Your company did not honor this service because I received it 2 weeks later. After carefully considering my options I placed a real order of my business logo stickers for regular shipping this time. It arrived a week later in a soaked paper envelope...this order was nothing like the packaging that my sample order was in, which included plastic sleeves for each style/size and was enclosed in a sturdy weatherproof envelope. My actual order for my business logo stickers were wet dut to not being placed in any protective sleeve. Your company is inconsistent, lacks professionalism and didn't live up to the hype that social media depicts of you. Im going to Office Depot next time.

I had high hopes for this order - it's a local business, a friend of mine ordered stickers from…read moreStickerGiant and they looked really great. My dad passed away and we were planning a memorial service for him, and I ordered some stickers to commemorate his life and encourage his friends and family to take him with them (he was a big traveller and I thought this would be a really special way to honor this part of him, and make the memorial special.) I ordered stickers from StickerGiant weeks in advance, and got a notice the Wednesday before the memorial that they were ready for pickup. I drove to Longmont on Friday - no stickers. After making some calls to customer service, the manager said she was going to "rush order" a new batch, and "make it right, since she understood the circumstance." She said they would be ready for pickup the following morning. I drove back to Longmont. No stickers. I ended up rush ordering a batch from FedEx, same day, and paying more than I wanted to. Bummer. The manager did call me back a few days later, apologized, sent me the recent batch of completed stickers, and refunded my order, which was the right thing to do. The stickers look nice but I am pretty disappointed in the fact that the production was so chaotic - not once, but twice. It added a lot of stress and disappointment to an already hard week, for a task that seemed relatively simple. I wish I hadn't wasted my time and energy and had ordered from someone else in the first place. Save your energy, save your time, avoid the headache, and go somewhere else.

I asked about auto-renewal of a mailbox rental and the staff could not find the form to make that happen. They called the manager who answered the phone and put it on speaker but was unresponsive the entire time I was in the store while the staff person was trying to ask questions about things on which they were inexperienced. They practice bait and switch (3 months free with annual contract), but you don't pay for 9 months, you pay for 13 and get 15. The brochure claims that you will have a street address. However, you still have to use a box number on your address! More training is needed! 1 !

He said your item was expensive, I explained that I am familiar with shipping and his retort was, his store doesn't offer "ebay prices" that he assumed I must be familiar with. I responded that I was on USPS website and that's where the rates that I was familiar came from. He said it's shipping UPS, which doesn't even show as an option through their yelp page, so he literally chose the most expensive shipping service. Asked about shipping with USPS, he refused saying it was shipping with UPS. His last response was "are you going to pay for shipping for your item or not". Overall, pretty crappy customer service experience. Very condescending employee or owner or whoever it was simply lacked any sense of professionalism.
