This location became irrelevant once they stopped taking Amazon returns. They provided this service for years but stopped sometime this last summer. This store is now worthless. Just go to the UPS store on Ken Pratt. They still get the job done. read more

Minus 5 stars. Zero value. They haven't taken Amazon returns for several months. (My guess is Amazon won't Let them accept on their behalf.) Skuzzy dirty and disgusting inside. Windows and doors are NEVER cleaned. I like the location (4 min from my house)but actually drive quadruple the time, to another town to use UPS store. The Ken Pratt UPS is a very clean location. But it's a terrible shopping center to park in. Having to haul packages across a busy parking lot is not of interest to me. read more

Was going to use this store to do an Amazon return as I would be in town. Walking up to the door I see a sign that says they are not taking Amazon QR codes but can take labels. That would have been helpful to know when I called them. Now I have to make a special trip to drop this off at another UPS store. Don't use this store!!!! read more

Srijana has always provided excellent customer service when I have shipped packages or picked them up. Tonight, I stopped by to pick up a package that was shipped from Old Navy, and the male clerk treated me with disrespect. He said, "This is a store, why did you have the package shipped here. I will have to charge you $5.00 per package. I tried to explain to him that Old Navy offers customers the option to have their packages shipped to the UPS Store. I stated that Srijana has always been most helpful, and she was knowledgeable to enter the tracking number into the UPS system when the packages were picked up. He could not understand, as he was poorly trained. In addition, the UPS Store at 1716 Main Street in Longmont, should inform UPS and Old Navy to take them off their websites as UPS package access points. I work and I worry when packages are dropped at my home. I never had a problem before this. He humiliated me! I will not be shipping my holiday packages via UPS. read more

Very good service from Srijana and her colleagues. I had several heavy boxes which needed to be shipped overseas and when they saw the price, they made sure to remeasure, re-weigh, and confirm the destination before admitting that yes, it was going to be expensive. They asked me if I wanted to continue and I appreciate being given a choice, but I needed to ship these items so we did. I returned several times with more boxes and they welcomed me back as an old friend. When I inquired about shredding they be very helpful in offering me options for getting that done as an inexpensively as possible and that was very much appreciated. the workers are this location are always crabby or shady. They've done everything possible to make vendor returns difficult (esp Amazon). We've also been there other times where we were being overcharged for a box then the "manager" offered to remove the charge for a good google review. Which we obviously declined... read more

Very disappointed, they charged me for shipping my package via UPS and then changed it to shipping USPS Ground Advantage. They over charged the size of the box for the shipping rates, DO NOT TRUST! Further, the package I sent was not shipped for 2 days and still has not reached its destination. They will not answer the phone when I call to try and speak with someone. We had a box here for something like three years. Several months ago, something changed. Employees answered the phone "Hello". It would take three emails and two phone calls to get mail forwarded. Some employees would tell us "I don't know how to do that" and just hang up. Quality of service went from pretty good to abysmal. We canceled our account. You can find better. read more

The store overcharged me for a shipment of an art object. The store charged $489.59 for a box measuring 48 x 38 x 15 inches. But the object was actually shipped in a box measuring 48 x 15 x15, for which I should have been charged $122.29 (according to the UPS shipping cost estimator, which I wasn't aware of). The store refused to credit difference and the manager refused to talk with me. I have now disputed the charge on my credit card. read more

I've been using this store for mail box services for the last year. The manager has gone out of his way to help me with several issues. The entire staff is always helpful and professional. They do get very busy at times. That is just par for the course. I will continue to use them as long as I need to as well as use them for all my other postal and printing needs. read more

They have been tremendously unhelpful in locating a package that THEY lost. I've been in contact with UPS support and the main hub, all of them tell me that this place is notorious for horrific customer service, disregard for packages, losing packages, etc. The men I talked to said that they "can't do anything for me" even though they can... and refused to file a claim. Please do not go here, it isn't owned by people who are reliable or even communicable. Thanks for losing a very important package and doing absolutely nothing about it. read more

Terrible customer service. Arrived at 4:40pm May 20th. Two male employees stood staring out into the parking lot. As my family member approached the door with large box one guy went to the back and the other just stood motionless watching her try to wrestle the front door open. She approached the counter and the worker said he was going to help the customer who entered store after she did. He loudly told my family member, "You have to pay for that!" Of course, we expected to pay to ship an item. This person had lost my personal and company business and that of anyone with whom I associate. I hope the franchise owner sees this review and takes action. If that guy is the owner, he will surely drive his business into the ground with such terrible customer service. I love to write positive reviews but hoped to help others avoid an awful experience at this location. read more

