It is very much my thing to pet cute dogs). We needed to have our wedding table map printed, so it was a fairly simple but SUPER important (to us) job. We shopped around and got price quotes from 2-3 places, and Yellowdog was the cheapest but also the speediest with their reply. Once we told them we wanted to proceed, they started immediately and emailed us when it was ready to pick up. The whole thing was seamless and, again, puppers in the lobby. I wish I still lived in Denver, because I have tons of stuff printed at the big chains back in DC and it is always a pain and so expensive. Yellowdog made things easy and did a fabulous job--and didn't cost an arm and a leg. The storefront is kind of behind the Home Depot so use your GPS as it's easy to miss.

I've counted on them on multiple occasions, most recently for my artwork I sold as a vendor at my booth at Goldens in Golden. My account manager was Tina, who was so helpful, accommodating, and patient. I had a little health emergency in the middle of the week I promised my deliverables, and she bent over backwards to help me out, working alongside me with another vendor I was working with to get my products finished and completed for my deadline. On top of all that, their paper recommendations were excellent and the printing quality was top notch. Their pricing is competitive and I love that I can personally pick it up, see proofs, and talk to a human being and not a chat bot. AND, there are dogs to pet when you go in. So, DUH. I will absolutely use them again and again. Thank you, YellowDog!

They printed the exact wrong dark blue three separate times in a row and then literally told me they've never color matched anything before... lol. Excuse me? You've never color matched anything? Low and behold they weren't lying. As soon as I left I gave the card to ChatGPT and asked it what was going on and the robot immediately said yea that color is C98 M68 Y0 K21. K21 is black... Your whole world is 4 colors. I just wanted a lighter blue. Don't you think competence in a 4 colors world would require a person to know the simple fact that if you make k smaller you remove black ink and if you remove black ink you make the color lighter? I think competence would require at least that level of knowledge so that's why I'm giving them a 3 star review, which is generous considering I paid $33 and left with nothing. I told ChatGPT to remove all k from my blue and to regenerate the photo, then I went in to FedEx, paid less than what PostNet was offering and got exactly what I wanted. Can't wait for the robots to take these people's jobs.

CJ Kard in Colorado Springs is a retailer of L.O. products, and we were fortunate to have recently ordered some Save The Date cards through them. We were brain-fried after going through page after page of designs by some large corporate stationers/printers. After some discussion, CJ Kard realized we might be interested in an in-state printer who dabbled in being "green" - and L.O. was introduced. We were super excited to discover that L.O. offers a variety of paper stock with at least 30% PCW up to 100%, and their website details other Earth-good practices. We loved how all the stationery was customizable, but the cheapest way to go is to stick with existing designs and layouts. The first proof is free. Within three days after putting in our order and including the photo we wanted them to use, L.O. sent an electronic proof. We made a minor adjustment, and 7 days later, our cards arrived! They turned out better than I expected - they even look better than the proof! The colors are wonderful, the designs are crisp, and I love the feel of the paper. L.O. included envelopes for the number of cards we ordered and threw in a couple extra cards as keepsakes. After all was said and done with CJ Kard taking their share of the profits and Uncle Sam taking his, our SaveTheDates ended up being $1.48/card. We're so pleased that we're going to try to do our invitations with L.O., too. So if you want to send unique Christmas postcards, party invitations, announcements, wedding stationery made by a Colorado company, I highly recommend you find a retailer that works with Lucky Onion!
