away the cards, I accepted them, but assumed I would get some sort of discount for the error. Not only did I have to ask for the discount, they offered 20% off a future order. As if that would make up for the mistake on the cards I received. After speaking with their franchise operator, I was told that this location does not believe they did anything wrong and that I was given the product I ordered. Let's be honest, if that WAS the case I would not have wasted my time finding a solution for this that was agreeable to both parties. He also said the file I sent caused the pixels to be off, I sent a vector file, anyone who has ever done anything with printing would know that the cause of the problem is not that the file was too small. I would not recommend this printer. I can accept the fact that a mistake was made and that lines of communication got mixed up, but what I can not tolerate is a company that doesn't take responsibility for their product and service. The customer may not always be right, but you should treat them as if they were. read more