Super lame experience here. Showed up with 3 packages to drop for return to original sender. This is a paid transaction but apparently if you printed your label online instead of letting the store jack you, you can't get a piece of tape to seal the package. Not even for some small fee. I get supplies cost money and am totally fine with paying a repackaging fee or similar. But this fine rising star of an employee had the nerve to tell me that even though it says UPS on the front door, I can't get my box taped because the store wasn't getting paid for the package. So for the cost of $.03 of tape, you get a 1 star review. Might suggest making a gazillion percent profit by offering to tape the box for a buck or just provide the service knowing customers who are fairly served return for future business. The last time I shipped from here, the package never entered into the UPS system and the counter person wouldn't give me a receipt because she was "too busy." No more chances here. FedEx is just up the road. read more

I had a package to ship so I went online and estimated the best method as UPS at about $30. So I took it to the The UPS Store and waited in line to ship the package. The clerk said, "That will be $51.35". I requested he recalculate for the least expensive method and again he said "$51.35" - So I said "no thanks" and walked out. At home I printed the shipping label from UPS and paid approx. $27.00, drove to Michaels and handed it to the lady at the counter. A savings of about $25. read more

I have had a claim pending for damaged goods that were insured and supposed to have been packed with packing material and peanuts. The box was destroyed and they have fought me every single second for the past 3 and a half months and still no resolution - not even a partial payment and it was insured for over $2,000.00 . Now the manager has left and there is a new one but I can't get anyone on the phone. Hmmmmm. Wonder if I would use them again? read more

My experience with this store has been hit or miss. I use it mostly for dropping off Amazon Prime returns but occasionally I use it to ship packages overseas. One time I came in, no problem everything went smooth. Another time I came in, none of the employees who manned the store knew how to ship internationally and it took 20 minutes before they figured out they did not know how to do it. I had to go back the new day so the manager could help. Next time if I need to ship internationally, I will use the UPS Customer Center instead. read more

The last few times I've been into this Main St. Longmont location I feel like I've been ripped off with how much the same guy has charged me to ship my packages. First of all, I brought in 3 boxes that weighed obvious different amounts and even though he put them on the scale, on the receipt it showed each one weighed 8 pounds and I was charged $90 for it to arrive a week later. And THENNNN, I boxed up a T-shirt to ship that obviously weighs less 2 pounds, right? Well, I was charged $34 for residential ground!! WHAT!! I asked is that the cheapest? He just pretended to be busy with something. I am not sure if this guy is the new owner of this UPS store or what but it looks like it's been going downhill according to the reviews. I didn't have this problem nor did I pay these exorbitant charges before this guy worked there. Coincidence? It's no coincidence that I'm now going to FedEx for my shipping needs from now on. read more

Sonny, the owner, was supposed to go last weekend and pick up some items I purchased at an online estate sale. I have the emails I sent him with the name of the auction company, physical address, auction manager's name and her phone #, and the hours that she would be on site. He didn't show up and I lost $150 in merchandise. Called Monday and spoke with an employee who said they would go pick the items up so I gave him the auction manager's name and phone # so he could call to make sure the auction manager would be there. Called Tuesday and found out nothing was done on Monday, but once again they are willing to go pick the items up. Called multiple times throughout the day and Sonny was never at the store, but whatever employee I spoke with assured me he would call me. Called multiple times today and couldn't get an answer (they have caller ID). I will be contacting UPS corporate offices tomorrow. read more

Absolutely ridiculous that you can't call and get a hold of someone at this location. When you call it doesn't give you the option to speak with anyone. Then when it says it's transferring you to an operator it says the mail box is full and try again later. Insane that this is service these days. I called another location and they answered right away! For some reason the Longmont location refuses to take phone calls!!! read more

I don't know if this place has changed hands or what. The last few times I have been in here there has only been one person on duty. Went to drop off a package today and the one I dropped off at noon the day before was still sitting there unscanned. There was a mountain of boxes, they were everywhere. Employee said she is alone with no time to scan the packages so they did not get picked up by the driver the day before. read more

Beware of this place! The owner Sunny is nasty to customers and openly mocks them in Nepalese (He thinks only his employees can understand him). Service is pretty lousy, markup is 150% and after talking to one of the attendants I found out it's because he pays them irregularly. No idea how that's even legal. read more
