What a hidden little "Print shop" gem in the heart of the city! I had to complete an I-9 third party verification process, and this was the only available location close to me(I'm in Lakewood). My appointment wasn't until 10:50am on a Tuesday, but I arrived at 10am in the hopes they could take me in early. Boy was I happily surprised! As soon as I walked in, they walked up to me immediately and said it would be no problem at all. They took my info, verified everything and when the service was concluded (all of 2 minutes), the store dog came out to greet me and thank me! He was so cute! They also offered print services for events and such and offered me free PostNet chapstick's on the way out! It is street parking, so that can be the downside, but all in all, 5 star experience! I told him I'm a few mins away he said he would wait for me even though he was about to close. I got there he waited for me and helped me out. I don't think most business stay open for you at the end of the week, but this guy kept his word and helped me out. This is A1 Customer service. He was also super helpful and nice. Have been here about 4 times over the last 2 years. Owner is an absolute jerk and should not have any contact with customers. The 2 lady's I've dealt with are great and I feel bad for them because the guy (owner) is terrible and I dread having to go there because of him. Like other reviewers have said, he huffs, puffs, shakes his head and throws fits about everything, even when a problem is his fault he tries to blame others including the customer. Communication when submitting a print request is non existent and I've had to follow up each time (after asking for an email reply or phone call when print is ready) To the owner: please retire, quit, or hide in the back and have absolutely no more contact with customers because you clearly hate your job, or people in general. I normally don't leave negative reviews for businesses -- it's hard to run a company and impossible to please everyone -- but forewarning is necessary with this one. I travel nonstop for work and need a physical address. For this, I am grateful this place and service exists. But the execution of said service is poor and the customer service is worse (though just from the owner -- the 18-year-old kids that work there are fine). They nearly lost a package with contents worth $1500 (they had filed it under someone else's PO box #) and when I was taken aback (but not rude) that they hadn't taken much care to properly sort their customer's mail and this was almost a huge problem, the owner got mad at me for it. Later, I called asking for a bit of assistance with my account and the owner informed me that it's not what he should be doing (helping customers) and that I should handle my own request. Again, I need and appreciate the service they provide, just don't expect it with a smile (or necessarily any level of competence). " read more
