They are located inside the Pharmacy and had all the supplies I needed and you don't have to pay for parking. Much better customer service here. The Walnut St. post office is prettier but this is way better.

I lost over $52.00 in medical prescriptions this year due to this. It also make things difficult to get another refill when this happens. I am also delivering mail to the proper home address when I receive mail improperly delivered to me. I never know if things I order are going to be delivered to my box or if they are being delivered to the wrong box. I would appreciate the Post Master resolving the issue. I have heard from other neighbors that the letter carrier has an attitude about his inept work.

I called ahead as the box the item came in was a bit damaged and needed some doctoring before it went out. Robbie answered the phone with a smile in his voice and confirmed not only was he happy to help me get the item into their store he'd also help re-box the item. Upon arrival I went in and asked for Robbie and he was quick to help me unload my car of not only the item but also the oversized box. He had remembered my call earlier today and did everything he could to ensure my dream of getting the package boxed/shipped came true. By the time I moved my car and walked back in the item was boxed up and pretty much ready to go & I was offered a receipt. Huge huge thanks to Robbie who showed exemplary customer service and care. Couldn't recommend this UPS location more.

The most recent is where I brought 4 amazon return items and handed over 3 return slips to scan. The attendant only scanned one of them and I spent over a month with amazon to get my refunds. When I called to confirm all were scanned, they assured me that everything was taken care of and if there were any issue, it was on Amazon's side. I firmly believe they blew me off and did not do anything to fix the problem. I will go out of my way from now on to go to another return location and avoid this store when possible. It will be worth it in the long run to avoid all I went through dure to poor customer service at this location.

There are P.O. boxes you can access around the clock, a great card selection, automated machine to purchase stamps or purchase package labels, lots of fancy and festive padded envelopes, a drop off for Santa's Letters and more! With it being the holiday season the line has been a little wild (yesterday it was literally out the door). I do not fault the fine folks of the USPS at all. They are patient, helpful, and so kind to those that walk up to their counter totally unprepared - which describes quite a few people yesterday. While it can be cumbersome to walk your packages in to this location (if you live near downtown) I often find it a much more enjoyable experience than visiting the sister location on Valmont (lots of grumpy patrons out that way - which can be amusing to witness if you are in the right mood). The Valmont USPS parking lot can often feel like a demolition derby - not to mention turning left onto Valmont when you leave can be near impossible at times. I'll gladly wait in line any day to peruse and purchase the latest coolest forever stamp book!

I always find this particular post office pretty clean, and I've only found the kiosk not working just one time when I've come here, and that's an A+ in my book! However I had to take off two stars for the HORRENDOUS parking lot setup- they should have parking right out front, but instead it's off to the sides, and then you have to walk over a small hill plus a bed of uneven rocks, just to get to the front doors, what's up with that?!?
