    I still use this store mostly for prepaid returns where the label has been supplied by the recipient but occasionally need to ship to a recipient that requires UPS. The staff is nice, there is rarely a line at all. They will give you a receipt to prove you did ship the return which is nice. I still prefer other shippers but at least it's better than the USPost office. And the regular delivery route driver for my neighborhood is really nice and considerate of package delivery.

    The absolute worst experience I've had at any store in my entire life. The rudest human beings I've ever encountered. ZERO customer service. 3 men attacked me, a young woman by myself, were yelling at me and cursing at me to leave because I wanted to do a simple return. One man aggressively came at me physically and I had to run out of the store in tears. This is a completely Unacceptable way to treat people in general, nonetheless a paying customer. I will be reporting them to the BBB, I hope others feel inclined to as well because these people don't deserve jobs where they interact with human beings.

I brought with me large paper plans and elevations for a house. I asked the 20-something brunette guy to please make two copies. I could come back the next day to pick them up. The 20-something asked me for the electronic file. I explained these were done some time ago and there is no electronic file. None provided to me. Would he please make two sets of copies? Thirty minutes later - nothing. He asks his supervisor who says that they can't do it because the pages are wrinkled and their auto feeder will rip the pages. I completely understand. I ask if they can't do it one at a time. They told me I can do it in the self section. I said I just had surgery and as you can see I can't stand or walk. I'm unable to use self serve. Is there anything you can do to help me? The answer was an indifferent "not my problem" shrug.

I have my own simple copier now and need fewer office supplies of the types that they carry. They have always been helpful for any needs I had. For many years, they were a very reasonable price for Ground Shipping services. They are still my first choice for reliability for super fast deliveries. Unfortunately, their Ground Service for residences, renamed "Home Delivery" is a bit more expensive than its main competitor, though even theirs has gone up too, though not quite as much. Where this shop really shines and always has, is its Passport Photo service. This time, not only was the staff member very accurate in getting the shot, he was really friendly and helpful on the constraints of the newest regulations. Also the price was very fair and the finished product better than any in the past, but for the limited smile allowed now, which is never my style. The counter staff was also incredibly friendly and everyone there was multi tasking the whole time. I hate to dock them a star for company pricing policy, but it is their reality too when they have to tell the customers. Parking in this now underutilized shopping center is easy, even with mountains of snow this year still piled up but far from the stores,

    I visited the Boulder store on June 10th for a Happy Returns drop-off and wanted to recognize an…read moreemployee who provided exceptional customer service. Over the past month, I had to purchase multiple dresses for my baby shower, a wedding, and a rehearsal dinner. As a result, I ended up ordering 21 dresses to try on and returning 18 of them. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that each dress had to be scanned individually during the return process. I had the pleasure of working with Devin, who was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire return. Not only did he maintain a positive attitude the whole time, but the scanning system also wasn't working properly, which meant he had to manually match each dress to its barcode. Despite the extra work and time involved, he never once made me feel like an inconvenience. At 30 weeks pregnant, even simple errands can feel overwhelming, and Devin's kindness and professionalism truly stood out. He went above and beyond to make the experience pleasant, and I wanted to make sure he received the recognition he deserves. Thank you, Devin, for your outstanding customer service!

    I have found that of all the office supply places in Boulder, this one has become my favorite. I…read morefind so many things, so easily. It is well laid out and well labeled in the aisles. There are always staff members around to help. Their rewards program can reduce the cost of an item, today by half for a specialized cable. The points I have earned made it a very good deal. I also love that they are the most efficient and welcoming to recycling items. From old printers to batteries, I have removed outdated and non working equipment without resorting to either landfill or paying to recycle at our county facility of last resort. The staff is always gracious and well informed. Parking is simple in an ample free lot. In Boulder, this is a real bonus. And my newest printer last spring has turned out to be the best amount of features for the price of any of those in the past. Not only does the technology itself improve, the convenience of buying from Staples does too.

The others were bought by the We Ship…read morechain that serves several shipping companies, all with additional service fees on top of the base price ship rates of UPS. No courtesy returns now either. There are 2 actual UPS stores on the CU campus so we went to the one with the most access to local residents not affiliated with CU. This one is in the building of the new dining facility for the Williams Village dorms on 30th St. it's a little hard to find and park and their printed hours are not always correct. Call first and verify. When you pull into the dining facility drive, look for the public parking on your right. There are only 5 spaces. Other parking is permit only and it is enforced. It was full today but my husband stayed with the car and I took our package in. The workers was quick and though a free return from a. Implant gave me a receipt. Many students walked to use it as I was leaving so I got lucky on timing. Since UPS reduced its presence in Boulder we do our regular shipping with another similarly priced company and very convenient to our home. Since this product required UPS for free shipping I had no choice. Given that, it is a good though not convenient option for local non-student citizens
