Just went in to send a package and the woman behind the desk was very nice and helpful. I didn't have to wait at all and it was only $6 to buy a cushioned envelope and ship it out of state. This place is very convenient and professional. I will be back. read more

I found working with Crystal to be challenging. Poor communication, lack of follow -up and she made editing decisions that differed from my instructions . The whole project was more time-consuming than it needed to be. I will continue to use the business for mailing packages but not for my design projects. read more

I dropped off a prepaid UPS package, and they charged me $1.00 for a cash register receipt with the tracking number because I didn't want it emailed. Decide for yourself if you want to use a company like this one. read more

This PostNet is under new management, and not for the better. I had a mailbox here for years and the new owner was dismissive and rude when I tried to renew. He snapped at my daughter when she went in recently. I always think of PostNets as community businesses -- like this one used to be. That's no longer the case. read more

We have come here several times and haven't been disappointed. They've helped us to choose the right size box for each need. They have patiently explained the most economical and efficient shipping options each visit. read more

Why is it that neither of the women to work here ever greet you? You walk in and just don't get acknowledged until you ask them for help...and they seem put off when you do this. It's really rude. Can't believe I'm saying this, but would rather wait at the USPS than come here. It's a shame, because when the owners are in the store, they are super friendly! read more

I have tried multiple times to use this location to send back Amazon packages. Depending on who is working, I get different responses on if they can actually help me. I've successfully been able to email my amazon return label to the store's email and the gentleman helping me printed the label for me. He made the process simple and easy. On two occasions, I've been told they cannot help me at all with this. So there is inconsistency with their customer service. There is really no UPS store close to this location so I gave this store another chance. My mistake. Today I was asked if I was sure I had successfully had them print a UPS label for me. hmmmm. Yep, I'm sure I'm remembering correctly. Poor customer service from the rude woman assuming that I imagined this PostNet actually helped me before. read more

I was there on three occasions for a copy of a large print: first times I got it done in 5 minutes. The second time I was told by the gentleman that I have to come back another day because he and the other employee can not scan my copy in order to print large copy. The third time I came, there were three employees there. The employee that can scan & make copy told me that I have to come back in the afternoon because she is doing something else at that moment. I usually have to wait a while for someone to acknowledge me even they were doing nothing. I went to Morrell Printing in Lafayette today and got great service, I was out with my copies in less than 3 minutes. read more

I love this PostNet and I've always had great encounters with staff here. Today it was Jason and Felicia. I have a post box here as I travel a lot, and they are always pleasant on the phone when I call to ask what's in the box and are happy to forward me anything that's relevant to wherever I happen to be at. Such a great service. Convenient and much appreciated! read more

Love the convenience of having Post Net around the corner. They are helpful, and for my needs, no frills, no wait, never wait actually! It's just awesome to have them in the neighborhood for all of my shipping needs! read more

This place over charges to send packages. They charged us $22 to send a small package weighing less than a standard letter (over Christmas) and tried to charge $65 for a package that usps charges $19 (including packaging). This place is a ripoff. Do yourself a favor and wait in line at the Post Office as they will rob you blind. read more

I have been doing business here with Jason since 2008. He is an excellent business professional who always delivers great service. If you need printing done he will go out of his way to make sure that the quality is excellent and available with time to spare. If I'm in a pinch I know I can count on Postnet. read more

Always so helpful with great attitudes! I feel welcome each time, which keeps me coming back.

Overcharge for services due to no other competition in the area. Prices are 25-40% higher than USPS or to ship directly with FedEx. I would first get a quote for anything you ship with PostNet, I believe you will be shocked at the high price. read more

They do it all. UPS, FedEx, USPS. They've stayed open late more than once to notarize documents. Employees are friendly, quick and helpful. The opposite of the post office. read more

If you're behind the counter, you need to be wearing a mask; if you are an 'essential business' and get to stay open, you need to do your part. As a nurse, working to keep our community healthy, I was extremely disappointed to see the owner 3 feet from his customers and without a mask. I agree with other reviews that this location is oddly overpriced but I come back because they are part of my community and I want to support local. Apparently, it's time for a change. If you can't keep up your end of the current 'bargain' to help keep me safe, I suppose I don't owe you my business. read more

I'll never again use PostNet, Lafayette for shipping. I dropped off a package at PostNet, Lafayette to be shipped FedEx priority. PostNet created the label and the package was never seen again. At this time (4 days after dropping it off) FedEx has no record of picking it up and no one at PostNet, Lafayette knows what happened to it. Screwed me and others up on numerous fronts. Next time, I'll take the extra 10 minutes and use FedEx Office in Louisville...I've always had exceptional service there. read more

