We just used this organization for the 2nd time, moving across the city. They handled all of our furniture and boxes with care and were fast! Like I mean, running back and forth from the truck inside. Apart from the great work, the mission of this organization is so amazing. The leader of our move spent some time telling us about how TOS has changed his life. He's 21, so articulate, truly turning his life around, he's going to go so far. I'm so impressed with the program and am so happy to support them. Keep up the amazing work!!

They also used less materials which brought the quote down by a few hundred bucks so that was awesome. They even helped me move a heavy item I already had in my garage up to my main floor off the clock! They also purposefully left out an item that I previously broke and forgot to pack myself so that it did not get lost in the move. I love all of the work they are doing for their nonprofit and was happy to hear that my money will be going back into that. They just did my move today so I haven't unpacked yet, but I haven't noticed any damages so far to the furniture. The reviews really do speak for themselves and they will have a customer for life.

I specifically sent them a list of what was priority to move a few days before. The guys showed up on time. They looked over the items, rooms, and truck then they got to work. The guys finished in the promised amount of time, packaged and wrapped things really well. We even did some prep work by wrapping and placing things in the living room. Next thing we know, they have already wrapped and loaded the washer and dryer very quietly and quickly. We were shocked. Would highly recommend using them! Quality and efficient is important and they take it seriously. Worth every penny.

tldr:NEVER hire this company!! Hands down the worst experience with a moving company I have ever…read morehad. They showed up 5 hours late, yelled at me that I gave them a bad quote and refused to do my move which ended up costing me THOUSANDS. And spoiler, another company did the job in the time I was originally quoted by these people and for half the price. As a woman moving alone, these movers made me incredibly uncomfortable in the short time they were in my home. I called and got a quote over the phone. This was not unusual to me as I've only ever gotten phone quotes for moving and have never had issues in the past. I was quoted 2.5-3 hours with 3 movers. I called 5 other companies in the area and received similar quotes, I chose this company due to their availability. I scheduled my move for 4 days before I needed to be out of my place. They were scheduled to arrive between 12-3pm. At 3pm, I was told their morning job was taking much longer than anticipated but they should arrive within the hour. At 4pm I received a text from the team letting me know they were an HOUR AND A HALF away and would be stopping for food on their way. I contacted the "manager" and was assured they would be able to complete my move that day. The team showed up at 5:30pm, 5.5 hours late and I have never had movers be more disrespectful and demeaning toward me. My home was clean, fully boxed, and ready to be loaded. For $210/hour I was not about to waste time. They walked through my home to assess everything and Tyler, who is supposedly the best they have, was rude and disrespectful every step of the way. He yelled at me that there was no way they could do the move in the time quoted. Given that their morning job took 4-5 hours longer than anticipated, whoever is quoting jobs clearly doesn't know what they're doing. I was alone and the way their team treated me in my home made me incredibly uncomfortable, they yelled at me that I wasted their time, they drove to Fort Collins from Denver and their cars were in a storage unit in Denver that closed at 9pm. Even if they completed the job in the minimum quoted time, they still wouldn't have made it back to Denver in time to collect their vehicles so I don't see how that was my problem but he sure made it my problem. Tyler told me the move would take a team of 4 movers at least 7 hours to complete. To be clear, this was a two bedroom townhome, not a 5 bedroom house. As I was about to throw them out of my home for being so demeaning and disrespectful, they offered to step out and call their manager. At 6pm I received a call from the manager who told me the team claimed there were 150 boxes in my home and they would not be doing the move. When I argued that was absolutely not the case (i counted and there were 56 boxes, 6 large, 15 medium, 25 small, and 10 plastic tubs) I was told he didn't know who to believe...um excuse me?!? He offered to reschedule for another day at more than DOUBLE my initial quote. After the experience his "best guy" had to offer, there was no way I would ever agree to pay them even my original quote let alone $1800?! I told him this was unacceptable and explained the financial impact, all I got was "sorry, we wish you the best of luck with your move" after wasting 6 hours of my time and costing me thousands. This was a huge waste of my time and costly. I deliberately scheduled the move on my day off with several days after to do final small things and clean before handing over keys. A new tenant was scheduled to move in shortly after. Because of this company's laziness and incompetence, I had to pay an additional month rent and the next tenant's move was also impacted. I am truly beside myself at what a horrible experience this was. Now for the kicker - I hired another company to do my move the following week. I hired two movers and anticipated an 8 hour move due to what I was told by this team. I was genuinely afraid to do the walkthrough given what happened with moving brothers. I explained what happened and the new quote I was given and the new movers laughed. They said this team took too long at their job in the morning, ate and sat in the truck for an hour, and when they showed up they were tired or lazy and simply didn't want to do the job. They said the 7 hour quote was an FU to me since they drove up to Fort Collins. It took the new movers FOUR HOURS TOTAL. And cost me less than moving brothers original quote including a 40% tip. NEVER give this company your business. They will leave you up a creek without a paddle without so much as an apology. I'm grateful they requested cash payment and didn't require a deposit as they will never get a penny from me. I will tell anyone and everyone I know to avoid this company!

If I could give this company a zero-star rating, I would…read more When I booked my move, I repeatedly informed the company that I owned a heavy antique upright piano. I confirmed this multiple times over the weeks leading up to the move and was assured that their team had the expertise to move it safely without causing damage. On moving day, for some reason, they had to go back and get a different truck and they initially sent four movers (I had increased the crew size from three to four specifically because of the piano). Despite this, they ultimately had to bring in a fifth mover because the team was unable to handle the piano themselves. The results were disastrous. The crew damaged walls down to the studs, broke multiple balusters, damaged the handrail and baseboards, broke several pieces of furniture, and shattered a large ceramic pot that had been intentionally moved out of their path. There were only 41 items to move, and the old and new homes were approximately three miles apart, yet the move required two trips and took 11.5 hours. I was told much of the time was spent wrapping and protecting items. However, the quality of that work did not reflect the time charged. For example, my massage chair arrived with minimal protection and sustained multiple areas of damage. Nothing was crated. As it became clear that the crew was struggling, I attempted to contact their manager, David, for assistance. Every interaction was met with arrogance, defiance, and dismissiveness rather than any effort to resolve the situation. To make matters worse, the crew left at exactly 9:00 PM (at 4:30 PM when I needed to pay for them to deliver the furniture they knew it would take until 9:00??). They left the treadmill standing upright and facing the wrong direction, left the Peloton fully wrapped, did not remount the television, and left behind boxes, empty tape rolls, and other debris. After all of this, I was forced to file a damage claim. I was then told that my claim would simply be placed in a queue and that I would be contacted by an adjuster at some unspecified point in the future. An assessor was assigned and submitted a DocuSign to me for an amount that was just over $1000 when I sustained closer to $11,000 worth of damage. This Sunday will be 30 days since I submitted the claim. NOTE: I had to submit it twice. They supposedly didn't get it the first time even though I have read receipts. No follow-up to all the documentation I provided from both a furniture adjuster as well as the construction company that did all the work and finish the day prior to AMS movers coming into my home and doing all the damage to my personal property and the home itself. This was, without question, the worst moving experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially if you have valuable or difficult-to-move items.

Many students walked to use it as I was leaving so I got lucky on timing. Since this product required UPS for free shipping I had no choice. Given that, it is a good though not convenient option for local non-student citizens
