I have used these guys multiple times in the past. Everything was great. Today I walk in because I need a Fed Ex Sticker to mail something back on a client's account and that was their preferred way. I asked if I could buy one. They do not sell them. They have them. They were just not going to sell me one. Certainly your right to do. However, it is not my right to find another place that mails my packages out. Penny wise, Pound foolish. I am glad you saved a Fed Ex sticker from my clutches. Stupid. read more

We had some yard signs made for a graduation party. The finished signs were remarkable. The folks who were working on printing them, were in constant contact with me about the quality of the files I sent, until we got it just right. I have been a weekly customer of PostNet for several years and have never had a bad experience. I've done everything from have them box up a guitar to ship to using them as a convenient SW Longmont UPS/FedEx/USP drop off. Super friendly and run like a family owned business-- they seem to know many customers by name. The store is always extremely clean and tidy-- not the chaos you see in most FedEx or UPS stores. The updates they provide when you ship with them are great too. All in all an A+, 10/10 business. read more

We've been using the Longmont PostNet since we started our business 9 years ago and we love it. They are a small business and they go out of their way to make sure we are satisfied with their work. We've been driving from Boulder to use them and, now that we are relocating to Denver, we will continue to make the drive to Longmont because it's worth it for the level of customer service we receive. Steer clear!! Just paid 3 bucks to print 6 black/white documents. Specifically asked right when I walked in how much it was to print and was told 9cents a sheet. What they don't mention is that they charge two dollars to use the archaic computer....total nightmare. Please take your business to the FedEx/Kinko's near Safeway....when I go there I just hand the employee my flash drive and he has the skills to handle it. PostNet has one 30 something with the skills to print, what a JOKE! Can't believe there are people out there that buy into this franchise....smh read more

This review is more about the Corporation itself than it is the Longmont location. It also concerns shipping only. If you have anything to ship, do yourself a favor; log onto the shipping company's website and purchase your own shipping label from them. I shipped a parcel, USPS through Postnet, purchasing postage there as well. It cost me more than double what the USPS alone was going to charge. I bare some blame because I should have known better when I was given the price ($28!) and went home and checked USPS website before purchasing but when I questioned I was told that "yeah it's crazy what they're charging now". I was thinking that she meant the USPS but no, she meant Postnet. I fully intend to contact Corporate about this but I have little hope of a positive outcome. Like I said, if you're thinking of purchasing shipping through them, CHECK THE SHIPPING COMPANY"S RATES FIRST! Wish I had. read more

I've used them twice for two very different needs, and for both they were fantastic. ESPECIALLY if you need a passport photo! I had one done at Walgreens and it was so bad that I threw it in the trash. It took 1/2 an hour, etc. At Post Net it took 5 minutes, customer service was amazing, and the photo actually looked like me. Highly recommend! read more

If I could leave a zero star review, I would. Every time I have been to this location, the people working there have ignored me, snapped at me, or just generally given off the impression that everyone in the shop is a nuisance. They are apathetic and fully unhelpful, and appear to have the computer skills of a dog - meaning none whatsoever. The computers are slow and barely function. Attempting to save, print or even paste an image into a document results in the program freezing and needing to be forced into shutting down. The web browser takes minutes to open and freezes frequently. Repeatedly, the employees were unable to get documents to print at all. I wasted half an hour trying to print four pages, the last of which I had to abandon and not print at all because their computers could simply not handle the stress of putting a picture into a document - something my own computer had done ten minutes before to create the document in the first place. I will not ever be going back; this place is a laughable waste of anyone's time and a pathetic excuse for a printing company. read more

Customer service is WORSE than Post Office. This is the second time they have lost my package or failed to mail one on time and for a month made ZERO effort to find the lost gifts. They refund your money and tell you to go to the post office and trace it. No one is accountable, no manager on duty. Promised twice that I would get a call back, nothing. I had to go into the office and argue with 3 employees. Then no one knew how to log in to their own USPS account. Beyond incompetence!! read more

The professional, honest, fair customer service I received with my recent printing order at PostNet prompted me to write this review (which I don't often do). I had a large order to be printed fast and not only did Post Net offer a super easy on-line "get a quote" option, i received a very quick and fair. My project became a bit complicated as it evolved and the staff was helpful, patient and kind. They completed the order beautifully and in the quick time frame I'd requested. I ended up wanting to order more and it was then that the staff person discovered I'd been accidentally overcharged. She called me to tell me this and offered to complete my 2nd order at no charge! I was truly touched by their honesty and going the extra mile to get both orders done with such great quality and speed. We have been using Postnet in Longmont for a number of years and have always found the staff to be extraordinarily helpful and patient; they even remember my name! Not open on weekends, shorter hours than the UPS or USP offices and surprisingly the staff is less helpful than a government employee. Shipping rates are a scam. I have used this place a few times while short on time. Last time I went by to mail a package, I had to wait in a long line (not their fault it was before Christmas). I was returning a small envelope with a pair of shorts. I asked for the lowest cost method to return it ti the place I had ordered it from. The clerk told me $16.58. That was more than the cost of the shorts and shipping combined, I was sure there was a mistake for this tiny envelope. I explained that it would not be worth sending at that cost (since it was more than the refund amount) and if there were any other slower less expensive options. The response was "We have to make a profit no matter how big the package is, you can't mail with us unless we make a good profit". That was enough for me, I went to the local post office and mailed the same package first class for $2.38 with tracking and insurance included and had a nice person help me too. I'm willing to pay a convenience fee but when it is 7x the cost of the shipping cost to mail it across the US, then something is wrong with their model. Postnet should stand for convenience, but with shorter hours, unhelpful staff and ridiculous rates they are anything but convenient. Will not ever use this place again, they can make all their "profit" off some other sucker. read more
