They over charged me by not cutting down a huge box, thus costing more than it should and then shipped all my Christmas presents in a $2 box instead of the almost $20 box we agreed on. My Christmas gifts arrived at their destination in rough condition based on the cheap box that was selected without my knowledge. I have emailed the store twice now with no response. GO anywhere else but here.

The younger one said, "I'll get you right here." I told him I was dropping off a package and shipping label, and he did what he needed to do on the machine before asking if I wanted a receipt. Without thinking I said no, but before leaving I asked if the "receipt" was the tracking number so I could follow when my item arrived to its destination. The guy had taken my stuff to the back, so the second guy said, "Did he not give you a receipt?" I told him I didn't realize that was the tracking sticker and *would* like that. He seemed bothered to help but reprinted the sticker. As I waited, I heard the first guy that helped me talking to another guy just away from the desk about football, and the other guy was dropping so many F-bombs. What UPS store allows employees to talk like this with customers inside? This is the first time I've ever been to this location but likely will be the last. I've never encountered something like this at any UPS store before. I got my package shipped out, which is what I needed, but yikes at the experience otherwise.

Curiously and without any follow-up from anyone at Boulder Packaging, my time-sensitive customer's package sat without even being scanned into the system for tracking four days after drop-off at this store until I called with pointed questions. My business card was provided twice to the clerk at the time of drop-off and he refused to take it, but since my business contact info is listed on the label & internantional paperwork, I'd thought everything was good. It very much was NOT! When I noticed no progress on the tracking, I called to check in on the 26th and the employee that answered was the same man that had initially received my package three days earlier on the 24th. He casually related that mysteriously, neither FedEx nor DHL had picked up ANY PACKAGES for three days, but "we absolutely did nothing wrong", he insisted. I was stunned to be expected to believe that explanation for an "Authorized" Ship Center, so I immediately called DHL customer support and my Account Rep directly to repeat my questions and get real answers. DHL explained that some shipping centers have automatic daily pickup while others have to call to request pickup. Miraculously, my package was finally picked up on the 27th to at last begin it's journey abroad after an inexplicably undocumented and uncommunicated four day layover at Boulder Packaging Center. This is certainly not what I or my customer paid for when we were entrusted to get their package abroad in a express manner. We DO NOT RECOMMEND and will not trust this location again for our business shipping in-the-field drop-offs. It is really unfortunate since we prefer to support local businesses whenever possible. My business reputation cannot afford their lack of professional accountability and excessively casual attitude about their role in getting paying customer's packages delivered on time. FedEx & DHL, you need to check up on your "Authorized" Shipping Centers. Your brand and your customers are not being represented or served well here.
