My account manager was Tina, who was so helpful, accommodating, and patient. I had a little health emergency in the middle of the week I promised my deliverables, and she bent over backwards to help me out, working alongside me with another vendor I was working with to get my products finished and completed for my deadline. On top of all that, their paper recommendations were excellent and the printing quality was top notch. Their pricing is competitive and I love that I can personally pick it up, see proofs, and talk to a human being and not a chat bot. AND, there are dogs to pet when you go in. So, DUH. The huge put off was a $300 slap for art work, when it was to be the same card. This could have been a case of not hearing the customer clearly on a cell phone, or possibly over eager to sell or any other common issue when speaking for the first time on a cell at the car wash. If Calvin wasn't available to get my order, in I was told to wait until the following week when he was in to process my order that I needed asap for my own customers. To the production guy who reprinted my vinyl due to their errors, and he snuffed me off saying that the air bubbles in the laminate were because that's how the file was created. (Shake my head) This shop amazes me how they are able to stay in business with such a poor quality vinyl, production procedures, and customer experience. Too many hoops to jump through to just order round basic shape-die-cut decals that I was willing to weed and cut up myself saving them production time. I do not recommend this company what so ever. 0 Stars out of 5 The detail in their prints is blurry and the vinyl curls when removed from the backing paper and is unmanageable to work with. I brought in a restaurant menu I designed and needed 50 sets created. I was not in a hurry and just wanted one set made to work with a client. Over a quick phone call, I finalized the design, changed the files in Photoshop and asked to print the 50 sets instead of 1 set. It was not a problem and they turned them around to me in 45 minutes. (All while having 4 machines working on different jobs simultaneously.) I really appreciated the character of the individuals I worked with. Very helpful, courteous and personable as we together worked on tweeking a few colors to get my job just right. I usually do not get this from a large printer service company. As I was waiting, many customers came and went picking up jobs with a very personable, first name and thankful demeanor. I smiled, said hello to many of Speedy's customers as I stood at the front counter. I laugh still about this. A very nice lady came in to get a bi-fold business advertisement as I was waiting. She had her Mac laptop open on the counter working on a layout with a bit of frustration. "I've been going to the Apple Store for months now trying to learn how to design my business advertisement." I at first watched, listened and peeked over her shoulder. I had to step in. "Excuse me, I see you are laying out a simple design for your business. Maybe I can help you?" I told her. She said sure. After a few minutes of watching her fiddle with the most simple commands, I asked if I could just make a few suggestions. Again she said, "Sure!" She let me drive and gave me the computer. I then helped format and design her already created project to a much better looking layout. 15 minutes later I had her design complete. She was so appreciative and I was happy to help. She gave me her card and told me to come get a free haircut sometime as that was what her business was all about. This is why I enjoyed working with SIR Speedy.
