I normally don't leave negative reviews for businesses -- it's hard to run a company and impossible to please everyone -- but forewarning is necessary with this one. I travel nonstop for work and need a physical address. For this, I am grateful this place and service exists. But the execution of said service is poor and the customer service is worse (though just from the owner -- the 18-year-old kids that work there are fine). They nearly lost a package with contents worth $1500 (they had filed it under someone else's PO box #) and when I was taken aback (but not rude) that they hadn't taken much care to properly sort their customer's mail and this was almost a huge problem, the owner got mad at me for it. Later, I called asking for a bit of assistance with my account and the owner informed me that it's not what he should be doing (helping customers) and that I should handle my own request. Again, I need and appreciate the service they provide, just don't expect it with a smile (or necessarily any level of competence). " read more

After another print shop screwed me over (it rhymes with Ned Tex), they went above and beyond, and even gave me second copies on the house and brought them to me at union station when I sent the wrong version. This place offers friendly and fast shipping services without ever stepping foot into a post office. I love that they have different options with different vendors (fedex, ups, etc.) so that they can offer the best prices. I would highly recommend going here for all of your shipping and printing needs. read more

I have used PostNet for a PO Box for almost 6 years, because I live in an apartment building where packages are frequently stolen. It was conveniently located for me and I felt good about knowing who was signing for my packages. I also liked the fact that I could use it as a regular mailing address for places that don't accept PO Boxes. I had a couple print jobs done that turned out beautifully. The staff have changed a few times over the years but they all know me by name and are friendly and helpful. read more

This is one of the worst run business I've ever come across!! They quote you one price and charge a different amount, I am unsure how that is legal. Needless to say I will be taking my business else where. Now they are holding a product I paid for ransom, they call it a setup fee. This fee was never disclosed in our initial dealings!! Being a small business owner it pains be to leave a bad review, but I had such a horrific experience with this place, that I feel compelled to leave a review to prevent other small business owners from the heartache I went through. I had my mailbox for over a year, and they lost countless amounts of my checks that were sent to me by my clients. I was forced on multiple occasions to come up with elaborate lies to my clients about why they had to void (lost) checks in the mail and issue new ones. I have a professional client base and it was extremely embarrassing to have to go through this multiple times. The incompetency is on another level from anything I've ever experienced, and the customer service was not great. Aside from not paying attention to the method of mailing preferences from their customers, I think their biggest issue is also the lack of current technology. They are literally unable to track basic things you'd think wouldn't leave their database system. They claim they take pictures of everything with apps on their phone, but the moment you request for it to be forwarded, the mail item leaves their database and it's dang near impossible for them to track what happened to it unless they immediately make a label for priority mail. There were times my mail was labeled with a "number" that was assigned to another customer, and other times I had my mail forwarded, it never arrived to the forwarding address. It was blamed on the post office and when I called the post office to figure out why my mail kept getting lost, it was evident it was not their issue and it was due to PostNet and how they were labeling their envelops. Normally, I would have changed services after the first or second time something like this happened, but I kept giving them chances and hoping they'd get it together. After the 7th lost mail item -that was it!! I now pay four times the amount I was paying for my mailbox at PostNet, but I happily pay the higher rate knowing my mail is being managed well and that it wont get lost. Also, something worth noting, all customers were informed earlier this year that they had an employee that was caught tampering with the mail, and that we needed to keep an eye on our bank accounts back dated till October 2018. They need to do a better job vetting their employees and it would be highly recommended that they increase their regular hourly wages for their employees, so they can obtain a highly level of quality and decrease the high turnover. read more

I have used this PostNet as a mailing address for my business I run from home for over a year now. They have been a pain since the very beginning. I NEVER receive emails or phone calls letting me know I have mail in my box which is extremely frustrating when I am running a retail business that relies on customers getting prompt replies for returns, etc. After a few months I quickly learned not to rely on them to notify me when I had mail and decided I would just call every few days. However, there have also been many instances where I have driven 20 minutes to the location to pick up the mail and they have forgotten to give me some of the packages that were delivered to me. After leaving - attempting to park downtown - I then have to COME BACK after looking at tracking numbers to get the packages that they should have handed me the first time I came in. Today this happened and when I called back to see if I had other items in my box the gentlemen who answered the phone let me know that I still had mail there by yelling from across the store while the phone was clearly on speakerphone. Professionalism at its best. I am literally counting down the seconds until I can cancel this service. It has been more work and annoyance for me than it has been helpful. read more

I stuck with Postnet, because it is a pain to switch one's business mailing address...and they did get a handle on managing my mail and forwarding things appropriately. Once in awhile, I do need to keep on top of things, but I think they've worked out some kinks. read more

Avoid this business at all cost. I had a mailbox there for years and the owner was a great guy, I worked out of town during the week and he would keep my mail safe until I could pop in. He would email me if it was time to renew and just run my credit card. The business apparently changed ownership and instead of contacting me to renew, they just closed my box and sent all my mail back causing me a lot of trouble. They had my phone number and email and could have easily contacted me, but they did not. I can imagine if they had a print job or any other task to do they would apply this I don't care type attitude to everyone. Don't do any business here, there are plenty of other options. read more
