Hilarious! They were going to charge me five dollars to print two sheets of paper. Won't be going to this franchise ever.

Yeah I don't know why shipping something less than a lb. to gwood would cost 22 bones but whatever. The kid running the place was cool.

1-Star Review - UPS Store #0936, Denver (1685 S Colorado Blvd)…read more I had one of the most ridiculous customer service experiences I've seen in a long time at this UPS Store location. I stopped in simply to ship a package. When I realized the store charges $9 just to pack the item, I decided to buy the box from them and pack the item myself, which I did right there in the store. After finishing packing, I went to the counter and asked the employee Devon (#275775) for two small pieces of tape to close the box. He refused. I had literally just purchased the box from them and only needed tape to seal it. When I questioned this absurd policy and asked to speak with a manager, Devon told me he was the manager and that if I wanted tape I would have to pay the $9 packing service fee, even though I had already packed the box myself. That makes absolutely no sense. Instead of helping resolve the issue, Devon doubled down on it. I left the store without shipping the package. As I was walking out, Devon laughed and sarcastically told me "have a nice day." When I looked back through the window, both employees were laughing. Completely unprofessional. Once in my car, I immediately called the UPS customer support line, who transferred me to customer relations where I filed a formal complaint. I also followed up with an email and written complaint. UPS corporate actually supported my complaint, stating that this is not how UPS stores should treat customers, especially when the customer already purchased the packaging from the store. Later that same day, I went to another UPS Store nearby. The employee there apologized for the experience, packed the box properly, added internal protection for the item, taped it, and did everything free of charge. She even told me that this is not the first time customers have come to them complaining about this particular location (#0936). That says a lot. UPS corporate has already emailed me with an apology and stated they will look into the behavior of this young manager, Devon. Bottom line: This situation was completely unnecessary and easily avoidable. Refusing a customer two pieces of tape after they bought a box from your store is petty, hostile, and terrible customer service. I will never return to this location again, and I recommend going to another UPS Store if you want to be treated with basic professionalism.

I specifically sent them a list of what was priority to move a few days before. The guys showed up on time. They looked over the items, rooms, and truck then they got to work. The guys finished in the promised amount of time, packaged and wrapped things really well. We even did some prep work by wrapping and placing things in the living room. Next thing we know, they have already wrapped and loaded the washer and dryer very quietly and quickly. We were shocked. Would highly recommend using them! Quality and efficient is important and they take it seriously. Worth every penny.

tldr:NEVER hire this company!! Hands down the worst experience with a moving company I have ever…read morehad. They showed up 5 hours late, yelled at me that I gave them a bad quote and refused to do my move which ended up costing me THOUSANDS. And spoiler, another company did the job in the time I was originally quoted by these people and for half the price. As a woman moving alone, these movers made me incredibly uncomfortable in the short time they were in my home. I called and got a quote over the phone. This was not unusual to me as I've only ever gotten phone quotes for moving and have never had issues in the past. I was quoted 2.5-3 hours with 3 movers. I called 5 other companies in the area and received similar quotes, I chose this company due to their availability. I scheduled my move for 4 days before I needed to be out of my place. They were scheduled to arrive between 12-3pm. At 3pm, I was told their morning job was taking much longer than anticipated but they should arrive within the hour. At 4pm I received a text from the team letting me know they were an HOUR AND A HALF away and would be stopping for food on their way. I contacted the "manager" and was assured they would be able to complete my move that day. The team showed up at 5:30pm, 5.5 hours late and I have never had movers be more disrespectful and demeaning toward me. My home was clean, fully boxed, and ready to be loaded. For $210/hour I was not about to waste time. They walked through my home to assess everything and Tyler, who is supposedly the best they have, was rude and disrespectful every step of the way. He yelled at me that there was no way they could do the move in the time quoted. Given that their morning job took 4-5 hours longer than anticipated, whoever is quoting jobs clearly doesn't know what they're doing. I was alone and the way their team treated me in my home made me incredibly uncomfortable, they yelled at me that I wasted their time, they drove to Fort Collins from Denver and their cars were in a storage unit in Denver that closed at 9pm. Even if they completed the job in the minimum quoted time, they still wouldn't have made it back to Denver in time to collect their vehicles so I don't see how that was my problem but he sure made it my problem. Tyler told me the move would take a team of 4 movers at least 7 hours to complete. To be clear, this was a two bedroom townhome, not a 5 bedroom house. As I was about to throw them out of my home for being so demeaning and disrespectful, they offered to step out and call their manager. At 6pm I received a call from the manager who told me the team claimed there were 150 boxes in my home and they would not be doing the move. When I argued that was absolutely not the case (i counted and there were 56 boxes, 6 large, 15 medium, 25 small, and 10 plastic tubs) I was told he didn't know who to believe...um excuse me?!? He offered to reschedule for another day at more than DOUBLE my initial quote. After the experience his "best guy" had to offer, there was no way I would ever agree to pay them even my original quote let alone $1800?! I told him this was unacceptable and explained the financial impact, all I got was "sorry, we wish you the best of luck with your move" after wasting 6 hours of my time and costing me thousands. This was a huge waste of my time and costly. I deliberately scheduled the move on my day off with several days after to do final small things and clean before handing over keys. A new tenant was scheduled to move in shortly after. Because of this company's laziness and incompetence, I had to pay an additional month rent and the next tenant's move was also impacted. I am truly beside myself at what a horrible experience this was. Now for the kicker - I hired another company to do my move the following week. I hired two movers and anticipated an 8 hour move due to what I was told by this team. I was genuinely afraid to do the walkthrough given what happened with moving brothers. I explained what happened and the new quote I was given and the new movers laughed. They said this team took too long at their job in the morning, ate and sat in the truck for an hour, and when they showed up they were tired or lazy and simply didn't want to do the job. They said the 7 hour quote was an FU to me since they drove up to Fort Collins. It took the new movers FOUR HOURS TOTAL. And cost me less than moving brothers original quote including a 40% tip. NEVER give this company your business. They will leave you up a creek without a paddle without so much as an apology. I'm grateful they requested cash payment and didn't require a deposit as they will never get a penny from me. I will tell anyone and everyone I know to avoid this company!

Giving a complete review would not be fair, yet it was obvious I was not heard when stating I had all my photos and copy of the original business card requiring some verbiage change. The huge put off was a $300 slap for art work, when it was to be the same card. This could have been a case of not hearing the customer clearly on a cell phone, or possibly over eager to sell or any other common issue when speaking for the first time on a cell at the car wash. Either way, I am still searching for a great business card place whose prices are reasonable Photo below is the same photo I use for the cards, simple verbiage change not work $300 plus for simple title changes.
