I have been to this location several times. They pride themselves on being a family owned business. I asked to use the bathroom on one occasion and was told they don't have one...really?? On another occasion I was dropping off an Amazon package. I asked to get 5 $1 bills for a $5 bill and was told that there was no way to open the register...really? read more

UPS delivery services are seriously the worst!! They either don't deliver my package, deliver it to the wrong address, or deliver it several days late. For whatever reason the drivers refuse to deliver to my address. I lost my wedding invites because of them and I've had several other packages say they were delivered with no photo proof of delivery. FedEx and USPS never have any trouble with delivery. UPS sucks!! read more

My wife and I have had a multitude of emergent shipping needs in the last 6 months by virtue of getting married in a foreign country (as we're apparently masochists) and so we've needed significant help from the UPS store multiple times. Every time they were the cheapest and fastest option, and the staff at this store has been very generous and friendly and just wonderful to deal with. They're only a few hundred yards from home, which is extremely convenient, and so they're the place we go for all sorts of Amazon drop offs, we have them hold any package being shipped via USPS for us to guard against porch pirates, and they've just always been great. We're very grateful for all their help and hard work and try to give them as much of our shipping business as possible. We're big fans of theirs! read more

This is the store closest to my home which is INCREDIBLY unfortunate. I had an issue several months ago where I went there and shipped something and was charged a $3.00! Went back several days later and shipped the SAME EXACT PACKAGE and it was suddenly $14. The owner WAS INCREDIBLY very rude when I mentioned the $3 I had paid several days previously, claiming that could have never happened (had a receipt, definitely happened)! Recently Amazon would ONLY allow me to return items at this location (without me having to pay a fee). I dropped off 1 return with 5 items and 3 separate returns with one item each. OF COURSE THESE LOVELY ATTENTIVE HUMANS LOST THE RETURN WITH 5 ITEMS. $93 return. Misplaced. DONT GO HERE. WHATEVER YOU DO. RIDE AN EXTRA 10 miles, 50 miles to the next state to avoid this location. read more

Terrible experience here. There's no information anywhere about the price of using the computer. You'd think oh maybe a dollar or 2.... No you go to the register and find out it's 7 dollars. .20 cents per paper and a 5 dollar "computer use" fee for 5 minutes of using the computer is ridiculous. read more

I have had a UPS box for over a year at this store and do most of my shipping and mailing here. The employees are always very helpful and kind. If you need to figure out how to ship something or need a label printed they are happy to accommodate and figure out the most efficient way to get it all done. Highly recommend. I have been to other stores in the area that are awful. read more

On every visit to this location , I have experienced efficiency, friendliness, and expediency. It will continue to be my "go to " for mailing non post office items and returns. I was driving by this location and dropped off a package. UPS is an awful company, that I know I try to avoid using them but this was a prepaid label so couldn't. While every business has a different procedure for entering, where to stand, exit, etc during covid, this place does not. They have green squares outside the store for waiting outside but when the store is empty and you walk in without any obvious signage, you navigate as best as possible using common sense; especially in an empty store. A bulldog (maybe the manager?) came out and started berating customers (me and another person who had walked in behind me) on where to stand etc as if we were stupid. Then came the instructions on how to exit. Um, yeah....I know how to exit out of a door dumbass. I'm happy to follow instructions but it's important to share them vs yelling them to paying customers entering your door; we don't read minds. IF you have to use UPS, I do not recommend this location. What terrible customer service! read more

This is a great store for the neighborhood. We went in to ship somethings and get some supplies. The owner is always on-site and more than helpful and accommodating. We are working on a project and emailed the store our AI format docs to have poster boards made. The owner herself took care of this for us. Love the service! Incompetent in every way. Packages have been lost and sent back. I've even been told slips have been replaced after I've picked up a package. Other UPS Stores email when an item is received, here they don't bother. Not only that but they're late to open as well. The most unprofessional franchise I've dealt with, maybe the store on Colorado is better, the one on South Buckley certainly is. Hate to say it, but it's worth the drive. read more

Unfortunately this is the closest ups store to my house... and I buy a lot of stuff from amazon... which means that I occasionally have to return stuff to amazon (who uses UPS for their returns). The old bald guy at this location is always an unpleasant jerk. Never a smile. Never a "how are you." And not even a Thank You when he gives you your receipt. Just a rude "here you go" and a look on his face like you have inconvenienced him for doing his job. I had the presumption that he was the store owner in my past visits here which makes it even more unfortunate. Who knows, maybe he's just a crotchety old man who needs to retire and yell at kids to get off his lawn. I'd like to say I won't be back, but as long as Amazon keeps using UPS, unfortunately I will be. I certainly won't ever spend a dollar of my money in this store though! read more

AWFUL. Dropped off envelope with tickets I sold on StubHub. Was told the "system was down" and that she "couldn't scan" but that it was ok because I had the tracking number (she was completely disinterested and was texting on her phone). StubHub emailed to let me know the label had not been scanned so I called UPS store. I was "assured" that the package was shipped and that it would be delivered. It wasn't. I'm out the fee I received the tickets, an additional fee charged to replace the tickets for the buyer as well as the actual tickets. Such BS. DO. NOT. USE. EVER. read more

They helped me ship a large item and even got it out of my car for me because it was huge and heavy. The person I dealt with definitely wasn't very friendly, but I appreciated their help and I was glad that I caught them at a time where no one else was in the store. I don't know if I would go here for anything that I was inquisitive about, due to the lack of kindness that I experienced with one of the people working there. If you don't want to deal with the post office, definitely ship things here! read more

I had an issue with shipping a box back in October. After much ado about getting a shipping label that had already been paid for back on the 7th of October, this store took for box for shipment. They never told me that UPS does not deliver to PO Box's even though the shipping label clearly showed the PO box as the destination. The box was never delivered to its destination yet I got charged twice. I did call to complain since if not the UPS system that allowed me to create the label, they should have caught it. The reason why I'm giving them three stars given this debaucle is because the gal who answered the phone was at least sympathetic and listened instead of just telling me to contact customer service. I'm still upset however I do appreciate how she handled the situation. I did file a dispute with my credit card so hopefully I will not be paying for a delivery that was never delivered. read more
