What a hidden little "Print shop" gem in the heart of the city! I had to complete an I-9 third party verification process, and this was the only available location close to me(I'm in Lakewood). My appointment wasn't until 10:50am on a Tuesday, but I arrived at 10am in the hopes they could take me in early. Boy was I happily surprised! As soon as I walked in, they walked up to me immediately and said it would be no problem at all. They took my info, verified everything and when the service was concluded (all of 2 minutes), the store dog came out to greet me and thank me! He was so cute! They also offered print services for events and such and offered me free PostNet chapstick's on the way out! It is street parking, so that can be the downside, but all in all, 5 star experience! I told him I'm a few mins away he said he would wait for me even though he was about to close. I got there he waited for me and helped me out. I don't think most business stay open for you at the end of the week, but this guy kept his word and helped me out. This is A1 Customer service. He was also super helpful and nice. Have been here about 4 times over the last 2 years. Owner is an absolute jerk and should not have any contact with customers. The 2 lady's I've dealt with are great and I feel bad for them because the guy (owner) is terrible and I dread having to go there because of him. Like other reviewers have said, he huffs, puffs, shakes his head and throws fits about everything, even when a problem is his fault he tries to blame others including the customer. Communication when submitting a print request is non existent and I've had to follow up each time (after asking for an email reply or phone call when print is ready) To the owner: please retire, quit, or hide in the back and have absolutely no more contact with customers because you clearly hate your job, or people in general. This is an honest review and I hate to have to even post this. Print quality has been mediocre too. read more

I am a small business owner and was looking forward to creating a strong relationship with my new printer. I met with one of the owners at my office to discuss all of my printing needs. She was quite helpful, and I was looking forward to using her company for all of my printing needs. Unfortunately, things didn't go very well. After providing a sample of a business card, which the paper I like and the image perfect, I placed an order for business cards. Due to some miscommunication, my cards were not printed on the same type of paper and the image was pixelated. When the printer delivered, I expressed my dissatisfaction. Instead of having him throw away the cards, I accepted them, but assumed I would get some sort of discount for the error. Not only did I have to ask for the discount, they offered 20% off a future order. As if that would make up for the mistake on the cards I received. After speaking with their franchise operator, I was told that this location does not believe they did anything wrong and that I was given the product I ordered. Let's be honest, if that WAS the case I would not have wasted my time finding a solution for this that was agreeable to both parties. He also said the file I sent caused the pixels to be off, I sent a vector file, anyone who has ever done anything with printing would know that the cause of the problem is not that the file was too small. I would not recommend this printer. I can accept the fact that a mistake was made and that lines of communication got mixed up, but what I can not tolerate is a company that doesn't take responsibility for their product and service. The customer may not always be right, but you should treat them as if they were. read more