I had over 200 flyers to print out on such short notice, so I came by Postnet and omg, I am so so happy. They got my order in right away and finished it way quicker than I thought. Melody is the employee that helped me. Melody, you are so amazing! Thank you! read more

The first time I used the printing services provided by this store, I was more than impressed! The man who helped me was quick, efficient, and produced exactly what I asked for on the first attempt. The second time, however... has led me to reconsider options for a nice printing job! The girl that helped me didn't even acknowledge myself or a man that walked in after me upon entering the store. Then, once I had made my presence known, she (without getting up from her seat) told me to plug my USB drive into an older computer, without so much as a simple direction as to where the port was located. After I spent a couple minutes trying to find the port, I finally told her I wasn't sure where it goes. At this point, she finally walked over and inserted my USB without a word. But that is just the beginning. I wanted her to print a resume for me on a little nicer paper than normal printer paper (hence the reason for my visit instead of just printing at home). She continued to insist the only nice paper they provided had a waxy finish-- I proceeded to tell her about my previous experience and she continued to deny such a paper existed. At this point it started to frustrate me that she was so incompetent at her job, so I looked around the room myself to find other types of paper, finally locating what I wanted myself. At this point I was running behind my own schedule, so while she took care of printing, I went to pay for the document. The lady working the register also had to be reminded that customers were in the shop, because she ignored me standing at the counter for a solid minute. And finally, for the cherry on top, I wanted my document double-sided, which took the printing girl two attempts to get correct. If you're hoping for a quick and easy printing service, I would suggest going somewhere else. I basically did their job for them, without so much as an apology for failing to provide a decent service. In the future, I will take my business elsewhere, unless the efficient and helpful man from my first sales experience returns! read more

I go here all the time but today was extra special. I had a company faxing me and they were messing up. Jason was there when I arrived and he never charged me for the multiple faxes back and forth. A true professional, knowing how to treat repeat customers. I will always go here A very happy customer!!! read more

Needed to get documents notarized in a hurry before leaving town. Garet was very accommodating and helped make the process as expedient as possible. read more

I've reviewed them before and I'll do it again to save you the pain. BE CAREFUL! Dropped off a package and I'm 99% certain it was stolen by staff. FedEx claims they never picked it up, so they wouldn't cover the insurance. The owner wrote me a personal check to make it go away. Very fishy!! Save yourself the trouble and drop your package off at a FedEx store. read more

Fantastic service. I have had the opportunity to go in here for Christmas cards and package help. The staff has ALWAYS been cheerful and helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone with post needs. read more

Went to fax some insurance stuff today, and since my life is a hot mess right now, it was awesome to have great customer service by friendly funny people. Scott and Dusty (I believe are their names) were AWESOME. Had my friend and laughing the whole time. Excellent customer service. read more

OUTSTANDING! They created my wedding invitations, professional banners for work, I use them for shipping, they created and printed my business cards -- no job is too big for them. I can't say enough about the service I have received at PostNet in Lafayette. I had them print my wedding save-the-dates, invitations, menus and programs. The entire experience was wonderful and everything was completed beautifully and in a timely manner. In addition to this, everyone is so friendly! I highly recommend! read more

Somehow the ups somehow lost my package while shipping. But the PostNet didn't even tells us about that and even we report them. But still no response at all. Very disappointed. I am still waiting for their call or email. Very poor customer services. read more

Everyone I've encountered here is exceptionally cheerful and helpful. I've used them to ship packages. This is one of those places that can tell you if it's cheapest to send it usps or fedex or ups depending on your variables. read more

I returned two packages to Amazon.com using Amazon provided labels and dropped them off at PostNet. Amazon did not receive the packages so I was charged for their contents. This business does not offer tracking documentation, so I asked and received it. Over two months went by and I threw the tracking documentation away. So now, I have just been notified by Amazon they didn't receive the packages. Two lessons learned: 1) Don't use PostNet; and 2) follow-up by actually tracking the package. read more

Hands down best shipping place I've been to. Such helpful and friendly staff and never so crowded that you have to wait long. Great service.

They are always fast and friendly even during the busy holiday period. I would highly recommend them!

Tonight I stopped by around 6:20 pm not sure if they would be open. The sign on the door said they closed at 6 PM but a super nice gentleman standing outside who is an employee opened it just so I could drop my package off. How often does that happen? Thank you so much! read more

Needed some boxes, six in all. Two were USED with tape and writing on them. The bill was, wait for it, $54.50!!!!! This is nearly 10x what Uline would charge for the same boxes. Total racket. BEWARE!!!! read more
