    I hobbled in from an uber, on crutches into the store. I had my right hip reconstructed and was…read moreobviously unable to stand or walk. I brought with me large paper plans and elevations for a house. I asked the 20-something brunette guy to please make two copies. I could come back the next day to pick them up. The 20-something asked me for the electronic file. I explained these were done some time ago and there is no electronic file. None provided to me. Would he please make two sets of copies? Thirty minutes later - nothing. He asks his supervisor who says that they can't do it because the pages are wrinkled and their auto feeder will rip the pages. I completely understand. I ask if they can't do it one at a time. They told me I can do it in the self section. I said I just had surgery and as you can see I can't stand or walk. I'm unable to use self serve. Is there anything you can do to help me? The answer was an indifferent "not my problem" shrug.

I have my own simple copier now and need fewer office supplies of the types that they carry. They have always been helpful for any needs I had. For many years, they were a very reasonable price for Ground Shipping services. They are still my first choice for reliability for super fast deliveries. Unfortunately, their Ground Service for residences, renamed "Home Delivery" is a bit more expensive than its main competitor, though even theirs has gone up too, though not quite as much. Where this shop really shines and always has, is its Passport Photo service. This time, not only was the staff member very accurate in getting the shot, he was really friendly and helpful on the constraints of the newest regulations. Also the price was very fair and the finished product better than any in the past, but for the limited smile allowed now, which is never my style. The counter staff was also incredibly friendly and everyone there was multi tasking the whole time. I hate to dock them a star for company pricing policy, but it is their reality too when they have to tell the customers. Parking in this now underutilized shopping center is easy, even with mountains of snow this year still piled up but far from the stores,

Not only did he not make me feel bad for needing a rush job--he handled everything with calm professionalism and genuine kindness--but he also went above and beyond by making thoughtful suggestions on style that truly improved the final result. Sean's care and attention to detail made all the difference. Thanks to him, I was able to fully enjoy my friend's special day knowing everything looked perfect. In an industry where customer service often feels like an afterthought, Sean really stood out. This was the kind of service I haven't experienced in years, and I am incredibly grateful.     These guys saved me when I was on crunch time to acquire some business cards for my first event in…read moretown. I stopped in on a Tuesday to see what my options were for card stock, they had three proofs printed by Wednesday, and the cards were finished by Friday. My event was on Sunday. That Friday, I was running a ton of errands preparing for the Sunday event, that it had totally slipped my mind to stop by and pick up the cards. I didn't realize my error until Saturday, and knowing that Print Experts were closed on weekends, I went into complete panic mode because I had literally zero means of promoting myself at the event, aside from these cards. I immediately called the shop, emailed the manager, and sent a message on Yelp, out of desperation to reach anyone who would respond, and within minutes, someone responded on Yelp and got a hold of somebody who was willing to meet me on their day off to deliver the cards. Now that's service! Hallelujah! Since they were obviously closed, they arranged to have someone place the box of cards in their delivery vehicle parked outside of the shop and left the door unlocked so I could get them out of the car. I thought this was very trusting of them, and I appreciated how quickly they resolved my issue. I honestly don't know any other company who would go that far and that quickly to provide such great service, especially when the error was completely my fault. As far as the card quality goes, they are durable, and the print looks nice and clean, but there were some slightly rough edges on the rounded corners of the cards that I would have liked to see cleaned up. But for the price, especially when you're on time constraints and need prints quickly, these are your guys.

    Terrible first (and last) customer experience. My pre-labeled package was dropped off for before…read moreposted pickup time international delivery with DHL Express on the 24th. Curiously and without any follow-up from anyone at Boulder Packaging, my time-sensitive customer's package sat without even being scanned into the system for tracking four days after drop-off at this store until I called with pointed questions. My business card was provided twice to the clerk at the time of drop-off and he refused to take it, but since my business contact info is listed on the label & internantional paperwork, I'd thought everything was good. It very much was NOT! When I noticed no progress on the tracking, I called to check in on the 26th and the employee that answered was the same man that had initially received my package three days earlier on the 24th. He casually related that mysteriously, neither FedEx nor DHL had picked up ANY PACKAGES for three days, but "we absolutely did nothing wrong", he insisted. I was stunned to be expected to believe that explanation for an "Authorized" Ship Center, so I immediately called DHL customer support and my Account Rep directly to repeat my questions and get real answers. DHL explained that some shipping centers have automatic daily pickup while others have to call to request pickup. Miraculously, my package was finally picked up on the 27th to at last begin it's journey abroad after an inexplicably undocumented and uncommunicated four day layover at Boulder Packaging Center. This is certainly not what I or my customer paid for when we were entrusted to get their package abroad in a express manner. We DO NOT RECOMMEND and will not trust this location again for our business shipping in-the-field drop-offs. It is really unfortunate since we prefer to support local businesses whenever possible. My business reputation cannot afford their lack of professional accountability and excessively casual attitude about their role in getting paying customer's packages delivered on time. FedEx & DHL, you need to check up on your "Authorized" Shipping Centers. Your brand and your customers are not being represented or served well here.
