I asked about auto-renewal of a mailbox rental and the staff could not find the form to make that happen. They called the manager who answered the phone and put it on speaker but was unresponsive the entire time I was in the store while the staff person was trying to ask questions about things on which they were inexperienced. They practice bait and switch (3 months free with annual contract), but you don't pay for 9 months, you pay for 13 and get 15. The brochure claims that you will have a street address. However, you still have to use a box number on your address! More training is needed! 1 !

Staples has it set up super easy. You can email your document to them and make a copy, or you can directly hook up your device via USB to their printer. You can also have it sent through their business printing, but it takes longer and is thirty cents more per copy. They currently have curved side pick up as well as in-person visits. Whatever suits you best. I've had instances where my document does not print out correctly and I just inform the clerk, and they will print it out for you again.

I lost over $52.00 in medical prescriptions this year due to this. It also make things difficult to get another refill when this happens. I never know if things I order are going to be delivered to my box or if they are being delivered to the wrong box. I would appreciate the Post Master resolving the issue.
